Una consulta: Como hacer para trabajar con listas de materiales que poseen componentes sin costos; la empresa a la que le estamos implementado el sistema utiliza residuos que son utilizados para la fabricación de artículos compuestos ya que cuando mando a producir un articulo donde interviene uno de estos componentes no puedo cerrar la orden porque uno de sus componentes no tiene costo. el sistema tiene configurado trabajar con costos estándar.
De antemano agradezco a quien pueda ayudarme.! Saludos.!!!

Installation problem on SUSE 12.1

I'm a Linux beginner and I am trying to install LV on SUSE 12.1
I've also posted my problems on Lava:

The installation started and it looks quite all right, but when I try to start LabVIEW, the application just sits in the taskbar for about 20 seconds and then just disappears.
Any ideas?
Is there a way to debug to see what's going on?

Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, there are no versions of LabVIEW supported on SUSE 12.1 at present. Here's a link to LabVIEW version compatibility with different Linux distributions. I saw from your other forum that you're attempting to install LabVIEW 2009, which is certified for SUSE 11.0 at the latest.

Error while transporting the Vendor in MM-SUS

We are implementing SRM server 5.5 and follow a MM-sus scenario.
We were able to transport the vendor to SUS via BD14.
but now we are reciveing an error -

Stopping the Enterprise Manager Console (Oracle 10g on SuSE 9.1)

I'm trying to stop the Enterprise Manager Console by issuing the command:
${ORACLE_HOME}/bin/emctl stop dbconsole
Unfortunately, the command fails to stop the EM Console. Here's the output I get:

The only way I can stop the EM Console (and related services--i.e., emagent) is to kill its process.
Everything (Listener, DB Instance, EM Console) starts fine. I can stop the Listener and DB Instance without any problems. It's just the EM Console shutdown that doesn't happen cleanly.
Has anyone else encountered the same condition? If so, what was the solution?
Here's my operating environment:
SuSE 9.1 (Kernel 2.6.5-7.108-default)
Oracle 10g

Install of SuSE Linux 9.0 freezes early on

I recently upgraded to an MSI 865PE Neo2 motherboard, with a P4 2.8 GHz processor. I've installed Windows XP Professional without difficulty, but I tried to install SuSE Linux 9.0 and it locks up early on in the boot process during "hardware detection." Opinions on this forum about earlier versions of SuSE and the YaST program were fairly poor, and their own site says that support for the Neo2 is only "partial." Has anyone gotten Linux to install successfully on this mobo, and if so, which flavor?

I have a Neo2-S and have mixed success w/ Linux as well. I just tried SuSe Live 9.2 and it took me about 10 times to get it to boot. I think the only thing that I changed when it actually booted was the option to make the boot screen verbose. I hit something like F3 and changed that option.
Knoppix 3.3 works great for me
Knoppix 3.4 doesn't boot
Mandrake Move 10 doesn't boot
I may have some of the version numbers wrong because I am just typing them off of the top of my head. I also have only tried the bootable CD version because I don't want to risk any conflicts w/ my Win XP.
I am also about to get a new 200 GB SATA drive and I know that is going to complicate things even further. I just wish that the devs would spend more time working on hardware support so n00bs won't have probs when trying out Linux.
They really need to make all distro's of Linux be able to use all of the IDE/SATA channels in a system. This is probably dependent on the kernel though. I don't know that much about Linux.

Compiling Apache 1.3.9 & PHP 3.0.12 to use Oracle 8.1.5 on SuSe 6.2

I am trying to compile the above packets but am running into massive problems.
PHP3 compiles well, if i try to use the "normal" static module for Apache, but the Apache configure script says that it needs an ANSI C compiler and stops.
I am using GCC 2.7.2.3 with the bugfixes from SuSe.
Since that did not work I tried the configuration as a Dynamic Module. The Apache "Readme.config" explains two ways to do so, but the first has the same problem with GCC and the second (via APXS) compiles Apache without problems, but PHP3 wont compile since it does not find a library. The exact error is: "/usr/i486-linux/bin/ld: cannot open -lclntsh: No such file or directory"
I found a libclntsh.so.8.0 in the oracle/lib directory, but since i fumbled around with this library (i tried ln -s libclntsh.so.8.0 libclntsh.so) sqlplus says libclntsh.so.8.0: cannot find file data: no such file or directory (even now that the link is deleted again).
And PHP still wont compile. Any ideas would be welcome.
P.S.: Is it normal that Oracle has to be told NOT to create a database during install, TO create a database???
We worked for 3 days on the Oracle installation and that was the only way to install Oracle without errors.

