Navigation between windows

Hi Friends,
I have created webdynpro component , with 3 views and 4 windows. when i am executing application, front screen based on view 1 , it is displaying 3 radio buttons(create, change ,display). 2 views are normal views and one view is popup view.
problem is when i am navigating first time it is working fine and producing resulting screen.but for next time with differnet button if i execute, only previous screen is coming, not the new screen .
but plug of the old and new screens are same . only fields in the screen are different.
please help me on this

it is like matrial master create , change, display .
i have only one view for this . but to select whether create,change or display i have radio buttons . when i doing first time next screen is coming correctly like created successfully or changed successfully. but next time when i m selecting another radio button. i m getting prevous screen with successfully. not able to create or change properly next time.
for eg:
first time i have pressed create button, it is navigation to next screen..i am able to create it and save it . there i have back button . if i press back button, it is coming back to first screen . and there i m selecting change button . now it is navigating to next screen but showing 'created successsfully screen' ... i.e last saved operation screen .
probelem is , i am not getting screen header , and enabled fields based on radio button.but instead of back button , if i have close button and doing closing window operation , then it will work fine....but i don't want that.

Use horizontal gutter between the UI elements you will get it as you want.
Window navigation is nothing but navigating from one application to other.Check this document article.

Navigation between windows not working fine

Hi Guys,
I have created a component to add it to the bp_head component.
This component has two views and i want to navigate from one to the other when i select a field of the first window.
I have created the plugs the navigation links and everything i suppose must be done,
but when i select the field to navigate to the other window i'm facing this trouble.

Indesign cs6 menu and tool bar disappear between windows using mission control in mountain lion

heres 2 screen grabs before and after. while navigating between 'spaces' using mission control in mountain lion. issue - the menu and tools bars disappear - not all of them just parts of them. to get back i hit 'tab' button twice which hides and shows tools. very annoying - does anyone know of a fix or is this another bug which i have to live with. im using a macpro june 2012/running 10.8.4 and 2 screens - left for artboard - right for all tool windows.

thanks steve - yes that works as does using the tab key - all well....until i move to another 'space' and then come back again.
for example: my setup is like this - no2 space has indesign project. no3 space has photoshop. so im working on a page within indesign and i need to edit an image- i double click the pic and it opens in photoshop on the other 'space' save the file and go back to indesign to update pic and find menu/tools all over the place - so hit tab twice back to normal - until i 'move' out of that space into another - photoshop/ mail/ whatever - as i toggle between spaces the indesign menu will always be 'corrupt' for a better word. hope that makes sense.

How to define the dynamic navigation between two component in web ui

I have a requirement to create a new assignment block in accounts overview screen .
1.Created new view(Table view) in the BP_HEAD component.
2.Created new button on the table view toolbar .
3.If the user clicks the new button it should navigate to interaction log component(BT126H_CALL).
Please hekp me step 3 how to do .
I have checked planned activity assignment block in the account but is dynamic navigation.
Please explain me how to define the dynamic navigation between two components.
What is window delegate .

Enforcing commit when switching between windows

Today our OracleForms application is built using the call_form built-in. The end user can navigate from FormA to FormB but he must close formB in order to continue work in FormA. This is the expected behavior of the call_form built in. We also ensured that all changes are committed when navigating between forms; posting is not used. This architure/technique ensures that end-users commit frequently; with 400concurrent users we must ensures locking is kept to a minimum. Consequence of this architecture is that we do not have a full MDI application.
In order to have a full MDI application I have to use the open_form built-in but if possible i want to keep 1 session for each application user, not 1 session for each form opened. This in order to prevent an explosion of database sessions. Oke lets use the no_session parameter.
Now what's my problem ? I order to keep locking to a minimum I want to enforce the end user to commit changes when switching between windows. Does somebody has an advice which trigger(s) would be the most appropriate one ?
Note : that the "raise form_trigger_failure" has no effect in the "when-window-deactivated" trigger.
Note : post-form does not fire since I'am not actually leaving the calling form
Note : if possible I would like to program the validation in the calling form instead of the called form; this in order to prevent switching between windows - can cause screen flikkering.

note the when-window-deactivate does not always fire when switching between windows of different forms !!!
I simply want to keep the focus on the calling form when there are pending changes and throw a message to the enduser saying 'please commit before continuing...'
I tried to program the when-form-navigate trigger but in this trigger I'am not able to retrieve the form_status of the called form.
any other help would be appreciated.

