Need a number for apple support. I increased my icloud storage and need a refund on previous purchase done a few days ago.

Hello a couple of weeks ago i renewed my icloud 15gb but yesterday i increased it to 28gb and I need to apply for a refund of the difference. My account is based in the UK.  Please advise how i can go about doing this.  Thanks

    If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPad.

  • My iphone 4s is always overheating and has a triangle on my screen, however a few days ago i smashed the screen, will apple still take back my phone?

    I have an appoinment today with apple, this is for my iphone 4s which is constantly over heating and turning off between calls. i always have the yellow triangle sign which appears on my screen. i bought my phone online but it still has warranty. My problem is a few days ago i smashed my screen by accident will apple still be able to look at my phone or will they turn me away due to the damage on the screen? ( a few minor cracks) thank you

  • I have iCloud storage, and need to back my music up to that, so I can have room on my iPhone. How do I do that?

    I have the iCloud storage and use it, and pay the 20$ a year for it but I can't figure out how to back up my music an photos onto iCloud so that I can free up some space. And when I can do this how can I access the information on iCloud?

    I have uploaded every single cd I own to I-Cloud.  I thought that I could access any of this from my phone but from reading this, I can't access I-cloud from my phone to listen to music?  I can plug in in my car and listen to music now from  my phone.  If I delete my music off of my phone, then the only way I can access this music is to plug into my computer? 
    Am I saying that and asking that the correct way?  I, too, bought extra storage on I-Cloud and I am always buying music from the i-tunes store...sometimes from my phone and sometimes when I am on the computer. 
    I have 83 songs right now on my iphone and it says I don't have enough storage.

  • HT201318 How do I contact Apple support to cancel my Icloud storage upgrade and secure a refund?

    Today I thought I had to upgrade my Icloud storage to enable me to upgrade my operating system on my Iphone.  Found out that I could up upgrade by connect to my computer and using ITunes. Don't need the additional Icloud storage.  Cannot find where to contact Apple to secure refund.

    Took a while on the phone.  Was disconnected on the first time.  Had to answer security questions.  Offered the Order ID number from receipt but apparently had no way to look it up via that number.  Searched for transaction via Apple ID.  The tech kept going off for some reason and finally said that it would be processed in two to three days.

    However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
    Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is  http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
    I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
    I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

    Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored.  (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.)  If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.

    I cannot find the Tech Support number for QuickTime support. I have been trying to resolve my QuickTime issue for three days and really need phone assistance. The self-reporting Tech Support online form requires a serial number for the product, but QuickTime does not come with a serial number.

    When I click on the link to launch QuickTime Pro, it does not launch the program. A small box appears at the bottom of the screen with the QuickTime logo "Apple QuickTime", but when I hover the mouse over the icon, it contains a blank blue screen. If I click on it, nothing happens.
    Any suggestions?

    I just bought this quicktime pro ( junk ) I can't believe there is no support for it other than these forums. tried several numbers and you end up with some poor boob in INDIA who doesn't know anything about it or they ask for a serial number that you can't give and don't have. WOW what a disapointment this products lack of support turned out to be, wish I didn't buy it.
    Anyway loaded it and it plays, but when I try to download the video to my computer the drop box on the right corner does not drop down. what am I missing here.?
