N96 Firmware 11.018 - when is this being released ...

No one can tell you that. This is just a user to user forum so no one here will be able to tell you.
If you want a comment from nokia use the "contact us" link above.
Whilst checking for the new version make sure you check the NSU* and OTA*. V11.018 was released for my product code on Monday but only OTA, not on the NSU. For many other codes it's available on the NSU but not OTA.
So it's just a case of checking and being patient.
Note: If you have a network branded N96 you have to wait until the network approves the update for use. This can take many months.
*NSU = Nokia Software Updater
*OTA = Over-the-air (press *#0000# on the homescreen then press options > check for updates).

The Forest - when is it being released?

I was wondering this too. I'm guessing like other confirmed games such as H1Z1 , DayZ and Ark Survival Evolved, they havn't got big development teams so it will take them ages to bring the games to ps4.

I've played a lot of The Forest and it's a good game. But it has been in Alpha for a while now and will probably be there for a while to come. Small studio behind it. So i wouldn't expect it too soon. As for DayZ, i just don't understand why on earth they are bringing this to consoles. The game itself can be awesome, don't get me wrong. But it is plagued with problems. It's so badly optimized and laggy that i can't even imagine how it is gonna look and feel on a console. Only hope is that they are redesigning it from scratch to console.Also, it's kind of a blow to PC users who have had this game be stuck in early access for sooooo looooong. That instead of fixing the game they start thinking of pushing it to consoles. Now i'm all for having games on all platforms so the most amount of people get to play it, but i'm just worried that it will be done poorly. As for H1Z1, that game quickly became a Battle Royal PVP game rather than a horror survival game. And their microtransaction plans can easilly kill that game if you have to buy entry tickets for the BR game. Now, i've lately played a lot of ARK Survival Evolved, and it's an amazing game. A lot of fun. And i've never ever seen developers so in touch with players/fans/streamers as they have been. Also the amount of updates and content they have given in nearly 2 months have been amazing, and there is so much more to come.Now ARK is extremly heavy on hardware atm, and needs a lot of optimization, which the developers are assuring us are coming. Now having seen the amount of dedication from the developers, i have no problem seeing this game being an awesome console game. From what i've heard, they had a 1 year development cycle for ARK on PC before they released the final product, and they were not going to make a console version before that time (which i think is fine, because in the end everyone will get a better product) so i would assume a year from now we should be hearing something about a console release.

Given the problems we all seem to be experiancing if V4, when is V5 being released? Will it incorporate the best ot V3 and take out the worst of V4??

It seems that some of us are having the same problem with our chosen search engines, because V4 defaults to Yahoo! and other users are missing add-ons that they've had for ages but V4 doesn't want us to use (for some odd reason).
This is not the browser we know and love any more. Can you fix the flaws or can we have V3 back....... PLEASE!

Firefox 4 does not default to Yahoo, unless you installed the Yahoo enhanced version of Firefox. Or, something that was installed on your PC probably made that change to Yahoo.

What is Automatic Clearing using F.13? When is this being used? Can anybody give an example for the same?

F.13 is to clear accounts maintained on open item basis. With this transaction items matching the criteria set in configuration, would be cleared against each other.
For eg item in GRIR account, one at the time of GRN and the other offsetting item at invoice verifiction, would be set off against each other thru F.13. Thus it would clear all matching entries and leave out the open items in that account

Installed it a couple of weeks ago and it fixed slow message open/reply bug that was really annoying me. It also improved the overall speed of the phone.
Not had any major issues with v11.018 at all so it's definitely a worthwhile update.
@philhirst - Only vodafone can tell you when they plan to release the update as it's the networks responsibility to approve it. Once approved nokia will be able to provide it to voda customers on the NSU or via FOTA. Posting on voda's forum may help speed things along.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
From what I understand, it sounds like Safari is not loading a single page or multiple webpages correctly and it is trying to reload the content. In this situation, there are a few different steps that I would recommend.
First, I would recommend clearing your history and website data as described in the attached article.
Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Nest, after the data has been cleared, I would recommend closing Safari completely as described in the next attached article.
Force an app to close in iOS - Apple Support
After Safari has been closed, reset your iPhone. After the reset, open Safari fresh and use it as you normally would. If the issue continues, please let me know.

WHERE IS NEW N96 FIRMWARE!!!

Just when is this update coming?, V12 been about for a month or so (unofficially) but I know peeps that have put it on there phone........
The word a month ago was it was immintent on NSU but still nothing??
Just whens it comming?
Does anybody on here actually work for Nokia and can give a straight answer?
(BTW.... I know Nokia dont Pre announce firmware updates)
Just a little information would be great, Make it look like Nokia gives a sh*t about its customers who have purchased a N96.

If you know that nokia doesn't pre-announce firmware updates then what answer do you expect to get?
No one knows for sure so all you can do is wait. Posting about it on here will not make it appear any quicker or get you a "straight answer" from nokia or any of it's employees.
It's not like the N96 has been starved of updates so far (2 in 2 months).
It is unknown if the v12 that leaked out is final or beta. You can be assured that when it's ready it will be released. They don't hold updates back on purpose.

