Need accessories for Zen Micro-can anyone he

I purchased ny zen micro a couple of months ago and already i am keen to get accessories. Does anyone know where to get accessories (from a proper shop like John Lewis etc.). If you do please send a reply as soon as possible

In Japan, the remote comes with the Zen Micro (still doesn't justify the $80 dollar price increase!!). I tried using the remote and found it to be a waste. I wouldn't bother buying it. When I am wearing a jacket I put the Micro in my jacket breast or side pocket. When I am not wearing a jacket, I use the case and belt clip.
Unless you make massi'vely long playlists and would thus keep the Micro in your bag for LONG periods of time, the remote is essentially useless. It only has volume, puase, play, and next track controls, and no display of course.
Just my thoughts on the remote. The clip sucks on the remote too. It's too small to clip to the strap on my bag securely.

i'm most likely gonna buy the zen micro tonight. i figure that it is creative's new "flagship" model so that means its prob. gonna get the most firmware, acc., and most support. if anyone has a reason i shouldnt get it let me know, i've read all the stuff about freezes and everything, but i'm sure by christmas there will be plenty of firmware for all these probs. hopefully lol. also, are there any 3rd party accessories for the micro, like skins or cases or anything? any new firmware about to be realeased?

Just Got a Refurb Zen Micro, Can Anyone Please Help - Clic
Hi all,
Just got a Zen Micro 6GB refurb today, when i first tried it (before hooking upto a PC) the clicker didnt work. I hooked it upto my PC and transferred some tracks, when i disconnected however my device started playing up.
When i turned the device on the screen glowed blue for 5 or so seconds, and then turned off. My first (panicked) thought was that the player was updating its firmware when i had unplugged it, although it didnt mention this anywhere.
What was interesting however was while the device was in this "blue screen" mode, when i scrolled up and down the clicker made a clicking sound, even though i couldnt see what i was scrolling because the screen was dead apart from the backlight. This proved that the clicker did physically work.
I reconnected to the PC in some vein hope of fixing it, and after a couple of on/off cycles it booted, and has worked fine since, however when i set the clicker on it still wont click.
I am interested as to if anyone has any ideas as to how to possibly fix my clicker problem. I know it will physically work as i've heard it click when my device crashed, i reckon a bad firmware flash has stopped my clicker clicking.
Can anyone recommend me a particular firmware please, everyone said to stay away from the latest PlaysForSure firmware on my old Zen Xtra, and apparently it bricked lots of devices, so im a bit apprehensi've about getting the latest release.
If anyone can help me fix my clicker please i would be most grateful as i dont want to send my little player back.

Zen micro can not be operate if it is connected to Travel Dock for Zen
I just bought Travel Dock for Zen Micro. I have 2 problems. Any body can help me please? 1. When I connect the Zen Micro to Travel dock. The Zen micro can not be operate both manual or using remote. But the charge sign in the Zen micro is appeared. So I am sure that the connection between Zen Micro and the travel dock is OK. No sound is produced. Any clue for it. 2. The I tried to connect the zen using line in cable. There is sound, but the sound is too weak, even if I set the maximum volume. Any clue for it? Any one has the same problem? How to overcome it? hey Jason thx for reply well it's weird like I said but whenever I downloaded the firmware ver. 2..0 or something the newest one it just said that the Player/USB was not hooked up to the computer when it actually was and it doesn't play any music it goes straight to restore mode. tell me if you need to know a little bit more thx

I'd go for Final Cut Pro as above over any version of Express. FCP has the full version of LiveType - not the truncated version that was released later on. -

Your iTunes account sounds like it does not have a credit card or payment attached to it. Even free apps require that you have entered payment information even though you won't be charged for the app.

If you encrypted the backup, there is no way around it. You will need to configure your iPhone as a new device.
From iTunes: About iOS backups:
In the iTunes Summary screen, select "Encrypt iPhone backup" if you want to encrypt the information stored on your computer when iTunes makes a backup. Encrypted backups are indicated by a padlock icon, and a password is required to restore the information to iPhone. You may want to write down the password for your backup and store it in a safe place. If you use a Mac, when you set a password you can select to store the password in the keychain. With iOS 4 and later, you can transfer the iOS keychain backup to a new device if you encrypt the backup.
Warning: If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password, you can continue to back up and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password. You do not need to enter the password for your backup each time you back up or sync.
If you cannot remember the password and want to start again, you must perform a full software restore and when iTunes prompts you to select the backup from which to restore, choose set up as a new device. -

Which keyboard layout you were using? German, French ... I suppose your layout is reset to the default: US and you are unable to find the "?" or "/" ...
Please have a look into the keyboard viewer, to see how the layout of your keyboard is actually.

What version of iTunes do you have installed? If you are trying to update to iOS 6 you need iTunes 10.7 or later.
