Navient is retracting 90 day late!!!

So 3 months ago my scores dropped about 30-35 points each bureau when a 90 day late account reported from Navient. I knew there was a mistake somewhere/mess up, so I spent hours searching for anything I could to show a payment was made, and the account was never 90 days late. I found bank statements, and a few other documents, got the call directly from Navient, this morning they submitted a retraction to all the bureaus!!!  What a relief!  My question is, when the accounts update, what will it say? Does that mean the late payment marks for the months will be removed? And any negative information from this will be gone since they made an error, and are credtiing my account? I know it will take a little while to update, but I just am wondering what to expect when it all gets retracted, and then wonder if I should see a score increase? The retraction was approved today so I know it's too soon, this is what the accounts are reporting as now: Payment Status Details :EQ:Current, was past due 60 days TUaid or paying as agreed EXays account as agreed

    1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
    2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
    3) sync the device
    iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

  • All day events created on iPod touch syncing a day late in iCal

    Hi everyone,
    When I create an all day event on the iPod touch and then sync to my mac, the newly created event shows up a day late in iCal, but remains correct on the iPod. I've noticed one or two other forums where people are having this problem but it doesn't appear to have been solved yet. Has anyone got any ideas about why this would happen? It's really bugging me as the calendar was one of the main reasons I bought the iPod in the first place, I'm thinking about taking it back if I can't get it to work. It appears to be a new problem as of some time this year (judging by other's experience, I've only had mine a week) so perhaps a dodgy software update?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    should clarify that I deleted duplicate events on the ipod so that should have left one in ical. there is still one listed in ical on the ipod but not on the computer, so deleting duplicate entry deleted it entirely from my ical on computer and mobile me. no icloud yet

  • Events are a day late than entered and duplicated

    since ios5, events are showing up on the ipad a day later than they did before the uprade. ical on the mac was doing the same mistake before the upgrade. the actual info of the event shows the correct date and time.
    i did change the first day of the week to monday (on the mac), in case that gives anyone a clue. changing it back doesn't cure it though.
    time support is on - i am located in new zealand - on both ipad and macbook. turning it off doesn't cure the problem.
    on the mac, most events are duplicated, sometimes on the same day, but some events are shown on the correct day plus a day later.
    one of my main reasons for using an ipad, indeed mac at all, is that it "just works".
    sync is now done over icloud.
    does anybody know why this is happening? i need to enter new events but can't trust the software not to stuff it up. back to pen and paper...

    just thought to check on ical on icloud. same problem, but as with the ipad, no duplications.

    Just copy Users/yourusername/Music/iTunes (containing your library-files) to your external drive as well as that (extaernal) folder that contains all your audio-tracks.

  • Why does my iMac just quit and it won't turn back on. Sometimes I can start it a few days later.

    It was working just fine and then it just quit. I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't work. Then like 3 days later, I tried turning it on and it came on and worked ok and just quit again.  Again, I tried turning it back on and again, it wouldn't come on. I tried again a few days later and it came on. What the heck is wrong with this computer?   It has Mac OS X 10.6.8 and the following is the info I got from profiler:

    It had a program called deep freeze on it when I first obtained it. That program would not allow me to make any changes or save anything. A friend gave me a disk and I installed it and it took that program away. It was working fine and then as I said, just quit. I got the computer from an auction from a community college and deep freeze was the program they used to make sure the students using the computers couldn't change anything. When ever the computer got turned off, it would default back to factory settings. When it first turned off and wouldn't start again, I tried taking out one of the two memory sticks and it worked. I then went and bought two new memory sticks and installed them and it worked ok. Then it started doing the same thing again.

  • Are there any issues with starting a task sequence one day and finishing it up days later?

    We have a few techs who, for whatever reason, will sometimes start a deployment task sequence (from boot media, USB) and then finish the task sequence the next day or days later.  For example, I had a recent one where the smsts log file had all of the
    PXE steps taking place on Friday, but then everything after the first reboot took place today, on Monday.
    The log was full of messages like below, and no software was installed:

    Failed to send status message (80004005) TSManager 3/3/2014 7:46:36 AM 1452 (0x05AC)

    So obviously something is wrong, but I'd like to know a little detail as to why. Is there a timing issue when communicating with the MP?

    I need the complete smsts.log. Only part of them does not help.
    Anyway, the TS can run up to 24 hours if I have not remembered wrong. So, if you have too many steps in a TS and need to spend too much time to finish, this will cause the TS failed.

    This is a scam. Do not phone these people, at best they will charge you for unnecessary 'cleaning' and at worst they will gain access to your Mac and steal your data. You've probably managed to install some 'adware' which is producing this fake warning. 'Adwaremedic' should remove it and is safe to use - please see

  • So I formatted a brand new hard drive to MAC OS (Journal), I then could save on the hard drive. Not two days later Im back at square one, the program wont recognize the hard drive again.

    So, hard to beleive, but I am having some trouble with Final Cut Pro X.
    This last week I formatted a brand new hard drive to MAC OS (Journal),

    Well it went great.
    I saved my project on there and copied a few others over as to free up space on my Laptop.
    Then, not two days later Im back at square one,
    the program wont recognize the hard drive.
    It wont even open the events up off my hard drive,
    as to jog the program into reqcognizing the scratch disk (which worked twice before).
    What happened?
    How do I get the program to re-recongize my newly formatted hard drive?
    Please help!

    The name of the drive, or the name of some folders inside the drive, may fool FCP X into believing it is a camera.
    Also, you should not use the drive for time machine backups.

