Hi.
Please try renaming the plugins file to plugins.tar.gz (instead of plugin.tar.gz) and upload again.
Please let me know if that helps.

  • Flash player and kaspersky browser add-ons

    Hallo,
I use Internet Explorer 9 (32 bit) on windows 7 (64 bit) with Adobe flash player (version 11,5,502,135 installed) and also the following kaspersky browser add-ons from software "kaspersky internet security 2013":
    Name Content Blocker Plugin
    Name Virtual Keyboard Plugin
    Name Safe Money Plugin
    Name URL Advisor Plugin
    Name Links untersuchen
Some time - once per month - I like to go to cinema and therefor I use cineplex online ticket booking system, which is based on adobe flash player. But ever I want to reserve online a cinema ticket, I got an error message in browser from some add-on, probable from flash player add-on "Shockwave Flash Object" by Adobe Systems Incorporated, and cannot use the web page to reserve a ticket in online ticket system of CINEPLEX: https://booking.cineplex.de/TicketBoxXNGFrontend/booking_ng.jsp?perf_i d=1E871000023VYZJHTG&site_id=31 The web page from booking.cineplex is since many years the same, but flash player is often updated and kaspersky lab add-ons are very young.
Could anybody confirm problems between flash player add-on and the kaspersky lab add-ons, because if I deactivate all kaspersky add-ons, there are no problems to use the webpage from CINEPLEX and their online ticket system based on flash player. Support of Kaspersky Lab denies any problems with their software regarding this issue, but I don't believe, that they had tested it with the booking.cineplex site.

    Hi Chris,
thank your for the hint. But this site is already on whitelist in all moduls of kaspersky. I assume the error comes not from possible blocking content of the web site, but from blocking something functions from flash player "Shockwave Flash Object" add-on, but I could not exactly determine this. Because this problem is difficulty to delimit, I use IE 9 only without Kaspersky add-ons, otherwise I get angry each time, if the access to cinema portal site does not work.
Perhaps someone else has an idea.

  • You just updated and disabled my HP printer and Kaspersky security - why would you do that??

There is no more to say. Your site automatically updated and came back with a message that said it disabled my HP webprinter and Kaspersky security because they were not compatible. You should not be able to touch those things on my computer so what happened? I need you to undo whatever you just did.

Thanks! I do have the HP disc for the scanner/copier. If and when my cousin comes down he said he may have to re-install it.
Though I still wonder what happened and if now it was because of those last updates for my XP from Microsoft. It worked fine over a week ago. And it still partially scans through the HP solution site or the control panel works well too. And still copies and prints. Which almost doesn't make sense as to why just the scanner is effected. But many thanks!

  • Elitepad 900 Windows 8.1 and Kaspersky Endpoint security 10

    hello
I encounter a problem with the HP tablet elitepad 900 Windows 8.1 ( only) and Kaspersky endpoint security 10 .
After the test, I realized that when the components of Kaspersky were active , the tablet had problems booting. ( Freeze at HP logo and blue screen)
    If someone in the solution.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hello romka18.
I am sorry you are having trouble with the auto-rotate.
To turn on auto-rotate, bring up the charms by swiping from the right hand side and search on "resolution". You may need to select that you are searching within "Settings" and not "Apps".  One of the settings for resolution is "Adjust Screen resolution", please select that and it will take you to a screen that has a checkbox that lets you enable "Allow the screen to auto-rotate".
There is a good 2 minute video of this on YouTube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtiuFLyoGoA uploaded there by Jeffrey Lush.
    I hope that helps!

  • Where do you get kaspersky anti banner and kaspersky URL advisor extensions from for firefox v5

Where do you get kaspersky anti banner and kaspersky URL advisor extensions from for firefox v5

You need to contact Kaspersky about their plans for supporting Firefox 4. It is quite common for companies to only support a new version of a browser after it has been officially released, and not support it during the beta/release candidate phase.
You should check for any Kaspersky updates in case they have already added support for Firefox 4

  • (06 Oct 14) updated firefox and Kaspersky, now have problems with Barclays site - firefox "not responding" and plugin error on trying to close. Help!

