Pictures and Music on SD is not showing in Music or Pictures applications

I just transferred my 32GB microSD from my 9900 to my Z30, non of my existing music or pictures are showing up in respective apps. They are available through file browser app in BB10, but do not show up in player apps.
Also when I put the SD card in, it was recognized and I switched my default save directory to SD, now when I take new picture even that doesn't show up in Pictures app. Box.net won't sync my pictures or videos either.

Am I the only one experiencing this?
Most of my pictures showed up after 2 days but now any new picture that I take does not appear in Pictures/Gallery either, it is in SD card, but gallery does not see it. How do I make sure gallery refreshes the folders?

Audible books not showing up in home sharing

On my new mac mini I brought some books from Audible they appear in iTunes
under "Books" but they do not appear under the home sharing and I am unable to tranfeer
them to my older machine where I keep my media files

Guess I should have looked at FAQ first looks like Apple does not allow us to do this

Just in case anyone else has this problem, here is what Apple replied to me: "Dear Carol, Greetings from Apple iTunes Customer Support. I am Sayantan and I am glad to assist you today. I understand you are unable to share audio books using home sharing. I know how upsetting it can be. I will help you with this. Unfortunately, you cannot share iTunes Store Audio Books, Audible spoken word content, or QuickTime sound files. In accordance with iTunes Store policy, you may share the music in your library and playlists with up to five other computers, provided the following conditions are met: 1. Your computer is using Mac OS X version 10.4.11 or later, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. 2. The other computers are on the same local area network as your computer, in the same subnet. All audiobooks do not show up in home sharing

Calendar not showing in stand-by mode

I got a problem with my calendar planning not showing up in active standby-mode. It's disappeared completely. I have deactivated and re-activated the calendar in my settings to no avail. All other options in active standby is working (even the calendar's todo entries), it's just the calendar planning that won't show up. Has anyone alse had this problem? Have I accidently deactivated the option in some other way? Is there another way to get this back other than settings -> programs in active stand by? Or perhaps the only way is to update the device software? (But somehow I don't think that'll help). Any help is greatly appreciated since I'm a bit lost without seeing my planning on the main screen.

You don't say what phone you are reffering to but try backing up important data such as Contacts, Calendar messages etc an then perfoma a hard reset by following these simple steps.
Turn the phone off
Hold down the green phone, key number 3 and the * key all at once whilst getting someone else to turn the phone back on.
Keep the keys in until the phone plays the startup sound, then restore your data and try again, if all else fails visit a Nokia service point.

Not showing album artwork

my ipod nano 7th gen is not showing artwork despite it's all shown in my itunes. how do i get it seen on the ipod?

Mac users use this little program: "Coverseverywhere" to be found here: http://code.google.com/p/coverseverywhere/
It will convert any iTunes albumart Mp3 such that the album art is seen by almost any player, including Nokia Symbian phones like the N78 N97 and more.
Just point it at the iTunes music files or directories you want to convert (this could be your whole library!) and it shows up on your Nokia. Ofcourse you have to reload your music to your phone. On Mac's this is easiest done troug Nokia's Multimedia Transfer program. http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/drivers/nokiamultimediatransfer.html
You must have the album art allready embedded in your Mp3's for this to work.
In iTunes this means copying the albumart from any source and opening the album or track with "Command-I" or right clicking on "Info". Then you paste the art into the illustration window.
This little program is a small gem. Works like a charm!

Extenion Panel not showing installed addons

Hi - I have bought a numer of 'add ons; using the creative cloud add-on section of the adobe site. Only one (a free one called Krul) appears. The rest are noweher to be found in the extensions panel. I see the in Extension Manager but not in cc 2014 Extensions Panel .. can anyone give me help ?

what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far - Reinstalled all CC apps including Extension Manager .. still the same issue .. Purchased Add Ons - Softskinning - Adobe Watercolour - Adobe Watermark and 20 HDR Effects do not show up in the Extensions panel or indeed in actions.

N97 does not charge. HELP!

my n97 does not seem to charge! the handset recognises the charger is plugged in and the bars on the screen shows its charging but the charge doesnt seem to reach the battery, iv changed the battery for a new one and i get the same thing happen any ideas whats going on??

HT204053 purchused ring tones not showing on icloud

I just got the iphone 5. Signed in and half of my purchused stuff is not showing up in icloud. On my iphone 4 I had to swap it out a few months after I got it back in 2010. When I did that for some reason on the phone it created two seperate sets of playlist that read Purchused on Erika's iphone. Well with my new phone now it seems as if I only got the stuff that was listed under one of those playlist. I had brought my iphone4 in before to the genius bar because of that and they really couldnt tell me why it did that. And I was abel to stop it from doing that but everything before that was already split. Hope Im making sense here. I have the receipts of the stuff I purchused that is not showing in my icloud. What do I do to get access to that stuff I already bought?

I have used 10 or so custom ringtones in the past. They are still in the devices pane on iTunes. I assigned different ones to different callers for ID's. Now only 1 ringtone at a time will show on my iPhone 3GS 32GB. I manage all my media manually; checking the "sync" box on any panel warns you that all of of your music, movies, TV show etc. will be removed if you check this box. Not pretty.
I can manually drag any compatible media to the iPhone device icon EXCEPT ringtones. I used to do this without a hiccup. Nobody knows what's going on?

