Need Acrobat 9 CD or DL - Computer Crash

I lost my installation CD for Acrobat 9, and lost it when my computer crashed so I need a new copy. I have the serial #. Can I get the installation disk or download the program again? If so, how, please. Thank you in advance for your help.

Please download Acrobat X Pro from the link below.

Install the software and when prompted for the previous version qualifying product, select Acrobat 9 and enter the serial key of Acrobat 9.
This should install and activate Acrobat X Pro on the machine.

You can most likely (depends on how old) download the trial versions of the software thru the site linked below and then use your current serial number(s) to activate.

Reinstall Acrobat 8 Standard after computer crash

I need to reinstall Acrobat Standard 8 following a computer crash. How can I do this without running afoul of the "activate" process because I have already activated and registered the product. I do not want to have to purchase new software, but just reinstall and re-activate my current software on a recovered/reformatted hard drive. IMy operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

Just give it a go anyway, there's a fair chance it will work, if it doesn't you will have to call Adobe, the program will give you a phone number to call.

Trying to reinstall photoshop cs5 after computer crash

i need to reinstall photoshop after a computer crash. i inserted the cd, accepted the conditions, but am unable to enter the product code. Can enter numbers, but not letters. I am assuming this is because this is a student/teacher edition. What do I need to do in order to reinstall Photoshop?

It sounds as if you are trying to enter your product code and not your serial number. If your software is registered then please see http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968?promoid=KBHJW for information on how to locate your serial number.

When I left my former employer, Pollinate Agency, I bought a MacBook Pro with Acrobat Pro (version 9 or possibly 9.5) installed from the company. I recently had a serious computer crash, and needed to get all contents erased. The support provider didn't have my product key, so could not reinstall Acrobat Pro for me. Since then, I have gotten the product key sent to me from my former employer, [ REMOVED ] So I need help in re-downloading, installing and activating the Acrobat Pro software on this computer.

Please remove the S/N immediately (I can't or would). Never post them online. As for download you can go to http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html on the right panel to get 9 pro. I am not sure there is a MAC version there, but that is the first place to go. If it is the proper version, then please back it up to CD and/or portable HD, not the system HD.

Install it just as you did before. You should have backed up the download to a CD or backup HD and have the S/N archived with the backup. If you did not backup (please do in the future), you can download from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html unless it was an upgrade (I don't think you can use these files for upgrades).

Need acrobat download-computer crashed

I purchased different Adobe products around 2002. That included:
Adobe Web Premium C53
Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5 10/26/2001
The computer they were all on crashed. I do not have the disks, as they were stolen, along with all my programs and backups, during a burglary.
I needed to get the downloads, and when I spoke with support (took 30 minutes on hold), I was told they don't support CS53 anymore and I need to go to a "Forum", whatever this is.

I'm so sorry to hear that your computer crashed. That is never any fun.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer downloads of Acrobat 5.0 (the latest version we have available for download is Acrobat 8). But, if you're using a modern operating system, then Acrobat 5.0 wouldn't be supported anyway. You may want to consider an upgrade at this point.

Install it on the new machine, if you have run out of Activations then you will probably need to contact Adobe and explain what happened as far as the old computer crash and burning.

Please help! My computer crashed and now I am trying to reistall my CS3 software. I'm receiving Unable to Install errors for all of the programs in the Suite except the Acrobat 8 Professional. Can someone please help me? I cannot afford to upgrade, but need this software to do freelance work. I own the software and serial number but Adobe will not support me as it is an older version.

I downloaded and ran the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool. It showed no files to remove, but still said it was successful. I then tried reinstalling the entire suite. Acrobat 8 Professional was the only program that installed. All other programs gave me a componant failed error. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated?!
