Need a sixth authorized account for my itunes account

Recently I added an Apple TV to my other equipment in the house and this will exceed the 5 users allowed on my account. I currently have a server, my laptop, my wifes mac mini, my sons imac, and my daugheters laptop. These all use up the available authorizations.
How can I get more authorizations? All these machines are in the same house hold and on the same network.
Please let me know a solution as I would like to add even another Apple TV around Christmas.

So I can't be the only person this is affecting. Is there any plans under the new home sharing to change or increase this?
On a different note, can I share with more than 5 if I don't share the purchased content?
The reason this is important is that our family has Rip all the CDs and DVDs and have all this stored centrally on the server. This is all DRM free so can it be shared with more than 5 people?

Do I need to do authority check for Logical Database?

Hi,
Just to check, do I need to code authority check into a Logical Database or Logical Database will do the check by itself without me coding?
This is because I have a user which does not have rights to infotypes 2000 and above and the logical database still show the user data which belongs to the infotypes 2000 and above.
If I have to code it, how do I go about to do the coding of authority check?

If all of them use different data, apps, songs..., it's better to create different iTunes libraries for them but without having to create different users.

Need step by step directions for moving itunes library to external HD

About to crash my PC...recently purchased apple tv and kids have bought many movies and tv shows. They are filling my hard drive - between movies, tv and music I have 756 GB. Searching the problem on this board, i think eternal HD is solution. Can someone give me step by step directions? Could you also included info on how to make sure I move everything - I am worried that some tv shows have not been synced to the PC - are only on apple tv (is that possible?). When I open itunes it says "syncing episode..." but never seems to complete - think not enough room. Sorry to be so needy, but I don't want to mess this up! Lots of kid's personal income sunk into the inventory. Thank you.

You can deauthorise all 5 at once, then reauthorize the one you want.

You need to log into iTunes on the computer you want to deauthorise. Otherwise, contact contact iTunes Store support to see if they can help.

Install iTunes on your new computer, and open it. To authorize, go to the Store menu item on the iTunes menu bar, and choose "Authorize This Computer..." as shown below.
If by any chance you don't see the menu bar ("File, Edit, View, Controls, Store, Help"), first enable it by using CTRL+B.

You cannot do that. The AppleID you used to create the iCloud account is an active primary email address. The email address you created with the iCloud account is also an active primary email address (all Apple domain email address automatically become AppleIDs as well). You cannot replace the primary email address on one active AppleID with the primary email address on another, active AppleID.
You can use your iCloud email/AppleID with iTunes, but it will be a separate account, so all your previous purchases remain tied to the other AppleID you have.
I don't understand your statement that you could not remeber your old AppleID password, as you would have had to use it to create the iCloud account in the first place (the first step of creating the iCloud account required you to login with your existing AppleID and password)?

Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?
