Nach Update 7.1.1 iphone backup beschädigt oder nicht kompatibel

nach Update auf ios 7.1.1 wurde mein iphone komplett gelöscht aber ein backup lässt sich nicht einspielen. Bricht etwa nach 20 Min ab mit der Meldung "beschädigt oder nicht kompatibel" die üblichen verdächtigen Lösungsvorschläge haben bis jetzt nicht funktioniert.

1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

My PC had a BSOD while restoring my data. After I restarted, opened iTunes, and connected my phone, the restore did not resume. (I have seen the restore process resume after an interruption.) I tried to manually restore the data, but iTunes does not list the backup that was taken during the update process. Is this backup stored in a different location or format? Is there a way I can get my data back? I tried an extraction tool from the web and it didn't detect the backup from the update.
Same with me; I only found one backup dating back from august; tried that and works fine. But missing all my pics/vids in between. I have been searching my pc for files that were created on the day of the OS upgrade, but could not figure out any backups...
Any help?

Since upgrading to iOS8 iTunes no longer recognizes my iPhone5 when I connect to SYNC or BACKUP my iPhone5. Thus, these features are no longer available. When I click on the DEVICES tab, the window is dim, and will therefore not allow me to SYNC or BACKUP my iPhone5 on my iMac. I use iTune 11.4 and iOS8.

After taking my iPhone5 to the Apple Store, an Expert was able to get my phone operational again. However, when I returned home I found I no longer had options in iTunes to SYNC or BACKUP my iPhone5. I suspect that ITunes does not recognize my IPhone any longer. For the past 1.5 years I have no problems updating or syncing my iPhone…it was only after I upgraded to iOS8 last week.

Why, if it told you you have insufficient space on your computer, would it suggest making more space available on your phone?
At a guess, you have insufficient space on your phone. Installing software will typically require more space than the final size of the software, perhaps even twice or three times as much, for the installation process. You can easily dump some videos or music temporarily, and then synch them back in afterwards. -
I backed up my Iphone to itunes so i can do the new Update to IOs 7 and so now that i updated it i want to backup and restore and its not working, Please help!
An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. I was trying to update sofwatare for my iphone 4s, i got stuck with recovery mode and only option i see is to restore from factory setting. Do i lose all the the datas ? i did't had any backup. What is a solution?
If you didn't back it up, your data is gone. There is no "solution" after the fact.

well, i finally made it thru the maze that is apple security, matched all the password rules, and never using the same password twice only to be shut down again when i tried to update my wife's iphone. after two hours i get a message that says its cancelling the back up. No other messages or errors or anything. Just cancelling the backup. This has happened consistently 5 times.
Do these updates work for anyone?
What is necessary.The update requires approximately 3GB of storage space.
Tap Settings > General > About
Swipe down. You'll see: Available
If it's less than 3GB's you need to delete apps, photos, etc to free up storage space in order to udpate to iOS 7. -
I was trying to backup my iphone to the computer, I got some message that said it didn't finish an update and now the iphone is stuck. It has the itunes symbol and the usb cable picture on the screen, any ideas as to how to clear this???

Is very generic. Do you get this when you power-up the phone?
I thought this message is only used when the phone hasn't a clue what is going on. Like a US phone suddendly finding itself in a different country, with an incompatible netowrk or SIM card.
If you bought a jail-broken phone, updating the O/S might have seriously messed up your phone. -

About 2 weeks ago I plugged my wife's iphone 4S to our pc to update it to IOS 7and backup her iphone info to icloud. When I was done my wife's iphone had my daughter's ipod info on it and I can't find my wife's info on icloud anywhere. My wife has about 6 years of business contacts on her iphone so she is rather upset. Is there a way to recover her contacts?
You don't have to wipe anything, but when you get a chance make sure you backed up to icloud.
What that means is your contacts inside of the phone either physically or liquid damaged. To check
which, you can look inside and if you see a little pink, that would give you a water damage. If you don't
see pink it means that you to many times plugged in that charger the other way or tried to. May be
used some other things to plug in. If you flash the light in you may be able to see those contacts.

How to us iPhone backup file from Time Machine drive to restore iPhone
Stupidly, I deleted my primary account on my iPhone that contained my contacts and calendar. I don't currently subscribe to MobileMe. I took advantage of the free service when I bought my phone, but decided not to subscribe as I synch my iPhone to my computer and back up my computer using a hard drive connected with Time Machine. Unfortunately, when I stopped using MobileMe, a synch to my iTunes wiped out all my contact data in my Address Book on my computer and my calendar. Therefore, all my most current information was on my iPhone.
I went to the Apple store and was told that the iTunes backup file may be used to restore the contacts and calendar information on my iPhone. I synched my iPhone to iTunes and then did the iPhone restore to factory settings. Only then did I realize that the older, correct backup file was not an available option in the dropdown.
So, I'm trying to figure out how to pull an older iPhone backup file and then use it to restore the iPhone. The only thing is that when I go to Time Machine and look at an older Library --> Application Support --> Mobile Sync --> Backup folder, there's a whole bunch of .mdbackup files in there.
How do I select what I need? How do I get the iTunes protocol to run the restore on my iPhone using those files?Select the folder that contains the .mdbackup files and use Get Info for the folder to check the date the backup was updated. I would forget about trying to extract individual .mdbackup files and transfer the entire folder to the same location on your computer's hard drive - with iTunes quit before doing so.
After doing so, this backup should be available to select when restoring your iPhone from your iPhone's backup.
If this is successful restoring contact info and calendar events on your iPhone, if the Address Book and iCal on your Mac is empty - it does not contain any data, before syncing your iPhone direct with the Address Book and iCal on your Mac, enter one unique contact in the Address Book, and one calendar event in iCal on your Mac. Make these up if needed, which can be deleted later. This will provide a merge prompt when syncing this data, which you want to select.
Does Time Machine include a backup of your Address Book and iCal on your Mac? If so, it will be much easier and faster to restore the Address Book and iCal on your Mac from your Time Machine backup.
