N95 video recording stutter

hi all...
i have a n95 8gig
my problem is
when i record some video the camera starts to stutter...ie
it will record for about 30 secs then start to stutter then record then stutter and so on
this has been going on for about 2 weeks not ...
since new had no problems till as i say 2 weeks ago...
anyone got any info how to fix this problem ...or is /has the same problem

that's an old descussion that will go around in loops. What's broadcast quality? for News it's any picture that conveys the story, for drama it would be HD 1920x1080 progressive with as little compression as possible.
For my little experiment it's the former not the later I'm looking at. so I'll take what I can get and see what it looks like. The aim is to get it out of the country areas of Australia that have 3G and/or wirless nodes.

Video record stutter problem!

I have a n95 8gb (v20.0.16) an when i start recordin it starts to stutter after about 10 seconds.
I'm not the only one to have this problem many more people do!
I read somewere that somebody posted on this forum about this problem and the post was deleted.

i tried reformating,defragmenting,and reinstalling firmware and nothing .. the problem persists

hmmm u should update ur phone since the newest fw version for the n95 8gb for now is fw ver 30. Update it and it should solve ur problem. If it doesn't solve your problem, then wait for a certain time. It will recover by itself. Really, believe me. I just don't use the video for a certain time when the red light keep on blinking when i recording. After a certain time, it recover by itself. That was a miracle for me. HAHA. Or there is a temporarily method. Just change the saving video path to ur phone memory and it's all done. You can record video without any problem.

Video Recording Stutter + Vertical Dark line appea...

The phone is less than two weeks old. I only started using the camera recently and the stuttering problem others described here is happening to me device. Also, the major problem I see now is the dark link appearing while in standby and during recording. It doesn't always come up but it happens a lot. Please view the video here:

Looks like some kind of scale. I assume your device is still under warranty. Bring it in at your retailer.

N95 8GB as a video recording source?

Hi all,
Firstly i'll say i'm loving the N95 8GB
I was just wondering, is it possible to use the N95 8GB as a video recording source? What I mean is, can we record something directly to a PC via some video recording software, via USB?

No I don't think it's possible like that.
You can put a TV-in card in your PC and then use the TV-out cable from the N95 and record in the PC.
I've done this.

Your advice to back up, format and re-copy the files to the memory card fixed the problem.
It takes a long time to back up 8GB via USB (1.5 hours) so choose a time when you're not going to need your phone!
Also, use it as an opportunity to upgrade the firmware using the Software Updater. I have put version 20 on my N95 and the camera seems much more responsive.

I have tried and I works on my hand phone (N95). However the problem is that:
_ I dont know how to show video while recording
_I just simply create a mp4 video from byte[] variable, not sure it is correct or not. And the video resolution is very low (about 120*120).*
The video quality is very poor while recording video using Nokia program the quality is much better.
SO any one can help me? THanks in advance.

It says that N95 can encode video in 3 formats: mp4, 3gpp2,gpp. I wonder how? I just can record and output is byte[] data, after that I just create a mp4 file.
I wonder how to encode in different format and what is benefit of doing so?

Nokia n97 Video recorder

The N97 video recorder doesn't even focus on a point. All the videos I've taken arn't sharp...and also it has the same problem as the n95 8gb. the video jumps a bit at the beginning................

N70 video recorder

dnt no if this has been asked b4, but last nite i used my video recorder ( my mate was really drunk and was so funny lmao ) for the time and it was **bleep**, it stutterd every 3-4 seconds.
ive just tried it again and same problem, i lowerd the settings and so on, but it still stutters all the time, even wen i hold the cam still it still stutters ???
can some one tell me if its the fone or are my settings rong !

There's a huge difference with the phone altogether when the Antivirus is switched off. I had it on when I first got mine, but it didn't last long lol.
Now I've had my firmware updated, I've not got the free one as standard... not sure whether I'm going to get it again yet.

E72 video recording/playback

When I record a video or play it back on the E72, the screen stutters every few seconds rendering some videos entirely unwatchable. I've now uploaded some videos to Facebook and they stutter on there too.
Is there any way to stop the videos recorded on an E72 from stuttering?

same problem here - hence my user id - aggravated user! The videos play fine on the phone, but not on my PC - before loading ios6, they played all jumpy, now I just hear them and stare at a black screen. So much for hoping ios6 would improve viewing!

Record Level Adjust for Audio in Voice Memo or Video Recorder

I would like to request that Apple allow me to adjust the record audio volume level when recording in Voice Memo or Video Recorder modes. Often I find that the audio is distorting and most times I cannot step back far enough to avoid distortion levels. While I love the ability to SEE the audio level in Voice Memo mode, I am hoping that it is only a matter of firmware upgrade to be able to ADJUST the record level.
Also, if it is possible, it would be great to see some indication of audio level when recording video... something simple like a bar graph with green, yellow and red bars with the highest level reached sticking for a few seconds so that I can tell what the level is.
An alternate solution (if none of the above is possible in a firmware update) would be to automatically adjust the recording level to prevent audio distortion.

the same as if he want to record any hdmi or analog device from his video recorder device,,but the input is pal,,so will it plays normal in the U.S machine or will he find any trouble ???

CP 6.0.1.240 - Video Demo Project vs. Video Recording & YouTube

Hello,
I have a project with two small slide videos included. I recorded them using Record New Video Demo and I embedded them on 2 different slides using Video > Insert Video. Once embedded I added text captions etc and timed them to coincide with the video. When I preview the video, timing is dead on. When I publish to YouTube, one of the two videos delays noticeably and it throws off the timiing of all the related captions, etc. I tried F4V and MP4, I tried uploading using the YouTube button and directly, no change. I even tried manually pushing the timing of the captions out to see if I could account for the delay on YouTube but it doesn't have to do with the slide just the pre-loading or starting of the video on that slide. The fact that I have 2 slides each with an embeded video and one works fine and the other doesn't is driving me around the bend. I compared the two slides side-by-side and could not find any differentiating settings.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for me to try?

UPDATE: I went back to compare side-by-side the videos and I have noticed a difference. One is called a Video Recording and the one that pauses for too long is called a Video Demo Project. I could have sworn I recorded them in the exact same way. This sounds silly but does anyone know what I did differenty; why one is a video demo and why the other is a video recorrding?

UPDATE: When I finally published the video to YouTube, the hiccup or pause on the background audio seems to have resolved. It was very evident in previewing the project and not noticeable once published to YouTube. I have a new issue now as it relates to pausing but not of the audio of the video itself. I will be posting a new thread for that.

Here are the steps for AirPlay:
Before starting Azul from your (running iOS 5.x/6.x) home screen where have have all your apps we need to turn on mirroring
On your iPhone 4S/5 or iPad 2 or 3, double-click the Home Button to view your recently-used apps.
Swipe all the way to the right to until you see the icon.
Note: If the icon does not appear, go to the "If AirPlay Mirroring is not visible or available on your mobile iOS device" section.
Tap the icon to see the list of available AirPlay devices.
Enable AirPlay Mirroring in this menu by tapping on an available Apple TV, then sliding the Mirroring slider to ON.
Now you should be seeing your iPad/iPhone on your TV.
Start up Azul now and using the settings icon on the top right corner go to the option that say "TV out" ON.
When you do that you will see an Orange screen
Now click "Done" and play the video you want to watch and it will AirPlay
