NAND error Iphone 4s ! help me!

Well I was using my iphone 4s, When restart and it did not turn on gets stuck in the presentation of apple (the apple) and at the top left of the screen above the apple logo reincia Appears this text, down and then turns back on and i get the same error , i try to restore with itunes restore mode and throws me error!, could anyone help? I'm going crazy!. Thank you!
This is the mistake That I get up the logo and then reboots iphone and Continues to Appear;

bro i did waht u said about gs.apple.com but the devise him self dos`t boot up with this massge even if i tried to restor with DFU/Recovery waht ever the Devise dos`t boot up another copy of the Error somtimes this error somtimes the Topic Error

Oksy so i have dropped my iphone alot recently as you can see. Every time i try to turn it on it shows up with this error or it will just stay at the apple screen forever. I hold the power and home button to resetit but it just goes back to the NAND or apple logo screen. Also, other times it goes to a white screen so im just very frustrated. HELP PLEASE.

I had this problem with one of my customers two days after changing their screen. Error 4013. Phone was showing codes when trying to turn on and wouldn't let me restore the phone. Luckily i love what i do so i went deep into it till i found what was causing the problem. After multiple fails of trying to restore the phone i decided to take it apart. I tried multiple new screens on to see if the screen was the one giving me a issue, but no.
I decided to disconnect my proximity / camera flex cable while leaving the screen connected( don't try this is you don't know what you are doing!) and tried the restore and VOILA! It did the restore. I got all the screen back together and problem was there again!
Finnally, i decided to change the proximity/camera flex with a new one and use 1 of the 3 screens that had given me the same error! And problem fix, phone turned on perfectly, no codes.
This worked for me, hopefully it works for you. Please comment if you try this and it works, maybe it will help other or maybe apple fix the issue.

IOS issue 4005 error Iphone 5 HELP!!

I have had my phone a while and its been working great. I was using the phone in IOS7 and again no issues. I have updated to IOS 8 and now it keeps telling me to connect to Itunes and when I do I get an error message with code 4005.
I took the phone to an apple guru and the respose was an absolute joke. They are trying to tell me that (even tho the phone worked perfectly before the update) the IOS update has detected a hardware fault and will not restart. They are then saying i need to pay them £200 to get a new Iphone 5!!!!! Sorry Apple send an update which they recommend you do and then it renders your phone useless, then I have to shell out £200 to get a new phone!!!!
Can anyone help me with this error message and how to fix it cause Apple and their staff have been useless!! Dont think i will be staying with Apple come updgrade time. Total Joke.

thanks for the suggestions, i tried the ideas you suggested but i dont even get a camera showing for the rear camera, i also noticed the torchlight no longer works. i did all the steps but no luck.
So I took my camera to the genius bar this weekend as well as walking through various steps with the apple guys in ohio support over the net.
With the guys at the genius bar, after i insisted that it must be software as the rear camera stopped working only after the softwre update, they continued to assure me it was hardware and talked me into letting them replace the camera, they then took it to the back and tried fixing a camera and 30 minutes later came out and said the rear camera is no longer being detected and wanted me to replace the motherboard for yet more money. im glad they didnt charge me for the new camera though as it still didnt work.
anyway the motherboard idea i rejected as it was just 2 months out of warranty and had only stopped working the day after the release of 7.0.2, so im going to wait until the next few releases to see what happens, as i dont believe for a second its hardware. i expected a stock answer from apple and its exactly what i got even after my explanation of how it was working the day before the release. not overly impressed with the whole process.
i wanted to back down to 7.0.1 to confirm the camera still works but they said no chance so i cant even see if it still works ouside 7.0.2. anyway will update if i get any further progress.

1604 Error - iPhone 4 help! =(

I decided today to update to 4.3.4, upon update, my iPhone went into "limbo" - there is no home screen anymore, only the picture of the iTunes logo and USB Cable : trying to prompt me to connect to update.
When I connect to try to update, the progress bar at the top of the iTunes window just stays on "Preparing iPhone for restore": the progress bar isnt moving just on the alternate grey and white bands
Eventually after a while the 1604 error pops up

Yes Sir I have, I've reinstalled iTunes aswell and restarts aswell as checking the Apple Device Driver's in "Services" to check its working.
**BREAKTHROUGH**
Right now after the um-teenth reboot and manual restart to DFU (using Power and Home for 10 seconds)
iTunes has finally restored my device!

This can be caused by a number of issues.
Was everything working and then suddenly stopped??
Or is this a new clean setup and has never worked.
Do you have a cable modem which is not a router and the TC setup in bridge? That will cause it. The TC must be in router mode, ie dhcp and nat.
Check the IP the MBP gets including dns and gateway..
Then check the ipad/iphone.. post what IP dns and gateway (router in applespeak) they get.

You've managed to permanently damage the phone. As gdgmacguy suggests, buy a new one. Preferably from a legitimate source.
You may also want to keep in mind that it is illegal to use the Gevey SIM in pretty much every country on the planet. It may still be legal on the continent of antarctica, but that's only because penguins don't use cell phones as a rule.

Thanks for the update and clarification. In researching the issue it seems that the 2003 error code may have something to do with the USB connection. I would use this section of one of the above articles:
Get help with iOS update and restore errors
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can try different equipment:
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
Solve other issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section.

Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.

My Iphone 4 crashed yesterday after a restart and upload of OS 5.0, it will only partially sync. It's not transferring any of my music or ringtones.