The tracks menu in Galery does not show any music ...

Hi,
I have recently bought the E71. Looking at its various features, got interested to download some themes. I got these websites (to download themes) from the nokia discussion's page itself, so no worries there.
Amazingly, when I finished downloading and loaded one of the themes, I noticed that the TRACKS in galery does not show any sub menus, you know like, all songs, playlistes, artists, etc.
I tried uploading some new songs and got the same issue, though these tracks showed up in the file manager option and even played.
I have formated the phone to factory settings but it didn't help. Now I'm going for a software update, but I don;t think that if the software is not updated the phone will give such issues.
Please suggest and help. It's just been a month that I bought this costly handset.
I really need a solution.

You need to go the "Music Player" and select "Options" and "Refresh". Let it do it's thing and then you should see music you uploaded.

Ipod touch not showing songs in itunes

I connected my 4th gen ipod touch to my laptop as usual. I have over 3,000 songs on it, but when I click on ipod, then on this ipod, it shows up as zero items. All my songs are still on my ipod, and I use manually manage. I do not want to sync in case I lose everything as I do not keep songs on itunes library. The bar at the bottom shows up as though the songs are there but they are not showing up under devices. It says 9gb free, and the ipod is 32gb.

ITunes does not show up on apple tv 1st gen.

i have a 1st gen apple tv with the 160 gig HD. recently, it will not show the itunes site. Under teh movies tab there are my movies and trailers and that's it. Does anyone know how to get the itunes store back on apple tv?

My downloaded text sounds do not show up under the sounds tab in settings after installing 8.1.1. can someone help me please?

i downloaded a couple text tones and since installing 8.1.1, they will not show up under the sounds tab. in fact, they do not show up in my recent purchases on itunes, but when i go to buy them again, it says that i have already bought this tone. This was happening to me too but only for some of my songs. I have a mac so I dunno about PCs, but for most of my ringtones I had to create an ACC version in itunes to make them short enough then turn that into a m4r and those all worked fine. But if the song was already short enough and I didn't create an ACC version and just turned the original into a m4r, then it wouldn't appear in my itunes.
so if you're on a mac:
1. go to get info, options, pick when you want the song to start and end.
     Has to be pretty short to work, 30 second or less is good
     if it's already short enough that's fine
2. right click and click 'create ACC version'
     a copy with the length you put in will appear, drag that into a folder or whatever and just type in m4r where m4a would be
     still make an ACC version even if it's the right length

Internet Streams in Playlists do not show up on Apple TV

I use the following setup:
- Apple TV MD199LL/A (Software 6.0.1) just updated to the latest
- iTunes 11.1.3 for Windows (from a Windows 7 x64)
- iTunes 11.1.3 for MAC (from a Apple MacBook Pro x64, Maverix)
Homesharing is turned on both computers
From both machines I share pictures, videos and music.
All photos, videos and music files are getting displayed on the Apple TV menu, and can be played.
All iTunes playlists from both machines are getting displazed on the Apple TV
BUT!
If a internet stream is added to a playlist, this entry does not show on the Apple TV menu.
If the playlist contains only internet streams the Apple TV menu says "There are no songs in this library"
If I hit the play key on my remote, it will randomly play the first stream in the playlist (not realy reproducable pattern)
I can play those streams in iTunes and send it via AirPlay without problems,
Can anyone help me with this and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You can only view that rental on the iPad. For it to show up it has to be rented directly on ATV or through a computer and streamed via home sharing

When I sync my iPod to my MacBook through iTunes new events do not show up and old events are not deleted. I am using Snow Leopard and not iSync.

I am using Snow Leopard on a MacBook. I have an iPod touch 3G. I do not use iSync it Mobile Me. When I sync my iPod through iTunes new events on my iPod do not show up on my Mac and old events do not delete. I have read help instructions that include deleting the data on the iPod. The iPod has the correct data and the Mac does not so I have not followed those instructions. I need help as the only reason I bought the Mac was to be able to sync, back up, view and print my calendar. Currently it is useless. If only Apple could have learned from the elegance of the Palm software.

Synced videos do not show up on iPod

Every time I sync my iPod with iTunes, although iTunes says the videos are synced, they do not show up in the Video app on the iPod.
This is a fairly new problem. All these videos have been synced before and they all showed up just fine in the Video app, but as of late the iPod does not show them. Searching for them yields no results.
The videos are in a compatible format and do not have an extremely high definition. Again, I do not think the problem is with the videos, because previously I was able to view them all just fine.
I have at least 1G of memory left, 2G without syncing the videos.
I have erased and re-synced them in iTunes, to no avail. I can play the videos on the iPod from iTunes, but not on the actual iPod device. I'm using windows iTunes, and it is up to date. The iPod software is up to date. I don't want to do a restore because I've already done that multiple times for multiple issues, but if that's what I have to do, I will. It's a pretty old iPod. I'm syncing with a third-party Duracell cable, but I really don't think that's the problem.
I'm not sure what it means, but in iTunes I have checked the option that reads, "Prefer standard definition videos". Syncing with that option unchecked changes nothing so far as I can tell.
