Nadie me informa de nada

Hace un mes estuve en la cañada applestore (marbella españa) con mi imac con un problema de pantalla (coincide con un numero de serie con programa de reparacion por fallos genericos en tarjeta de video).
Como el articulo hacia mas de un año que lo habia adquirido, me reenviaron al vendedor. FNAC. El cual me recogio el Imac para su reparacion.
Hace unos dias, casi un mes despues me informan que aun no esta reparado por falta de autorizacion de apple.
LLamo a apple y me envian de un lado para otro. De apple care, a la apple store, que lo haga por email, y cuando insisto me reenvian al vendedor, el vendedor me dice que apple, etc....
Personalmente me esta dando un impresion malisima. O cambia la cosa mucho, o creo que mi salida de productos apple (incluyendo varios usuarios en casa, mis hijos, etc...), dejaran de serlo.
Creia que estos temas se trataban de otra forma.
Impresion lamentable y quiero dejar constancia con ello.
Al igual que si conocen algun procedimiento para obtener la informacion o que hacer, ruego que me lo comenten.

hola, prueba desinstalando premiere y luego tu dv500, reinicia tu pc, enseguida instala primero premiere y prueba si funciona con tu tarjeta grafica, si asi fuese, entonces enseguida instala tu dv500 y prueba si funciona, si no posiblemente caen en conflicto tu tarjeta grafica y tu dv500, espero te sirva de algo mi comentario. saludos

Aaaaaarrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!
I was typing along and then all of the sudden my cursor disappeared! I can't find it. I've tried shutting down my Mac, but I can't do that because the box pops up when I hit the on/off button asking if I want to restart, sleep, cancel or shut down. I've tried hitting return. Nothing.
I've tried to force quit. Nothing.
I called Apple - it's a holiday.
I only bougth this Mac in late July. It took a while to download the new operating system. My track pad hasn't been working, I haven't been able to drag my fingers over it and scroll down. I'm pretty stupid, but the woman who normally handles my tech problems couldn't figure the track pad problem out either. There is a local guy who fixes Macs, but I've owned this for less than 90 days so it should be covered and I shouldn't have to pay for seeing this guy.
But now I'm losing at least a day's work. HELP! Thanks.

Thanks guys (I'm using guys in a non-sexist way in case one or both of you are differently equipped).
My problem 71 is that I live 125 kms from the nearest Mac Store. And it's a holiday so I'm losing a day's work. The local guys who does repair Macs is great. But since I couldn't contact Apple I would feel obliged to pay him for his services.
I realize I am under the 90-day service period and I do plan to buy Apple Care, as I get close to the end of the 90s days. But the failing, it seems to me, in Apple Support is they it is built around you having access to your machine or the web. And if, like today, I couldn't access them then the service is moot.
I'm lucky in that I still have my old MacBook pro stuck in a closet in reserve.
I do appreciate you and WZZZ taking the time to help me out.

If you want to restore your phone to a backup on your computer, connect your phone to iTunes, right-click on the name of your phone on the left side and select Restore from Backup. However, contacts are often not recoverd from a backup; maybe you'll get lucky though.

Quando abro o navegador mozzila, qualquer site que eu acesse ele não mostra fotos ou figuras. como solucionar? já atualizei o navegador, os pluggins e nada.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
*Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images, the permissions.default.image pref should be 1.
There are also extensions like Adblock Plus (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images and other content.

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Meu firefox só da erro por causa do flash plugin desde que atualizou para o 13 ficou horrivel so da erro, ae depois tentei instalar o 14 para ver e nada mudou..
não tem como resolver, ja deletei o plugin, resetei as conf. do firefox, desinstalei e reinstalei e nada funciona

Audigy 4 and digital NAD L70 surround system - No surround?

Hi guys and girls.
I have a fine Audigy 4 sound card and an even more fine NAD L70 A/V surround system (DVD player and mid-powered surround amplifier - The baby brother of this one: http://www.nadelectronics.com/av_rec...73_framset.htm ).
I have 4 speakers connected to the L70, 2 front and 2 rear.
My problem is, that I cannot get any sound out of the rear speakers, when testing e.g. the Creative Speaker Calibrator.
I've connected the computer to the L70 via the Digital Out on the Audigy 4 and the Digital Coaxial In on the L70.
I've set the Input Selector to Cable/Sat.
I've set the Speaker Configuration to
- Front: Large
- Center: None
- Surr: Large
- Sub: None
I've set the Creative Speaker Settings to "4/4.1 Speakers".
Where am I doing wrong? Why is it so hard to set up to work correctly?
And why cant I find a "Digital Out Only" button as with my old SB Live! 5.1
I've tried several (all?) possible combinations on the computer side and on the amplifier side, with no help.
I can get music from the computer to go to all speakers by switching between the surround modes on the L70.
Has anyone tried anything like this?

The information I gave Felix2 is not "horrible" or wrong, they are the truth. There is no need to start attacking again, if you are not clear on the information I gave in his thread, ask for more clarification, but do not attack.
If you are having problems getting it set up, it's best to provide some detail on what settings you have changed, how everything is configured, and someone will probably be able to help you.
The start of your post isn't very clear, do you have a standard Audigy 4 or an Audigy 4 Pro? The Audigy 4 Pro does have an optical output on the external dri'vebay, the standard Audigy 4 (just a card) does not have an optical output. You would need to connect through a coaxial input (minijack to RCA, then RCA-RCA).

Tenho um Moto G Music XT1033, sempre que acesso um site mais pesado ou abro mais de 3 abas, o Firefox fecha do nada e perco todas abas abertas. Isso é normal?

O Firefox no Android fecha do nada. Eu gosto muito, mas muito mesmo do Firefox, o melhor navegador de todos sem sombra de dúvida. No PC o Firefox não tem problema algum, mas quando acesso ele pelo Moto G começa os problemas. To acessando algum site pesado ou abro mais de 2 abas o navegador simplesmente fecha do nada sem explicação e eu perco tudo que estava aberto. Se não haver como resolver isso, o jeito será migrar pro Chrome e consequentemente usar o Chrome também no PC pois eu uso Sync. Gosto de ver meu histórico de sites acessados no PC no meu Moto G. Ou seja teria como eu sincronizar o Chrome no Moto G com o Firefox do PC? Como? Caso não há algum jeito de fazer essa sincronização entre dois navegadores diferentes e em plataformas diferentes, tudo bem. O jeito é tentar aprender a gosta do Chrome no PC.

How to connect apple tv to NAD T748 AV Receiver

Hi All, Trying to connect apple tv to NAD T748 home theatre.
Any one achieved this?

Thanks, discovered the only way I could get it to work was to run an HDMI cable from my Apple TV to TV's HDMI 2. HDMI 1 then runs from TV to HDMI out on T748 AV Receiver
Could not find any reference to HDCP for NAD T748 or TV
