Nach Update wiedergabelisten weg und bereits gekaufte Titel iTunes Store
Nachdem ich das letzte iTunes Update geladen habe sind meine Wiedergabeliste alle weg und alle Titel, die ich im iTunes Store gekauft habe...kann ich meine Wiedergabelisten irgendwie wiederherstellen und wo sind die Alben gespeichert, die ich über den iTunes Store gekauft habe?

ich bekomme beim Versuch, mir zur Verfügung stehende Downloads zu laden folgende Fehlermeldung :
"Es kann nicht nach verfügbaren Dowloads gesucht werden. Der iTunes Store ist zur Zeit nicht verfügbar. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut."
Sämtliche Maßnahmen zu Problembehebung habe ich bereits ausprobiert, der Fehler besteht nach wie vor.
Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?

Es scheint so zu sein, dass man gar nicts runterladen kann, wenn man mehrere Artikel gekauft hat, aber einer davon nicht verfügbar ist. Einer der poster sagte, er konnte seine Artikel herunterladen, wenn er nicht alle aufeinmal auswählt, sondern es einzeln versucht. Vielelicht klappt das ja. -
After installing the latest itunes/quicktime update I can no longer acces the itunes store nad my iphone does not complete syncing. What can I do to fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows updates. I have checked the firewall settings. what else?
The problem is with version 10.4.1. I had to reload 10.3 to get it to work. The recommendation from a previous poster worked for me. Here was their list of steps:
Go to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall
2. Uninstall the following Apple programs in the following order:
a. iTunes
b. QuickTime
c. Apple Software Update
d. Apple Mobile Devices Support
e. Bonjour
f. Apple Appllcation Support
3. Reboot PC
4. Find, Download and Install iTunes 10.3 (you can find it at FileHippo.com)
If you start iTunes now you will get an error message saying that the current iTunes library was created by a newer version of iTunes. To correct this:
5. Go to your Music>iTunes folder and delete the "iTunes Library.itl" database file
6. Within this iTunes folder find and open the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder and locate the most recently dated "iTunes Library (date).itl" database file.
7. Copy and Paste this file back into the iTunes folder
8. Rename this "iTunes Library (date).itl" file by removing the date. It should say "iTunes Library.itl"
9. Reboot PC -
After updating IOS 7 i can't open Itunes Store on my Iphone anymore
After updating IOS 7 i can't open Itunes Store anymore.
Same issue here on iPhone 4 after upgrade to IOS7. When launching iTunes store the iPhone loads data for a few secs, but then the screen is completely empty: No movies, no music, no genius.... The all page is completely white ( orblack for movies).
Tried all these tricks w/o success:
- Log off and on again on iTunes account
- Change system language
- Disable all iCloud syncs
- Disable all automated downloads from app store and iTunes store
Interestingly, iTunes store works perfectly with same account on iPad 2 after updateto IOS 7
Next I will try is to sync with MacBook.
Anyone solved it already pls post ! -
i have my ipod attached to an old, out of date email and when i try to update from my ipod it says "your itunes store password is incorrect" Any ideas why/how to fix?
Try from a computer. You may have to reset your password. If you can't get the comfirmation email then you can use the secret question. Once you can log in then you change the the email address.

a lot of people have posted about this and i have seen one weird thing fix this. people said they where going into date and time under settings and changing the date to some time in the future and then going to the itunes store and it would give them an error that there date and time was wrong. then all you need to do is go back and set the date and time right and go back to the itunes store and try again.

Try quitting the App Store:
Tap the home button to get to the home screen. Then double tap the home button, and hold your finger over the App Store icon. Tap the red when it appears. Tap the home button again to return to the home screen.
Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost. -

Itunes 10.4 update does not work with devices - no itunes store - a bug???

I have recently downloaded the new iTunes 10.4 and it now won't open the iTunes store or bring up any devices that I plug into the computer. This means I can not sync my iPad, my iPhone and chage any of my settings. Also, when I go to the iTunes search and type in a song that i want to play, it doesn't work, it doesn't search at all... nothing happenes.
When I plug my iPhone in to the computer the iPhoto comes up to sync so the lead and the computer under that mechanism is working. It just wont show up in my iTunes.
Every time I quit iTunes a message comes up with errors and asks me to reopen iTunes. The problem still persists.
Please advise.I am having similar problems after clicking yes when Software Update advised I needed OSX & iTunes update. I'm running Snow Leopard, and now I cannot open iTunes, run iTunes on my computer, siync my iPod, anything. I wish I had NEVER clicked yes...

iTunes crashes when I click the iTunes Store block. What can I do to get the iTunes Store to open on my computer running Window 7 (all updates installed)? It used to work last fall but some update must have reset something or the newer version of iTunes omitted something that would allow access to the Store from a PC.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

Computer crashed during update and now I can't access iTunes Store!
Hi! I was going to update my iTunes to the latest version, but my computer crashed halfway through. Ever since then, I can't access the iTunes store! I don't know whether trying to update it again would fix the issue?
Also, when choosing to update it brings me to the "download iTunes" page, it looks like the page you go to when you first download iTunes, and I don't want it to just download a new iTunes and not update my current one. Cannot update apps getting error "cannot connect to itunes store." iphone 4
So for 2 months I have not been able to update any of my apps due to the error code "cannot connect to itunes store. I can download new apps, buy music, itunes works fine but I cannot update anything. I have tried resetting, logging in and out of id, turning wifi on and off. Pretty much everything that a not so technical person can do. I have read numerous posts about this on going issue that seems a lot of people are having but no solution yet. TS3297 Updated to 10.8.1 now my itunes store says it wont connect
I updated my whole system to 10.8.1 from 10.6 and now it wont let me connect to the itunes store. Ive now gone back on to itunes and the store has loaded the first page ...
which it didnt do before, so I thought it was fixed but now I cannot move from this page with out this message popping up....
I really dont understand whats going on and Ive looked at every possible section on the support and nothing helps so please someone help me!!!Found this in a forum. It worked perfectly. For all those who have a similar problem:

Hy there,
In order for you to solve this problem you have to follow these stept if your running windows:
1'st step is to go into the device manager
2 step is to go to portable devices (it is rught under network adapters)
3 step is to right clic apple iphone and click update drivers
4 step is to brows your drivers from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
After that your itunes will pump up alown and youl see your iphone right there.

Can't connect to iTunes Store for updates: "there was an error in the iTunes Store...."
I can connect to the iTunes store on computer & iPhone & iPad.
I can "Get More Apps."
I can do just about everything.
However, I can NOT get app updates. I get this message - on computer & devices. If I want to update apps, I get this message:
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. You do not have permission to access the requested resource. There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."

And yes, I have the latest version of iTunes.Had the same problem - on my iOS devices and on my Mac's as well.
Fixed it. I turned off Wifi on the iphone and presto - was able to get connected. Remoted into another machine offsite - and the App Store worked - so figured it might be connected to an IP issue since iPhone over 4G worked, just not w/wifi enabled.
Reset my cable modem to grab a new IP address - and all works normally again.
