Need a mp3 player that plays wav fi

Does Creative make an mp3 player that plays wav files and uses removeable memory?

Mobile_Hackbox: Most, if not all, Creative players play WAV files.
The problem is that the Zen range at least use tag data to play the files, and WAV files don' t have tag data, making it very very difficult to navigate the files.
I think very few players have removable memory. Perhaps the MuVo Sport C00.

  • MP3 Player that can play one track, and than stops.

    Hi all,
For an art project, I am looking for a mp3 player that can playback in "single track play" mode.
Meaning that it will automatically stop/pause?after playing one track, and remain paused until I press "play" to start playback of?the next song?(I don't want to have to press "pause" or "stop" after each song is played).
Are there currently any mp3 players by Creative Labs?that have this "single track play" capability?
Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
    Best regards,
    Eibert Draisma.

To be honest I don't need a lot of people commenting on this.  I need Apple to comment ...
This is a user-to-user forum. Apple does not respond to posts here. You can give Apple your feedback on the Feedback page:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback
They don't respond directly there, either. And once you post something here, people will comment as they see fit, regardless of what you originally hoped for. That's just the way it is with a public forum.
Try Groove for iPad. People seem to think it's a great replacement to the previous music app.

Adobe has discontinued mobile flash for all devices.
Take a look at bluefire reader.
    Wow, are you serious?
That really ***, I have been playing with mine and can't believe I can't use 3/4 of the sites I like on it.
My Android tab runs Flash just fine, and has done so for 2 years. Are you suggesting one day Adobe is going to break in my house and uninstall it?
I don't understand this at all, it seems at every turn I try to use this thing like my android tab and I simply can't, all I've found so far to actually be able to do is use iTunes for everything... pretty lame and something I'm not going to do when I can get this content free on all my other devices.
This is truly a shame. I was really hoping I was just doing something wrong. Glad I only spent $50 on it at a garage sale.

  • MP3 player that doesn't need X

Is there a MP3 player that doesn't need X? It should support .m3u files as well.

There's MPD, although I don't know if it can handle .m3u playlists... Make a search on this forum about "command line mp3 player", you'll find some interesting posts

  • Mp3 player that can slow down/speed up songs?

    Hi there!
Is there an mp3 player that allows me to change the speed of the songs? I know that audacity can do this, but I need an on-the-fly solution, I don't want to alter the files on disk.
    Any suggestions will be appreciated!
    Best wishes,
    Rufus

    From the mplayer2 manpage
    scaletempo[=option1:option2:...]
Scales audio tempo without altering pitch, optionally synced to playback speed (default).
                     speed=<tempo|pitch|both|none>
                          Set response to speed change.
                             tempo
Scale tempo in sync with speed (default).
                             pitch
Reverses effect of filter.  Scales pitch without altering tempo.   Add  '[  speed_mult
                                  0.9438743126816935' and '] speed_mult 1.059463094352953' to your input.conf to step by
musical semi-tones.  WARNING: Loses sync with video.
both Scale both tempo and pitch.
                             none Ignore speed changes.
    If you scale tempo
    mplayer -af scaletempo=speed=tempo
(it has the same effect as the example in my previous post)
the pitch remains constant, but the song plays faster / slower.
    If you scale pitch
    mplayer -af scaletempo=speed=pitch
the song will play at the same speed (will have the same duration) but you can change the pitch.

  • MP3 player that parallels Amazon Cloud Player?

I need an MP3 players to play music that's currently in the Cloud in my Google Drive app. I'm successfully using Amazon Cloud Player on my IPhone 5, but it doesn't seem to be available for my IPad 3. Any suggestions?

When you search the app store for Amazon Cloud Player on your iPad, click the button at the top of the page to show iPhone Apps.

  • Need simple mp3 player

I need either a flex or flash mp3 player that uses an xml
playlist and runs on FMS3. Our new FMS server is working great and
we've been successful at installing samples that came with the
server as well as the tutorials in the Adobe developer's site. The
thing is... I'm a CF developer and while I can navigate flex and
flash (have downloaded trials for both now) I am unable at this
    point to write an application.
Can anyone direct me to a product (free or for sale) that
gives me a nice small skinable mp3 player with just
play/stop/pause/volume controls and allows the user to select a
file from an xml playlist. I'd like source files so I can modify
but that's not necessary as long as the product is configurable. I
can find no such creature via google search. TIA!

How are you trying to transfer the files? Are these definitely MP3 files and what are the specifications of the files?

  • I need a flash player that does split screen with two "like" videos

I am a newbie on Flash and really need some guidance or a source code to work off of.  I need a flash player that I can have two videos, overlayed with a mask at 50% on each so I see half of one video on the right and half of the other video on the left, thus split screen.
We are trying to show off the same video with a before and after effect or show processed video on one side and non-processed video on the other.
If anyone has a sample or knows how to do this, I would be interested in talking with them.
    Thanks in advance.

Basically the two videos are identical except what was processed on the post
file.  So ideally we would want:
    Video 1 (left side 50%)
    Video 2 (right side 50%)
One controller with play, pause and full screen.

