Need "All_Nokia_9210_data.sis" for my Nokia 9210i

I've had a quick search on this forum for this question but I couldn't find anything.
I've recently had a Nokia 9210i come into my possession and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could download the file "All_Nokia_9210_data.sis". Unfortunately, I don't have the original CD as I just got the device and the charger.

Unfortunately any links to this archived material are now dead, but it can be still be found with a bit of perseverance, although I can't post links to Nokia software not stored upon their own servers uppn this manufacturer's sponsored website.

    Hi,
FM Transmitter is a inbuilt hardware of the handset. So you would not be able to get a FM Transmitter for Nokia E72.

  • I need Arabic support for my nokia n 73 music edit...

    Hello ...
I have purchased new nokia n 73 music edition recently ...
I have purchased in india ...
    My mobile's firmware version is 3.0705.1.0.31 ...
When i go for phone language ... i am getting Indonesia, Malaysia, Pilipino and english ...
I need Arabic language support ... please some one help me in this regard ... i shall be much helpful to him ...
I am urgently in need of it ... PLEASE

Nokia phones do not have/support user-installable "language packs".
You could ask if a local Nokia repair center could install a phone software (firmware) with Arabic support: http://www.nokia.com/repair
Otherwise your alternatives may require the use of illegally distributed, hacked software and firmware files, and the discussion is best to leave right there (here).

  • I need good advices for a Nokia N95 please...

I'm going to buy a Nokia N95 from a GSM Store near me and I wish to check first if the phone it's original. I know that there are some things I must check ( The star *, the seventh and eighth digit from IMEI, the size of the camera, if there is written Nseries on the back of the phone, under the Nokia logo) but anything else I don't know....so is there anything that I can check which is only, and only  for Nokia original phones....something that the replicas don't have? I'm asking this because I deeply want not to get hoaxed.
Thank you so much for your help,
    David

look carefully under the battery where it was make if its not Hungary or Finland it might be fake...
look at the menu and touch the landscape menu and there you can see if it works good or its a fake..I had an N95 and it was made in finland at everything was ok it was original but before i bought it I payed attention at battery, production country, camera settings and qualitty, the slide and the quality of screen..If its fake you can observe pixels on the screen faster then at the original phone...
I hope this would help you

As this S40 device does not have embedded GPS, positioning based upon cell tower triangulation would not be accurate enough.
If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

  • Need a high quality Bluetooth Headset for my Nokia...

    Hi everyone
can any of you recommend a really good Bluetooth Headset for my Nokia N80 ?
want something with crystal clear sound, no distortion and one that fits nice and snuggly without being uncomfortable...
    Thanks....

Hi, I use the Nokia HB-900 with my black N80 and they work flawlessly together, PTT is perfect, Voice quality is like nothing you have ever exprienced in a bluetooth headset, the noice canceling in BH-900 and the extended boom truely sets this headset apart from what you have used before and the long battery life is just great. i realy like the look of it and it is the only headset i actualy wear in public without feeling stange, its pretty light and comfortable, i forget i am wearing it and it doesn't swing around or move when i turn my head, it's quality is good and matches the n80 finish ( i have the one with the black extendable boom ) and works perfectly, it also has a blue light on it that matches the blue light on my n80. it's worth every penny. when i use it the people on the other end of the line do not believe that i am using a cellphone as the voice quiality is great due to digital voice processor and the noise cancelation of BH-900, you can't go wrong whit this one.

  • Sendin fax using nokia 9210i fax modem via laptop

Please can someone explian to me how to send fax using my nokia 9210i fax modem. I can use this fax modem to dial up a network and connect to the internet but when i try to send a fax with it using windows it dials the number but it diplays data call and the fax does not go it keeps on showing data call in progress, please how can i make i turn it into fax call, maybe i need a coomand but i dont know or is nokia 9210i cannot do this
    Thanks for your help.
    Jon

Do you have an IBM / Lenovo Laptop?
I do and I checked the event logs and noticed failure 680 which indicated that no dial tone could be obtained (cable not plugged it) or similar symptom.
I used to receive the error "one touch access failed to establish a network connection" using the Nokia PC Suite. I checked under start | settings | network connections and selected properties on the valid dial-up device. Then I noticed that the device was using the Internal Thinkpad modem instead of the Nokia. This explained the error 680 as the Thinkpad modem was not cabled to the phone line. After changing the connect using device from thinkpad to Nokia all worked well.
Let me know if this helps.

