Need a Redownload or a Refund

I purchased the Android versions of Collage, Kuler and Proto. I use these apps heavily in my everyday workflow. Now that I bought a new tablet I can not redownload them. If Adobe can not provide the install files for users, I would like a full refund. (Though I prefer the app files.)
Your applications were a big help day-to-day. It was a bad move discontinuing them. It's the first time I've ever been disappointed in Adobe.

I agree with this request - my Proto seems to have disappeared on my iPad, and seems only fair to either provide a working version for those who payed for this, or a refund.

    Delete the music in your iTunes library, then go to iTunes store, Quick Link, 'Purchased' to redownload again.

    In the search field on the right type in backup
    Select:  Back up your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad
    I had to get a new ipod touch through a warranty because of technical problems

  • Purchased and Album in the store but I need to redownload a song

    I'm not sure if the US is a store that allows to redownload things again but i need help.
    I downloaded an album and one of the songs wouldn't play because my comeputer wasn't authorized. (which is another problem) My computer s authorized adn the entire album plays fine but this one song. The same song does not play on my phone. I figured it was corrupted so I went to download it by itself again and Itunes store says 4.99 under the album even though i bought it. Usually it says like download or install under it after buying and it shows in my purchase history but I can't click anything from there.
    If it helps I have a 3GS and the lastest updates for both the phone and itunes.
    Please do help.

    Under Song info it says it isn't a purchased ACC file  unlike the others but it still shows up under my purchased history.

    Clear the contents of ...iTunes\iTunes Media\Download and try one more time.
    If the problem recurs use the "report a problem" links in your account history and explain what has happened so far. There may be a problem with the source rather than your download of it.