SQL Loader (Oracle 8.1.5 on Suse 6.3) Internal Error

Hi all,
I try to insert data with SQL Loader on Linux (Suse 6.3) and get the following message:
SQL*Loader-704: Internal error: ulmtsyn: OCIStmtExecute (tabhp) [-1073747572]
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
The control file and data file did work on another platform.
Please help me!

MM-SUS and EBP-SUS in the same client

Hi experts
I have a doubt about implementationMM-SUS and EBP-SUS in the same client, If I send a PO from MM to SUS and after send a PO from EBP to SUS to the same vendor, the vendor will be able to see 2 POs with just one logon?
As I know when I replicate a vendor from MM to SUS a Business partner is created and when I replicate a the same vendor from EBP to SUS a new Business partner is created and are diferent BP so a user and pass diferent .

Hi Nilson,
If i understand your scenario, you'll replicate an existing R/3 vendor to EBP. The vendor will be a direct vendor in R/3 while the same would be used as for Indirects in EBP.
Well, when you replicate the R/3 vendor to EBP, the vendor has the R/3 link in the form of Backend Logical systen name in EBP.
So when you replicate the vendor from R/3 or EBP, there will be ideally only one entry for the vendor with references to R/3 and EBP systems.

No se encontró el costo de uno o varios artículos

Hola, al tratar de crear una Entrega a partir de una Orden de Vta. me da el error "No se encontró el costo de uno o varios artículos" y me indica el código del artículo. Si voy a los datos maestros de ese artículo y checo la Lista de registros contables, todos los movimientos que se han realizado con ese artículo tienen precio, además checo la lista de ultimo precio de compra y tiene un costo, al igual que la lista de último precio determinado. No veo por qué SAP me dice que no encontró el costo de ese artículo. Alguien me podría ayudar para saber qué debo hacer para poder crear esa Entrega al cliente? Tengo que hacer una revalorizacion de stock para ese código?

Gracias Julian. El precio que me arroja es Precio promedio = 0.00. Me imagino que esta es la razón. Cómo lo corrijo? Tengo que correr una revaluación de stocks solo para ese artículo? lo puedo hacer durante horas de trabajo? es decir, no importa si hay usuarios trabajando en la base de datos? no se va a alentar mucho el sistema?

I would appreciate further assistance with this problem because I couldnt work it out jet.
I logged in to the Visual Admin by using go file in usr/sap/HSM/DVEBMGS01/j2ee/admin.
The Visual Administrator screen is opening but I cannot connect in.
The error message popping up is "Cannot open connection on host xx.yy.xx.yy and port 50004".
The login parameters specified are:
Display name: j2ee
User name: Administrator / (J2EE_ADMIN)
Host: localhost
HTTP Port: 50004
Load balancing method: manual
Transport layer: default
I tried with two different username, see above.

For some reason the latest files are dated 1.2.2007?
Hopefully You can see the problem from this log file information.
As I mentioned earlier I am a green novice at SAP systems and Linux.

PO not getting displayed in SUS

Hi All,
When transferring PO from MM to SUS thru XI, the POs are getting displayed in sxmb_moni in SRM but not in BBP_PD and so not in SUS also.
Pleasle et me know what can be done to resolve the issue.

Hi,
Seek for IDOC XML in the transaction WE05 or WE20 in SRM, maybe the same has come from the XI with mistake.
In SXMB_MONI it does exhibit some mistake?
In BBP_PD will appear the document if he be carried and servant with success in SRM.

Custom field not getting displayed in SUS PO item level

HI all,
We are using SRM 5.0, ECC6.0 and ECS scenario.
As per SAP note 762984, we have enhanced the structures such as :
INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SUSPO
INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
and have added a record in the following place in SPRO:
Supplier Relationship management-> Supplier self service->Make field control settings for tables.

But we are unable to display the field in the SUS screen.
We had also referred to the following blog :

but had no success.
Please let us know if we did something wrong or are we missing something.
Also please let us know if BSP changes are really necessary to do this as neither in the SAP note nor in the above mentioned blog, there is any mention about this.

Thank you for your inputs. I executed the program but it didn't display the field.
But I was able to rectify it by re-creating the steps mentioned in the blog (see original post). I had missed giving correct positions to the custom field.
