N95 can not sent text messages

Hi,
I have been using my N95 since UK release without a problem but now it is refusing to send texts. When I try to send one, it goes to my outbox with status 'Resend in...', tries a few times then fails telling me that the memory is full. I can still recieve texts and I can send and recieve MMSs. I've seen a couple of previous posts about this but none had conclusions.
I am on O2 and am running V11.0.026. I am not running any other applications. These are the things I have tried so far:
Restarting the phone, Resetting the message settings, Deleting all messages (inbox, outbox, sent, drafts, emails), Setting the 'Memory in Use' to my memory card and to phone memory, Sending to different phone numbers.
If anyone has any ideas about what to try before resoring Factory Settings then I would be very happy to listen.

hi i have recently had so much hassle from my n95 it has been close to getting thrown out the window of a speeding car!!!
anyway i wasnt able to send any texts over the weekend then i was on this site and a few people gave me an idea............
many said try factory settings but it only helps for a while to solve the problem i uninstalled my software thru pc suite the in stalled it again and it has never been woking better also ugrade the software while ur there!!!

    SMS text messages are handled by your cellular carrier.
    Check with them.

    settings-messages-imessage (Make sure it is set ON Green)
    scroll down make sure send as MMS is also on.
    Turn the device on and off and see if that helped.

    On an iPhone your iMessages will go to your phone number.
    You can select another email to use on iPod or iPad.
    Go to settings
    Messages
    Send and receive
    Check your phone number and uncheck the common Apple ID you share so your messages will not go to other devices.

        That's strange that your Moto X wont receive any text. Thank you for trouble shooting the issue. Let's see what's going on! Does your device have any physical or liquid damage? Does anyone else have an issue with calling or texting? What zip code are you in?

    Reset your phone by holding down the home button with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go. Try it again.

    Try this...
    Close out all apps (double click the home button and swipe up) then delete one thread.  Do a hard reset of the phone or ipad, then wait a few minutes and it should be gone.  I just did this with a thread that had thousands of txt and it worked for me.  The older phones just don't have much processing power.

  • I can not send text messages

    this is a new problem on my g4.  all of a sudden I can not send text messages when i am in my home.  this happens on my s4 and my sons s4 but my daughter uses an iphone and she is not having this problem.  i can receive texts, facebook, email etc I just can not send texts.  Nothing in my house has changed except that Comcast just put in a new modem, I am not tech savvy at all so not even sure that would affect my out going texts
    any suggestions would be great

    i am travelling in South america.
    with an iphone with a belgian number. My girlfriend is staying in the US for 6 months
    with a US number. Both numer i use are correct.
    I Can send her messages, she gets them. But i can not get her answers. I do not receive her text messages.
    We both have iphones, with the latest updates.
    I Tried to put my i messages off, by singing out of I messages.
    I Can send the text messages but stil dont get her answer.
    sometimes it works but 1 out of the 15 times.
    could anyone help please,

  • Siri can not read text messages

    When asked to "read my texts" Siri will respond with something to the tune of "new text message from ....." then it goes quiet for bit until saying, "would you like to reply or should I read it again". This happens while in my car connected to Bluetooth. I have a Toyota Tacoma.
    Since being able to verbally communicate by text while driving was meant to be one of Siri's killer features, I expected this to work.
    Any ideas?

    The other day my boyfriend's phone stopped working. He already had an android phone and our messages were working fine. But ever since he got a new phone(it's the same kind of LG phone he had before) I can SEND messages to him fine, but I can not receive ANY of his messages he sends to me. I have tried everything to resetting the network, turning imessage on and off, and resetting my phone countless times. I have even redid his contact, erased our old messages. But it is still not working! Can anybody help me? This is very frustrating.

    1. Turn off iMessage on the iPhone, then restore it as new.
    2. Go to www.icloud.com and remove the iPhone from your AppleID.
    3. Change your Apple ID password.
    4. Change the primary email address of your Apple ID.