N96 firmware update - product code starting 057

I've recently bought an unbranded, sim-free n96. The product code is 0573063. I've tried for weeks to try and update the firmware in the hope that this will solve some of the speed issues I am experiencing. I understand that network branded phones need to wait for the network to approve the firmware but why can't I update my phone? I've tried both NSU and FOTA and neither work.
Can anyone please help?

Detail: I am having a HTML from, having text box, displayed using UIWebView. If user types in text box it shows the keyboard. Now If user tap and hold on text box it shows a popup menu. Now while keyboard and pop up are being displayed user scrolls the view. At this time it shows pop up over the keyboard which I need to hide.
I tried setMenuVisible of UIMenuController when popup rect and keyboard rect intersects each other on viewDidScroll but it didn't help me.
Any clues will help a lot.

I bought a L500 a few weeks ago (Windows 7 64bit). Everything goes fine except for the sound. 1h or so after turning on the computer, the speakers start to produce a "crackling", "metallic" noise when audio is being reproduced, irrespective of the source (CDs, system sounds, movies, mp3 files...). It's just like there were hundreds of "micro-interruptions". The same with earphones. This seems also to affect any multimedia files, e.g. videos 10 min length take 12 min or so to play due to these micro-interruptions. The sound goes worse with the time and gets normal once the system is restarted, but some minutes later the noise comes again.
I've all the last Toshiba driver updates, including BIOS, LAN and sound cards, etc.
What can I do? Any clue will be welcome.

first thing i would try is to replace the driver from toshiba with the Microsoft driver, I personally dont use any of toshiba's drivers due to branding i dislike, however this to one side I run Windows 7 64 Home Prem, the sound cards (typically realtek) all have Microsoft drivers available, they work with no problem for me.
If its deferntly not a driver issue and you have the same problem with headphones as well as the laptops speakers then its a problem with the soundcard itsself.
Is your laptop still under warranty? hopfully if its hardware its still under warranty. Give toshiba a call, they should pick the laptop up and get it repaired for you solong as you did not get it from somwere like P.C World, AOL etc, if you got it from one of them stores then you need phone or take it to the tekguys.
If you need a step-by-step for using microsofts drivers just reply saying so and i;ll sort that for you :)

IDOC to be triggerd when delivery is being deleted

Hi IDOC Gurus:
I want an IDOC to be triggered when we deleting the delviery. I don't know where exactly i have call my rouintes.
When saving the delivery the VOFM routine is being called, it is 903. However when deleting the delivery it is entering into the userexit , 'userexit_delete' and it is not enetring into any VOFM routines i.e. it is not enteirng into routine 903.
Here VOFM routine are being written to detrmine whether the order is being interfaced to other system or not.
Kindy advise me where exectly i have to call my routine when delviery is being deleted.

1. Access sequence in NACE
2. The SAPscript wsa assigned to wrong place.
This is now rectified.
Quetion on the same lines (hence, on the same thread)
1. Sales order type ZA- Delivery type- LF- Billing type F2.
In the above case, we dont want the delivery document to be printed.
2. Sales order type ZB- Delivery type- LF- Billing type- F2
In this case, only when the sales order is created as ZB (this creates an immediate delivery and there is billing block, thats the difference between ZA & ZB order types.
VV21 can be maintained with either of the below (I mean- we are flexible here)
Shpping point
Delivery type/shipping point
Sales organization
Sales Org/Delivery type
Only in the above case, the delivery document should be printed automnatically.
Is it possible to attain this keeping the delivery type as LF (standard itself)?

FF 25 has issues on OS-X 10.8.5. It hangs sites with heavy dom manipulation + web font faces The same page is fine on FF25/Win. Is this being looked at?

I've been having a lot of issues with Firefox 25 hard-hanging on OS-X 10.8.5. Firefox 24 worked perfectly with various sites I've had problems with recently. Firefox 25 on Windows works fine with the same sites, so does Google Chrome 30, IE9, IE10, and IE11. The hang is very specific to FF25/OSX. Is this being looked at or reported by anyone else? My co-workers are also hitting this. It seems like FF25/OSX has some sort of deadlock condition when there is heavy dom maniplation occurring via JavaScript along with the usage of Web Fonts (font-face/font family). I have to force-quit it and restart. Safe mode makes no difference. Nor does clearing site information.
If there is any debug I can capture (such as triggering a stack dump) I am more than willing to generate it.

Followup. Any further updates from Firefox support? This is a blocking issue at my company. We are strong Firefox advocates, but this is starting to damage Firefox's reputation here.

You might want to consider "voting with your feet" and taking your business to another bank. When they tell you the upgrade is the problem, it is really their problem and not yours. If you don't want to do that, the suggestion that you try another browser is absolutely correct.
