Need a Quality iPad Case for the Headrest of a car seat. Any suggestions

Im looking for a good case so that I can put it on the car seat headrest for my kids to watch movies when we travel. Im looking for a quality case with real Leather. Any suggestions?

For drop protection, you aren't going to get much better than the Otter, but yes it will add some bulk to the iPad (really any high level drop protection case will). That isn't to say other cases will not offer some protection against dropping, but not as effective. The Apple Smart cover offers no back protection at all, and the Smart Case only minimal.
Not sure what you mean by "360 degree viewing angle" or why it would matter. Any case offering a portrait and a landscape orientation should work. (also not so sure how effective at recording lectures the iPad would be). There are literally hundreds of polio type cases available. Most will offer a number of angles in landscape mode, but fewer for portrait mode.
Even some fairly inexpensive folio cases offer the smart cover function.
I would recommend a trip to a full service electronics store such as Best Buy and have a look yourself. Really the only way you will be able to make a decision.

I pushed the home button twice to bring up the apps, but I don't know how to delete them. I tried holding the app down to make it shake but that doesn't work anymore.

To clear apps swipe up on the app. You might want to try resetting all setting it has helped some. Also try setting>general>accessibility>increase contrast turning this on reduces a couple animations which some say shows an increase in speed.

I cannot get a consistent image for the podcast title in itunes. Any suggestions

I have the image I want appearing in the itunes store. The individual files being podcasted by feedburner contain the right info and their own individual episode images work just fine.
The problem is that the title for my podcast in my itunes library shows an inconsistent image. Sometimes it is the image from a different episode and sometimes it is the generic "podcast" logo.
Currently the image is being pulled from a previous episode "December 18th" which is a PDF file.
I have no idea where to enter the information to alter this or make it consitent like. I believe I have the appropriate image links inserted in my feedburner account but I have yet to see it show up anywhere.
I'm a bit new to the podcast/ itunes world so any advice would be appreciated.

The image which appears when subscribing kis not referenced in the feed: it has to be actually embedded in the media file. When you subscribe to a podcast with a different image embedded in each episodes, the image in the latest episode is the one which appears in album view, grid view and in the top section in coverflow view - either the first Chapter image, or an additionally embedded image if there is one. The image in the currently selected episode appears at bottom left. Obviously this image cannot appear until the episode has been downloaded.
If you are seeing inconsistent results I don't know why this would be - possibly if you don't have embedded images the Store is defaulting to another image, though I would have expected it to default to the generic image. Image references within 'item' tags in the feed have no effect.

If I understand correctly you'd like to save iCloud storage space by only backing up 1 of the 5 iPads to your account since they are all going to have very similar data and usage. You certainly can do that, but I do have to warn you that any unique data between them would be lost if you had to restore from that one backup made on another iPad so just keep that in mind. If you do need to restore in the future you can use this article to restore that iCloud backup:

Go to the dollar store & get a cheap cell phone case. You might be able to get a case large enough that will also store the USB cable.

The air is different dimensions from other iPads, so look for cases made specifically for it. I know that Targus has some, so does Zagg and i'm sure other manufacturers do as well.

Just bought the 8gb one and I need a case for it(was wondering if it fits inside the ZEN plastic case and would all the holes and buttons be available?). I want to carry it a strap around my neck but I could propably get used to keeping it in my pocket if it doesnt fit inside the zen case :P. And one final question. Does the silicone case for the x-fi protect the screen? If it doesnt and if it doesnt fit inside the zen case then the only case that I should get is the leather case for x-fi?

no, you can't put your Zen X-Fi into the case fpr Zen.
because of the buttons' location and player's depth.
therefore you need to buy a new one.
i have a silicon casefor X-Fi.
it doesn't protect the screen actually.
i think it can protect the player from fingerprint or scratch.
however, it makes the nine buttons harder to press.
i don't have a leather case so i have no idea about it.

It appears that the Targus case has a cutout that would allow you to charge the device with the cover closed. The HP case doesn't allow for that.
I wrote a review here on the HP case. I wouldn't recommend it. I should also note that the HP store personnel chose not to make my review public...seems there's some selective editing going on there which means I will never trust any reviews on that site.
You can search here for my whole review, but basically the HP case has a couple of problems.
1. It's very heavy for a case.
2. The holes don't line up particularly well with things like the camera (no matter how many times you adjust the tablet and tighten loosent the velcro closure.
3. The aforementioned charging issue.
4. You can't have any cables plugged into the device while in Stand mode (probably also an issue with the Targus).

- The Apple 30 pin to USB cable was redesigned to remove the 2 button squeeze feature pricesley because of your issue with the buttons falling off and consumers being unable to disconnect the cords. The newly redesigned cable removes these 2 side buttons for a shorter 30 pin connector that will work just fine in Apple devices. - The issue of your iPad reporting that it isn't charging is a DIFFERENT issue. Your USB cable is FINE. The reason you are getting this message is beacuse the Power Adaptor that the USB cable plugs into isn't providing enough electrical juice. If you are plugging your USB cable into your PC it might not be getting enough power. If you are plugging it into your iPhone Power Adaptor (5W) it isn't strong enough to charge your iPad with it on (it will trickle charge if you have your iPad off). What you need is the Apple 12W charger for iPad. Your original power adapter that came with you iPad 2 was a 10W charger that Apple no longer sells.