I would like to report back that after struggling for months to get Tune Ranger to work that it is complete rubbish. The first time I tried to sync my libraries (between an empty iTunes library and my existing one) it created duplicates all over the place in my library and generally made a huge mess of everything. The support person (who I suspect is the only person over there) gave me some guff about my id3 tags being corrupt but it was clear that every song that appeared in a playlist was getting duped. Once I fixed this (many weeks later) I tried a one way sync after fiddling with the preferences of Tune Ranger to try to make it work, but it simply wouldn't.
I don't know if anyway has had success using TR where they are also trying to sync playlists, but if you have, I would certainly like to know what you settings are.

Only Apple knows when that will change.

You can find detailed presentations in the learning maps available on the SAP Service Marketplace http://service.sap.com/rkt-crm for release CRM 2006s, CRM 2007, or CRM 7.0. In case I didn't mention it before, Intent-Driven Interaction (IDI) was first introduced and is only available starting with CRM 2006s and above. In the Interaction Center area, there is a presentation called "Rule Based Automation and Guidance" which covers IDI. How to navigating between layers?( as if they were pages of a book?)

I need a good advice on design and navigating between some different layers.
I am a Adobe Director user, and I am used to think of “navigating between frames”. also frames as pages of a book, while in flash time-frames.
In Director one can navigate between different frames with each containing many components.
And this does not make any conflict since the frames are some kind of pages of a book, you go to any page you want and back again.
I am designing math training application in falsh-CS6, in which the user should be able to navigate from start-menu by choosing an
exercise number and then go to the wanted exercise and then create an exercise by a create_excercise button, there back again to menu to choose another and so on. How I can do it clean in flash?
As I see I have to place everything in the same “frame” in flash, and it becomes little practical and confusing since there
are many things all gathered in the same frame, where they should instead appear in their respective “pages”.
I have done some works in flash: made 4 layers in flash with the following contents:
layer 1: for my menu( contains 3 buttons, q1bt, q2bt, q3bt)
layer 2: for question 1( contains 3 buttons makeQ1bt, chekAns1bt, and gotoMenuBtn)
the same is for layer 3 and 4.
I see no options rather than making different components visible or invisible whole way! but is there a better way?

Flash does allow more than one frame - that is one of the foundations of working with it. You can restrict yourself to using just one frame if you like, but it is not required and very often people use the timeline instead of keeping things in one place.
I have no familiarity with Director, but what you just described sounds like designing using the timeline of Flash. With Flash you can use the timeline in the fashion you just described where different pages occupy different frames of the timeline and you can navigate from one to another. You are not stuck with one frame in Flash... you can create a new keyframe at any point along the timeline and add new/different content to it, while retaining a menu that exists across all pages (or not - it's your choice)..

Swapping between windows in Word for Mac 2011?

I've just installed Word for Mac 2011 on my new Mac Mini, and somehow the Command+` keyboard shortcut for switching between open Word windows is not working anymore. I've tried to find the answer online, but everyone states to use Command+`, which is exactly what's not working anymore for me. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for the response. I guess my request wasn't clear: what I was trying to indicate is that the very thing you are suggesting is not working. One important note though is: you mention Command + Tilde, which would mean the key sequence would have to be Command/Shift/Tilde-key, and it appears that the support page you linked indicates that also. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work either in my Word app (it does work with other apps, so either Command + ` (accent grave) and Command + Shift + ~ works to switch between windows. On all of the Macs that I have owned so far, the keyboard shortcut to switch between windows in the open app is Command + ` (accent grave, i.e. same key as the tilde, but used without Shift). This currently works just fine between windows of any app (Chrome, Safari, Finder), but not with Word. It's driving me nuts! Any other suggestions of what may be causing this (and how to fix it?).

If You want to make a window DEFAULT follow these steps
1) Suppose if you have 2 windows say Window1 and Window2
2) Double Click on your Application
3) In Application Properties -->Interface View
you will get two interface views Window1InterfaceView and Window2InterfaceView
4) Select which ever window you want to make as default
and make your view in desired window's DEFAULT property to true

Navigation between records in a JSP application

Hi,
I would like to know how to provide navigation between records in a tabular form liked JSP application using JDeveloper 3.2
without using the Oracle or Default template.
I can do it with a singular record view but not in a tabular view. I like to know now I can mimic the navigation provided in Oracle template in which the current selected record is hightlighted. Can we navigate between records using Up and Down
arrow key like in Oracle form instead of using Navigation Bar. Please provide details code.