Updated Kaspersky to 15.0.0.463(a) - ( comes with "safe money" - now turned off).
Updated Firefox from (old) version to 32.0.3.
Barclays bank site loads properly, and allows access to accounts BUT when I try to look at a statement, Firefox "not responding" and a blank/ unresponsive page is displayed.
In order to acheive any movement I have to close firefox... this gives rise to windows wanting to send error data, and Firefox apologising for loosing the tab.
None of which allows me to do essential banking transactions.
It is this machine that has the problem - I can access without problems via work computer (using google Chrome)

My guess is that your statement is a PDF document, since banks and other companies often use that format for statements.
Firefox has various options for viewing PDFs, including a built-in PDF viewer (not as full featured as Adobe's), or the option to use a plugin such as Adobe Acrobat, or to launch the PDF in an external application. This article describes how to experiment with that setting: [[How to disable the built-in PDF viewer and use another viewer]].
On another subject, your plugin list has various plugins described as "Google Chrome Extension". I haven't seen that before. Could you review the list and see whether they really should be active in Firefox or can be deactivated?
Open the Add-ons page using either:
    * Ctrl+Shift+a
    * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins.
For those that are not essential, I suggest changing them to "Never Activate". This might not take effect immediately in that window, but should disable them in new windows.

  • Remote Control and Kaspersky

Anyone run into a problem of Kaspersky console not working/responding through ZEN Remote control. I can control everything but if I bring up Kaspersky console it will not respond to rc controls.

Several years later, but I thought I'd post my fix anyway...
Install Kaspersky on a Workstation and define an exception for:
    C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\RemoteManagement\RMAgent\Zen Rem32.exe
Export the (fully set up) Kaspersky configuration to a text file and copy it to your AdminKit public folder. Define that configuration as part of your Kaspersky client installation in the AdminKit and you should be able to control the Kaspersky system tray icon on all machines that receive that roll out. That exception won't work as a policy rollout, it has to be included as part of the client at time of installation.

  • Flash CS4 not working with Windows 7 64bit and Kaspersky Internet Security

I have a new i5 core computer running Windows 7 64bit retail. With Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 installed Flash CS4 becomes so unresponsive that it is completely unusable. Uninstall KIS and it works absolutely fine. I've already read on another forum that someone else is experiencing the same issue with the same combination of products. Is anyone else having this problem amd if so how did you solve it? I've posted on the Kaspersky forum with no solution thus far.
Does Norton work OK with Windows 7(64) and CS4?

    *** PROBLEM SOLVED ***
Taxxem you are a star. Ideed turning off 'disable external service control' and disabling 'self defense' under 'settings  -options' does indeed bring Flash back to life. Disabling self-defense had the most impact (and causes Kaspersky to grumble somewhat) but disabling external service control also had an impact, albeit much smaller. I'll post this solution against my Kaspersky forum post and hopefully they will do something about it.

  • Anyone having problems with LR and Kaspersky 2013?

I'm running Win x64 with LR 4.1 and have been using Kaspersky Internet Security for the past two and a half years with no issues. The new version of Kaspersky recently came out (KIS2013) and I decided to upgrade, following all the guidelines on their forum for uninstalling the previous version first. Since I installed it on Saturday, I've had three blue screens on what was a previoulsy stable and reliable system, and the only thing that's changed on that system in this time is KIS. Each time the blue screen has returned a different bug code and has occured at random; the only consistent thing has been that LR has been running. I've checked out the usual suspects (memory check, update graphics driver), but the PC crashed again regardless. Of course, this isn't an LR issue specifically, but I'm just wondering if any other LR users have tried out KIS2013, and if they have, have they had similar problems?
I've just today uninstalled KIS and am currently running Microsoft Security Essentials instead. So far - and it's early days - it seems to be fine with LR running in conjunction. It appears to me (as a relatively PC savvy user, but certainly no software engineer and with minimal experience of troubleshooting system crashes) that KIS has a conflict with LR that causes significant stability issues. I'll be posting on the Kaspersky forum as well.
Based on my experiences, if you are running KIS then stick with the 2012 version. That caused me zero problems.

  • SAP Netweaver ABAP Development 7.0 and Kaspersky IS 2010

    Hi All,
Iu2019m trying to figure out how to make KIS 2010 and SAP Netweaver work together but so far I couldnu2019t find a u201Cgoodu201D solution.
The only way that I figured out so far, to make it work, is turn off the u201CApplication Controlu201D on KIS2010.
Do you know some exceptions that I can insert to u201Copenu201D the kaspersky for the SAP applications?
Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi,
You should ask Kaspersky support about this issue. It is not a SAP problem !

  • NAC - L2 IEEE 802.1x and NAC - L2 IP differences.

    Hi,
My customer is having Cisco 4507R switch with IOS version 122.31-SG1 which deosnt supports NAC - L2 IEEE 802.1x but supports NAC - L2 IP.