  • I ordered a movie on iTunes, got a message that there was an error, so I tried it a few days later using my husbands bank card. I was charged twice for one movie. Please refund one of these!!!

    I ordered a movie on iTunes back in April, the movie didn't finish downloading, I got a message that there was an error, so a few days later, I downloaded it again. This time I used my husbands bank card, which has a different number, but is connected to our joint checking account.  I noticed the duplicate charge for the one movie.   • 30 days late on payment due date

    I have a past due payment that has a due date of June 9th, 2015. On the day of July 9th, 2015, it will be 30 days that my account is past due. Questions: -If I make my payment to post on 7-9-15 (30 days late), will my account be in danger of being reported late to the CRA? Would it be recommended to have the payment post on 7-8-15 (29 days late) instead?-Once the account is 30 days late, is it automatically reported to the credit bureaus? Or do creditors still decide if they want to to work with the customer to bring the account current to avoid the derogatory mark?

    I spoke with my creditor and they said that on 7-9-15 I will be 29 days late, not 30 days late. On 7-10-15 is when they will consider my account 30 days past due and they will automatically report this information to the CRAs. The creditor also told me I should be OK by making sure my payment posts on 7-9-15. I think it would be a better idea to have it post 7-8-15 just to be safe. Since my due date was on 6-9-15, on the day of 6-10-15 my account would be 1 day past due. According to the creditor's calculation, my account wasn't 1 day past due until the day of 6-11-15.

    i dont understand why vwerizon calls me 4 times a day when i am a couple of days late on my monthly bill considering i am paid a month in advance to start with have been a customer for almost 10 years and have maintained my account not thousands behind . then have the rep get nasty with me on the phone when i tell her i will make payment in morning . now my real question verizon didnt have a problem taking my money in advance for 6 months when i had a phone that did not work properly that i purchased from them they directed me to the manufacturer due to programing problems that to my knowledge still havent been fixed if you know the phones are problems why sell them and make someonepay for a service or servises that are not working properly. for 200.00 dollars a month i would think you people would try harder to satisfy your customers even the ones that pay late considering you charge late fees on advance billing you are trying to push me to at&t

    Because you are 9 days late with your monthly payment!!!!
    You signed a contract to pay your bill by a certain date and now you are not keeping up with your side of the agreement!!!

  • Lync User Phone Number Changed in AD - Still Showing Old (Normalized) Number Days Later in Lync Client Contact Detail

    Environment:  Lync 2013 backend; Lync 2010 and Lync 2013 clients.  Enterprise Voice not implemented.  November 2013 CU Applied on Server.
    Issue:  Lync user (User A) phone number changed in AD but still showing old number for others days later.
    Believed Cause:  User A has not logged into Lync since change to republish new phone number?
    So after reading this http://masteringlync.com/ I am beginning to think that something I perceived as an issue may actually be by design?
    Action:
    User A work phone number changed in AD.  User A has only one phone entry in AD.  Normalization rule in place to basically leave number unchanged (working)
    Result: 
    New phone number propogated fine to Exchange/Outlook fine.  Old number displaying only in Lync client when viewing User A contact card detail
    Lync 2010 Client displays only old number when looking at Client A contact detail (this client only presents phone numbers if they are actually normalized)
    Lync 2013 Client displays two work numbers. 
             One that we identify as a "display number" just as entered in AD - this shows correctly as the new number.  Another that we identify as the "normalized number" which is still the old
    number (same as 2010 Client)
    Same results whether contact is saved in Lync Client or not and is not related to Outlook contacts - in fact one test was with a Lync account that is not Mail Enabled.
    I did a dbanalyze to view the SQL database detail for User A and see that Category 'userInformation' has the old phone number and the time stamp on it seems to coincide with a Lync Cllient database change (user login or refresh on that end) so this seems
    to futher confirm my findings thus my reaching the point of conceding it might be out of my control.
    My Question I guess is ....
    Have others discovered this?  Is this a bug or do normalized phone numbers actually requre a client login to accept/republish the number correctly to others even though the information is updated in AD?  User detail and how it propogates seems to
    be the biggest mystery and it gets harder and harder to explain to users why changes aren't displaying accuralely.

    Thanks Richard... your blog definitely hit home with what I was seeing but guess I just didn't want to accept that as the end of the road on this.  I'm still in a little misbelief that client interaction is necessary to update a backend change.
    This process really makes phone numbers in Lync an unreliable source given a user will never know if it is it up to date.  And the problem with Lync 2013 client is it shows both numbers in the client ... the address book one with the
    updated AD numbers and the one the normalized AD one that the user has to login to republish.  I now more fully understand the process but trying to explain that to users when they see different work numbers .. ugh. 
    Oh well, guess the important part is to understand the process so thanks again.

    I'm confused - If I go online to pay my bill, and it's one day after the due date, the current bill and full amount due would be the same?  If the current bill is not the "full amount due", then what is the extra amount that's snow showing past due?
    Also, when I go in to pay my bill, I show the Current bill amount, total amount due (which are the same), and then a box where I can type in the amount I am paying, with the default amount being already filled in with the total amount. 
    Is this a pre-paid or a post-paid (contract) account?

    Question for everyone out there. I have a few student loans that I fell behind on several years ago.(they've been current for 3 years now) They all list me as being on time with my payments and then suddenly list a 60 day late. Do you think this is something I can use to get these late’s removed or good willed? Thanks!
