Please send me a working link. I have Adobe download assistant but there is nowhere to post the links you gave me... please help.

LInks in Flash CC after automatic transition to new scene are not working

I have a flash file containing three scenes- Scene1, Scene2 and Scene3. In Frame1 I have a loading screen animated with motion tween. I also include a function, which automatically transfer me to Scene2 after 10 sec. However after I go to Scene2 the buttons to go to Scene3 are not working. I've tried to remove Frame1 and then the buttons that are linking Scene2 and Scene3 are working, Do you have an idea where the problem might come from? Here is my code:

if the code you showed fails (and it's executing), you have no scene named "Scene2".
btw, "Scene2" is not the same as "Scene 2" or "scene2 or "scene 2", which would all be common typos.

For adobe photoshop elements 13 the serial number and redemption code are not working.

Used redemption code to download elements 13 but serial number said invalid when trying to set up software.

Thanks, I tried it, but that did not work. Another Forum leader determined that I bought a WIN license and I have a MAC. Not sure how that happened. I have sent a message (hopefully given the absolute user unfriendly interface for any problems) to the Order folks. If they don't reply, i will cancel the credit card charge. That might get their attention. What a terrible company.

Safari for Mac, webpage with Java applet, drag and drop area not working.

At my company, we have a web page that our users access to submit media files, (QuickTime, Audio, images...), for transcoding for delivery. The web page consists of a java applet, with an area that our users drag and drop media file into.
After updating to Safari 5.1.2, the applet will not work anymore. Instead, the browser will "open" the quicktime and play it, instead of allowing the Java Applet to do it's job.
CAN I TURN THIS FUNCTIONALITY OFF??
I read that Safari 5.1.2, (when it was initially released), broke something with the THEN current version of Java, and everyone was awaiting the latest update (build 1.6.0_29) to fix it. Unfortunately, this update did not fix my issue with the functionality of dragging and dropping media files into the web page.
It seems to me, as if, there is an over-arching functionality setting (or something) that needs to be either turned off, or in some other way DE-prioritized.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for your help. I had already done the "forget this device" but had forgotten about the part of entering the passcode with the keyboard in order to pair. I found my instruction sheet after I posted my cry for help and when I did the pairing procedure right, it worked. It's weird that it decided to unpair itself. Both my husband and our daughter have the same keyboard and neither of them have had this happen. At least now I know what to do if it happens in the future.

Have a 2006 MacBook Pro with wireless mouse and Keyboard. Some of keys (caps lock, tab) on KB do not work any longer. I attempted to replace wireless KB with wired KB, but could not find one that was compatible with Snowleopard (10.6.8) OS. Would like to replace KB with either another wireless KB or wired KB.
However, in view of the scarcity of the above items, it appears I might serve myself better by fixing my current KB. Any suggestions?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

My email forms are not working with one website, but are for my others, all hosted by the same host....

I cannot get my email forms to work for one of my live sites... They work when I published to business catalyst, now they do not. I have contacted the host and they cannot seem to see the issue, as the other sites they host for me, the forms work just fine... Please help, I am about to punch a hole through my computer...

Whatever happened, it sounds like you need to reset your phone. As contacts and messages seem to have gone they would be lost anyway unless they were on the SD card and/or backed up using Nokia Suite.
I'd suggest you reset the phone by dialling *#7370# followed by the security code which is 12345 by default (is asked). The phone will reset and you should be able to use it again afterwards.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Before, my email messages would come through automatically and my iPhone would alert me each time an emial message was recevied. I now have to open my mail in-box and wait for my email messages to download. Do I need to reset or change my mail settings? Hi Chris. Thanks, for the suggestions re: my email issues. They were helpful and yes I did check all items you referenced. I even contacted Apple support and spent about 40 minutes on phone checking all settings. However, after all these efforts, my mail and calendar issues were not resolved. Apple Support finally recommended deleting the mail account and then reloading it - and it worked! I am now receiving my emails and calendar appts. in real time again.
Just wanted to share this in case anyone elest has a similar problem with mail/calendar after downloaing i.O.S. 8.1 onto iPhone 5.

How do I find and download ACR for Elements 9

Having trouble finding and downloading ACR for Elements 9

ACR is only updated for a particular version of Elements until the new version of Elements comes out. A new version of Elements comes out in the Aug-Oct timeframe of each year. PSE 11 came out in the fall of 2012 so PSE 10 came out in the fall of 2011. Look for the last version of ACR that came out before PSE 10 came out. You can find the various versions of ACR for your computer’s OS by going to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ and choosing Camera Raw – your-computer-platorm at the top. On the camera-raw versions page that comes up click on the links for a late-summer/early-fall 2011 version of ACR. In my estimation this could be either 6.5 or 6.4 depending on whether PSE 9 was replaced by PSE 10 before or after 9/28/2011 when ACR 6.5 came out. The way to check is that once you’ve clicked over to the download page for a particular version of ACR, there are two more links on that page, one for PSE and one for PRE and click the PSE one to see what version of Elements that version of ACR is for. Check this until the version of PSE is higher than the one you have and then one back one version.