    Hello,sharma
can u be more clear abt ur question. What r u trying to achieve.

  • I just purchase a new desktop computer (Lenovo) operation system window 7 and had and Kaspersky Anti-virus install, however it appear that it does work with firefox version 7. Any advise for me because I'm an strong user of Firefox browser.

Kaspersky URL advisor is incompatable with firefox 7.01
Kaspersky virtual keyboard is incompatable with firefox 7.01

You can turn off compatibility checking, but more and more of the Google Toolbar will not work. Google is no longer supporting the Google Toolbar so you should use the alternatives.
    Hi Mark,
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Using_Google_Toolbar_features_without_toolbars
If you have an aspect that is not covered, indicate what that is; otherwise, expect you to be fully functional within 1-2 weeks.

  • NAC Agent 4.5.2 and hosts files

    Hi
since the PC are managed by NAC, some users met problems with the "host" file (file empty).
Does the NAC agent have any influence on this mechanism?
Is it possible to reload this file?
    Thanks for your help

    Murielle,
NAC wouldn't do anything to the hosts file on your client machines. There's something else at play here.

  • NAC Guest server for wired and wireless

    Hi
My customer wants the NGS to install for both wired and wireless users. For wireless users we can integrate it with the WLC but i don't know how it will work for wired users at the same time. Pls suggest.
    Thanks

    Hi Vishal,
Please note that if you want to return ACLs (and usually in wired web auth you need to), you will have to integrate with ACS as NGS itself cannot return ACLs in the reply radius attributes.
Basically the process is as follows:
1 - Client plugs cable on switch.
2 - Web auth is triggered on the port.
3 - default ACL permiting only DNS and DHCP is applyed so that the client PC can obtain IP address and open a browser.
4 - Client will be redirected to the NGS hotspot login page.
5 - Client will enter credentials.
6 - Client broswer will send an HTTP POST packet containing the credentials.
7 - The switch will intercept the POS packets and retrieve the credentials entered.
8 - The switch will send Radius Access-Request to the ACS.
9 - The ACS will use the NGS as External Identity source to authenticate the client.
10 - The NGS will reply with Radius Access-Accept to the ACS and the ACS will reply to the switch including the ACL in the Access-Accept.
11 - the Switch authorizes the client on the port and applies the ACL it received from the ACS.
Please follow the document Nicolas posted as it is a good one.
    HTH,
    Thanks

  • ISe with NAC agent pop up and Posture waiting

    Hi,
I have ISE running ver 1.1.1.268. We limited access certain services before authuenticate with ACL-DEFAULT(given below) as per the Trustsec desgin guide.
Now the issue is that when you have ACL-DEFAULT on the port NAC agent doest not pop-up and doest not start the posture part and saying waiting for Posture validation. When the ACL-DEFAULT removed from the access port NAC agent popup and do the posture validation.
However we do not want user to get access to network before the authorization and that is the reason we use the ACL-DEFAULT.
Please can someone advise me how to achieve the above both task. Why the NAC agent does not popup and do the posture when ACL-DEFAULT there in the switch.
Here is what I have configured on ACL-DEFAULT.
    ip access-list extended ACL-DEFAULT
    remark DHCP
permit udp any eq bootpc any eq bootps
    remark DNS
permit udp any any eq domain
permit tcp any any eq domain
permit udp any any eq 389
permit tcp any any eq 135
permit tcp any any eq 445
permit udp any any eq 445
permit tcp any any range 135 139
permit tcp any any eq 389
permit tcp any any eq 3268
    permit icmp any any
    remark PXE / TFTP
permit udp any any eq tftp
permit tcp any host 172.xx.xx.xx eq 8443 (ISE-Pri)
permit tcp any host 172.xx.xx.xx eq 8443 (ISE-Sec)
    remark Drop all the rest
    deny   ip any any log
Appreciate if someone can give a solid resolution and explanation to this.

    Hi Saurav,
We have already allowed those ports with another acl (ACL-POSTURE-REDIRECT). Our issue is not with the web nac agent.
The issue is with NAC agent installed on corperate PCs connecting via wired port. With the ACL-DEFAULT it does not pop-up and does not do the posturing, however once we removed the ACL-DEFAULT from the access port, everything works fine.
Since we do not want any user to access unwanted services before authorization we add this ACL on the access-port and as per the trustsec desgin this has to be there if you want to have ISE with closed mode.
    thanks