  • Please Help - I am looking for an mp3 player that has the following features

Hi, I am looking for an mp3 player that has the following features:
    1) Either a 30GB or more HDD, OR a sd OR a micro SD card slot for a 2GB card. (Note, I can buy an adapter so my sd cards fit into a compact flash slot. However, I did look at the Zen Vision M but I didn't see how to delete tracks from?my playlists.)
    2) I need to be able to delete tracks in my playlists that I create in Windows Media Player (.wpl or .m3u format).
    3) I need to be able to copy these updated playlists back to my pc, either with the usb cable or SD / microSD card.
Which products meet my needs? I li've in California, USA.
    Thanks,
    Rick

Thanks! I did not know that. I have been looking for an mp3 player for a long time & did not realize the one I wanted was right in front of my nose! [ at Walmart]

  • Does any one know of an MP3 player that works on Phones?

I'm looking for an MP3 player that works on mobile phones, multi-track player that lists out the songs. I've been using widgets from places like reverb nation, sound cloud, but I can't get them those show up on mobile phones.
    Anyone have any suggestions?

These are playlist players which use flash.
To get these to work on iOS devices they need to fallback to HTML5.
The problem is that HTML5 has not been developed enough and there is no cross browser standard.
The JW player attempts to overcome this by using two different versions of the player skin - one for HTML5 and the other for flash.
The one shown on this page uses flash with fallback to HTML5 but I have no idea if it works on the iPhone...
    http://www.iwebformusicians.com/Website-Music-Players/XML-Playlist.html
A test version using HTML5 with fallback to flash works in Safari but not with Chrome or Firefox.

  • I have a Sansa mp3 player that is full of tunes I would like to transfer to itunes. I've read other forums, but they are a bit old. Is there  a new way I can do this?

I have a Sansa mp3 player that is full of tunes I would like to transfer to itunes. I've read other forums, but they are a bit old. Is there  a new way I can do this?

You will need to consult the documentation for the Sansa to learn how to get the tracks off of the player onto your computer. Once they're on the computer, either drag the tracks into the iTunes window or use the Add to Library command under the File menu.
    Regards.

  • MP3 player that will work on desktop & mobile?

I have tried to use Flash-based MP3 players in a web page, but these won't work on iPads/iPhones/iPods.
How can I make a web page with an MP3 player that will work across the board?
    Thanks!

  • MP3 player not playing as music is marked as 'Protected conte

    Hi.
I am the happy owner of a Creative MuVo player. I have copied some music to the player, but not all tracks are played.
I believe its because some tracks have been marked as protected content (can be viewed by selecting properties).
All tracks have been ripped from my own (original) CD, so I should have the legal rights to copy to my MP3.
Some time ago a got a new laptop and copied my entire music library from the old one to the new one. It seems as though I only have troubles with tracks ripped on the old one.
Could someone please advise my how to remove the protection flag so I can use my MP3 player instead of ripping all my CD's again?
    Thanks in advance.

    allander,
The protection license might not have been transfer over to your new pc from the old one and unfortunately the protection can't be removed. Did you try transferring those audio files through Mediasource or Windows Media Player to the player as these protected files need such application for transfer.

  • Need External DVD Player that Works on Mac

My G4 fell (ouch) and the right corner bent and the DVD player doesn't work anymore. At Best Buy I bought a LG DVD player and burner, but my G4 wouldn't recognize it. Then I bought a Pioneer DVD player and burner, but it wouldn't recognize that either (this one has a place to plug in a cord to power it from the wall, but it didn't help).
Does anyone know of an external DVD player and burner that will work with a Mac G4? They seem to all be well under $100, a lot cheaper than having a Mac repair person open up my G4 and try to fix the internal player and also replace the shell.
BTW, I guess I could get by without a burner, so if you know of just a player that would work with my G4, I would consider it. Also the LG player says on the box it works with Mac, but then I noticed it needs OS X 10.5 . I suppose it costs over $100 to upgrade, so I don't think it's worth it.

All PowerBooks starting the G3 "Pismo" dating to Feb 2000 have Firewire Ports. On the 17" G4, the FireWire 400 port is the only labeled "2" in this image of the right edge of the computer:
FireWire is an Apple trademark for the IEEE 1394 interface. Other companies will usually use the IEEE designator to avoid mentioning Apple.

  • I'm fed up with iTunes, I need a media player that won't erase my music!

iTunes has erased all my music twice now (I never clicked a button, I did nothing at all out of the ordinary, no messages popped up, nothing. When I e-mailed the problem, they sent me some bullcrap e-mail back stating that all the music that I bought from them will be returned. No reason, no explanation, just an automatic message trying to goad me into buying overpriced crap music from iTunes) I'm sick of it, I'm fed up. When I plugged in my iPod my computer froze so I had to restart it, I plugged it in again and turned off automatic updates. Turns out that iTunes doesn't know what that means so it updates my iPod anyways, go figure. So all my songs on my iPod are gone as well. It's really starting to make a CD player look good now.
So my question is, before I decide to start cussing out some of the people at iTunes, is there another media player that I can download (for free, preferably) that will update my iPod?

okay, where or how else can you get music files on and off your ipod? cause there has got to be a better way to do this? i already subcribe to pay sites for my downloads and i am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to import files into folders or playlists on itunes to get them on my kids nanos and my shuffle. i don't want to have to buy songs from the itunes store at 99 cents apiece when i have a yearly subscribtion already with another service, not to mention a large library of files already on my hard drive. you should not be limited to using strictly apple downloads. i mean for what we are paying for the players themselves compared to other mp3 players they should be compatible with some other software for transferring songs. am i off base here??