  • Installing applications - do we need a .sis?

Hey everyone, riddle me this: When I download some programs from the internet, they sometimes come as folders to copy to a memory card, without any setup program or sis file to install. I have an N80, and I've never got one of these "memory card" programs to run. I pop it on (using my usb card reader), making sure to not miss any hidden files/folders. Then, the instructions say I should find it in my phone's "my own" folder. It never comes up though! On the other hand, ".sis" programs always work fine. At this point, I thought that the N80 maybe always needed a ".sis". However, I bought Lumisoft's London A-Z, and it went on fine. It used an sis to install. Then my phone broke, and I got the firmware upgraded. All the phone memory was wiped. Then, when I got my phone back, I put the memory card in, and it found the A-Z. Does this mean programs can be installed without an "sis"? Maybe they can all be installed via memory card? Any suggestions? I've double checked that all software I've tried is S60v3, so it's not that. .............. Charlie

On the same topic: for those applications that do not come as a single .sis file, is there any way, other than using a card reader, to copy the files to the memory card?
The problem is that using the Nokia Browser on a E61 (S60 3rd ed.) you can't access the system files on the memory card (resource, sys, system folders, for instance), so you can't copy the files to the adequate place.
And for some unknown reason, my card (2Gb miniSD) doesn't work with my card readers (and no, I haven't put a security password on the card)...

  • Skype for Symbian / Nokia Store Issue / Update Sky...

Well this is actually utterly and bitterly disapointing from Skype and / or Microsoft and could actually be embarassing... In what world are they living? Greed and more profit making? Excuse me but we did not see any official statement yet concerning the drop / end of Skype support of the Symbian platform.
    1) How come Skype randomly disapears from the Nokia Store without warning or an official statement from Skype and / or Microsoft?
    2) Why would there be discriminating towards Symbian / Nokia users who are forced to use an out of date version of Skype without support for Microsoft account login?
    3) Isn't Skype / Microsoft shooting themselves into their own legs? Own goal? Why would I spend for a new Nokia phone using Windows 8 Mobile OS ( and I have the money to do it ) when I got a fully working Symbian Nokia that does all what I need? Carefull, this strategy might just make people disgusted of Nokia thus indirectly the Windows 8 Mobile OS.... as we all know of the relationship between Nokia and Microsoft nowadays.
    4) The ridiculous statements I see on these forums about the phasing out of Symbian sometimes make me laugh. The developpers are just causing this artificial phase out by just being like rats leaving a sinking ship. Just show with proof that the Symbian needs a phase out... From what I know it is still very popular in Europe and Africa.
I am suprised that I had to have an outburst on these forums... I am a huge fan of Skype and the Microsoft products... Xbox and so on. But well anyway these were my points. I hope that this will be taken into consideration even though I am sure Symbian users would not ask too much, an update to be able to use the Microsoft account login would stop the inegality between the platforms concerning the ability to talk to our Msn / messenger contacts....
    Regards.

Yes your Skype for Symbian FAQ (6/2013) was of great help a few days ago when I was surprised to find that Skype had mysteriously disapeared from the Nokia / OVI Store. I had an issue with the Skype install I had on my Nokia 500 running Symbian Belle, on which I had installed Skype from Nokia / OVI store since last year, so I had to un-install it. So I went for a re-install but nothing... no Skype on Nokia / OVI Store so I tried your FAQ.

I signed on my Nokia / OVI account because this was the version I needed for Symbian Belle but the file downloaded wasn't of .sis extension but was of .dm extension. So I couldnt install it.
I managed to get an alternate install file of Skype v2.1.0.23 ( latest and maybe last for Symbian Belle ) if this can be of any help to anyone using Symbian Belle:

  • How to install sis application on nokia e61?

how to install sis application on nokia e61?
will the sis applications work on e90?

    hi yuvi,
E61 and E90 and many others are S60 3rd Edition, you need to get applications or software that are designed for the S60 3rd, otherwise it wont work...
if you have Nokia PC Suite installed, all you need to do is connect your phone and just goto the sis file application that is already in your PC and double click on it, and PC Suite will install it for you, otherwise just copy the sis application directly to your memory card and open it on your phone, that will have basically the same effect...
