Need a New Photoshop CS3 Disc

Hello all,
I need to reinstall Photoshop CS3 but I do not have my disc. I do have a serial number for the program. Where can I get a replacement disc or a link to a replacement download?

Photoshop CS3 disc wont read on any device - need to re-install Help!!

Don't laugh, but I bought photoshop CS3 in 2007 it worked fine for what I need. I do not have the cash to upgrade right now. My hardrive crashed and was replaced and trying to re - install but the origional disc from Adobe will not read. I have installed everything else and dreamweaver and fireworks worked fine. When i put the disc in its like there is nothing there. I can not download from adobe as they do not have CS3 available. Any ideas??? Pretty Desperate!!

Does the new Photoshop CS6 (disc) include Bridge?

Yes Bridge CS6 is included. Just do a search on your computer for it.
Technically, no. The File > Open command might be fine if you don't have many files.

How to install Photoshop CS3 disc on a Retina MacBook Pro?

Just bought a new Retina Macbook pro and trying to install CS3... the program from my old Macbook would not work when moved to the new one. I have the original disc but this will not work on new Macbooks without a drive.
Anyone any ideas?

Feel free to contact support, but they'll only give you the finger, metaphorically. There is no support for old versions beyond sorting out your activation. And you get what was to be expected. All Adobe apps must be properly installed. Copying the installer files to a USB stick will work just fine. If for soem reason that's not possible, download using this method:

You'll still run into trouble, though. CS3 was never tested on contemporary versions of OSX nor will it deal properly with Retina displays. As a minor, you will have to enable the half-res option in your display prefs during install and possibly usage of the program...

You can only buy a used license from someone if you really want CS3. Otehrwise CS6 will run on Win XP as well.

If you want to learn more about your Powerbook's age, use the Machine ID in Apple menu -> About This Mac -> More Info along with 3 digits of the serial number to determine what version it is.

The serial number has only 3 important characters, and they are labeled ABC, where the x are any letter or number.
Some serial numbers are longer than others, but the 3rd, 4th and 5th place holder are the most important:
xxABCxxxxx...
A is the last digit of the year of manufacture.
BC is the two digit week of manufactrure (which may be 03 for 3rd week).
xx403xxxxx is the 3rd week of 2004.

Need to reinstall Photoshop on new computer

Stolen laptop...got new one and need to reinstall Photoshop CS3 on my new one. Adobe "customer service" is not helpful. I have the original $1,500 software, but when I try to install it. I get an error notice and it only installs a portion (PDF). Advice anyone? I know it's old software, but it worked up until the theft. I really need it for my work.

I know this is no help-but I have almost exactly the same problem and need to install my $1500 software on a Mavericks machine. All my work generated using Snow Leopard is no longer available to me.

Imageready 7.0 imagemaps in Photoshop CS3

I work at a company where we have occasional need to publish web pages to our intranet which have irregular shaped slices as links to other pages.
Previously we always used the simple rectangular slice in Photoshop 7.0. Sometimes I would switch to Imageready to make irregular shaped image maps with links to other pages from them.
We have recently "upgraded" to CS3 and I only have access to Photoshop CS3 and Bridge CS3. Upgrading to CS5 is not an option unfortunately.
I have psd files which were last saved in Imageready and contain imagemaps with links in them and all had nice little rollover actions.
Now, I need to use the existing file and links and add a few new imagemaps and links to it using Photoshop CS3.
My understanding from a brief Google search is that I can not actually do what I need to in Photoshop CS3 and in fact need to have Fireworks or Dreamweaver.
This posses a few problems for me:-
1) Can I open the old imagready file which conatined imagemaps and links in Photoshop CS3 so that I could maybe make simple slices for my new links whilst maintaing the old links based upon the irregular shaped imagemaps?
2) Am I correct in thinking that I can not make irregular polygonal imagemaps/hotspost in Photoshop CS3?
3) If this is the case what would you suggest is the best option to an occasional Phothops user such as myself with no current skills in Dreamweaver or Fireworks.
Any suggestions are much appreaciated.

Learn HTML and CSS? Seriously, image maps are just coordinate lists and can be hacked in any text editor, if no UI-based tools are available and that is perfectly doable just with basic HTML as is any stuff with simple links. Of course you can find quite a few free web design tools such as Mozilla's SeaMonkey, so failing other alternatives, it may be worth a try...

Yepp.
Again, learn HTML for what you need. You're falling victim to the old misperception that any of this would be dependent on specific tools and features, when all it requires is to understand the specification.

Having problems installing Photoshop CS3...

Hello, I have been trying to install Photoshop CS3 on my new computer which has Windows 7 and everytime I install it and than click on the Icon to start the program and register it, it will paritially load (so just an outline of the window with Photoshop in the top left and the Minimize/Restore/Close on the top right as well as the File - Help tabs but if I click on those nothing happens becuase it is in the middle of loading.) the window but it will get stuck loading and eventually I will get a Not Responding window... Is there an update or something that I need to get Photoshop CS3 to work on windows 7?

Photoshop CS3 Colormanagement

Hello,
I have a windows xp system and I installed two new color profiles from www.eci.org cause I want to send graphics to offset print:
1. eci_offset_2007.zip = ISO Coated v2 (ECI) = ISOcoated_v2_eci.icc
2. ecirgbv20.zip = eciRGB v2 = eciRGB_v2.icc
These new profiles are correct installed and display under start->systemconifiguration->color profiles.
But when I try to choose these in photoshop colorsettings SHIFT+CTRL+K in RGB: or CMYK: they are not listed. I restarted photoshop and the whole system but no chance. Only one additional profile under RGB: is listed which comes from spyder2express for my monitors - rest is default.
Any idea?

I need help with PhotoShop CS3. My boss gave me this animated banner today & said resize it to 300x250. But, how? He just said figure it out & I have to have it to him by tomorrow.
But, how do i get the background image to look the same & not be all stretched out? How do I change the front size? I know nothing & he is being a total jurk!
Any help as to where to go to find this info or how to do it would be great.

Where can I find a Photoshop CS3 download?

I work for a non-profit and my computer recently crashed. I need to reinstall Photoshop CS3, but our installation CD was stolen. I still have the case and serial number. Is there anywhere I can download the files for CS3? Thanks!

A trial version and the final version are identical except:
1/ Trial is for 30 days
2/ Final needs serial number and activation
IOW, if you don't enter a serial number it expires after 30 days. So just see where you can find a trial version. You may also find one on the CD/DVDs that come with books on Photoshop CS3.

Photoshop CS3 activation problems

Does anyone know how to activate Photoshop CS3 on win8.1, everything i try fails, i have internet, the activate over the phone say it know longer supports activation and tells me to go to a website that is not available. HELP!

You may need to find Adobe's phone number on the web site, starting with clicking the red icon at the top of this page.
Chances are you'll need to run Photoshop CS3 As Administrator, at least to get started.
Photoshop CS3 can activate just fine on Windows 8.1. I have a copy installed and running.

How did you install Photoshop CS3 originally? If you originally had the application on disk but no longer have the disks available, you'll need to download a copy (unless you can find someone who still has a disk). If you originally purchased it from us via download, just log into your account and you can download another copy. If you need to download, but didn't download it from us originally, you can get a copy from here: http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html
And Frank, CS6 will continue to be available for sale (not "rent") for the foreseeable future.
