ok people. I need help. I NEED a car loan but I have outstanding collections...and no score. I am in the worst possible situation. My car completely went and I can't really afford to fix it. I am trying to work on my credit, just recently got a secured card and am working on paying off 10 remaining collections. (all small - total of about $4k) So I wasn't planning on applying for a car loan right now, but I figure IF i can get one it will only help my credit. Problem is I stopped using credit about 5 years ago and was advised that I have NO SCORE. (the secured card is only one month old, don't think it's reporting yet) DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BANK THAT WOULD GIVE A CAR LOAN WITH THE NO SCORE/COLLECTION COMBO I HAVE GOING ON? Thanks, I appreciate it! I'm in a crunch as I have a rental car and just really need to figure something out.

Do you need to use an email as an apple ID? We have a family email which is currently the apple ID so I can keep track of purchases but i have 2 iPhones and 2 itouches. I have the same problem. It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button. After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number. The only two other options are "back" and "next".

Memory = Ram, the 40G free space you are referring to is hard drive storage space available, 2 very different things.
In order to run Lion you MUST have at least a Core 2 Duo processor and 2G of Ram, to find out whether you qualify (and it seems as though you don't) go to

If you have less than 2G of Ram you can install more, if however you have a Core Duo (instead of Core 2 Duo) you can not run Lion. -

IOS 4.3.2You should only make purchases for all your devices using a single Apple ID. There is no need, and indeed a good reason not to, set up a new Apple ID with each new device purchase. While items purchased under different IDs can be played on a single device, you cannot merge Apple IDs and it makes it cumbersome.
Apple IDs do not expire but may become dormant and require reactivation if they are not actively used.
You should make note of your Apple ID and passwords and keep a record of it. Like a bank account it contains access to items with value. Update your Apple ID email address as they change.

My iPod Touch 3Gen keeps saying I need to restore it. I have 7 times, and everytime it dies, I have to do it again. Also, last time I restored it, it wouldn't connect to my house's wifi, I reset it and it only worked for a minute. It worked fine before, then all of a sudden this stuff happened. It is a "refreshed" one. I broke my old one, but since I had a warranty I got a "refreshed" one. In the box they gave me a number to call if anything happened, but my brother threw it away. Do you think I could conact them, and if I can, does anyone know if the number on the card is the # here on the website?
If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

When you delete photo in 8.x it puts them in a deleted folder, it lets them in there for 30 days. You need to delete the photos / videos in the delete folder ( may have different name. )

I get error message: not enough space to download when I try to buy a tv series on Itunes. It tells me to delete photos or videos to make space, but I have no photos and videos. Help?
I would guess that a TV series takes up a fair amount of storage capacity. It is just a standard message I think that may indicate that you are actually running low on storage space.
If you go to Settings>General>About how many GBs are specified as being available? If you are low on space maybe deleting some apps may help. -

All content from iTunes is tied to the account that bought/downloaded it, and it can't currently be transferred to a different account. You can download the software from the website and then type in your old serial number to activate it... that is, IF the installer database will work with your operating system. I am having problems reinstalling CS4 with a new computer running on Win 8.1. When I called customer support, they told me a whole lot of nothing for 45 minutes and then directed me to a chat session. After about 30 minutes on chat, I was basically told they don't offer support for older products. The website says "no known issues" for installation... but that very well may be because they are unwilling to record the issues when someone calls to report them! Good luck with your install. I wish I had CS5 at this point, as it appears there is still support available for it... but you are on the bubble timewise for that to continue. Other downloads
