Need an App To Turn Wifi, Bluetooth, Location and Data On & Off

Though there appears to be none yet, a very useful app would be one that permits us to turn one or all four of the following on and off with the flick of a single switch: wifi, Bluetooth, location and data. It would be a very simple app with four check boxes and one on/off slide button, but would be super handy to permit us to quickly get info when we wanted it and save battery power otherwise.
When those four are off, the phone lasts 5 to 6 days on a single charge with low voice and text usage. With all of them on, it needs a charge in a matter of hours.
App developers, the concept and profit are yours for the taking. I'm sure many iPhone users would be happy to pay a couple bucks to reduce charge cycles, particularly since the iPhone 5 no longer fits all the charge ports the travel industry installed around the world.

I think the programming steps are simply a matter of knowing the iOS menus. On the other hand, Apple would definitely have to authorize the app. For that reason, obtaining advanced willingness to approve it would be a good idea.

Backup your phone to iCloud/your PC and when you restore your phone they will all come back.
There are 3rd party apps that will allow you to export your messages on your PC. A google search will help you sort out which suits your needs best.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

Thanks, After changing my settings in face time per your suggestion, (it needed to be done), I turned off cellular data and data roaming and made a call using face time. It worked! Great way to stay in touch while overseas without the need for those egregious phone data plans.

Bluetooth mouse and keyboard go off exactly the same time, and don't connect agian after ive installed the mac os x 10.8 updates please fix this apple

After Installing the mac os x update for 10.6.8 ive recentley in the last couple of days the bluetooth mouse and keyboard going off at the same time ive looked at some help but i feel like this is a software bug after installing so any other suggetions than taking it into an Apple Store,
I hope apple fixthis problem in there next patch update.

Does the App launch form the Applications Folder rather than the DOCK ?
The icons in the DOCK are links to the App. Sometimes this link can get broken.

IPhone photo location and date data after editing

I'm using the DayOne app and have noticed that when I add photos that have been edited (using the Photos standard editing features) that the location and date information is lost. Is this normal or is this a bug? It seems to happen across all apps.

When you invoke the Editor from the Organizer, Organizer first does the equivalent of File > Write Keyword Tag to get all of the metadata from the Organizer (specifically, keyword tags) written into the file so it is available in the Editor. This changes the metadata of the image file but not the actual image itself -- that's why you see the Date Modfied and Date Created changed (though in normal circumstances, the date taken doesn't change).
Note that other Organizer commands will change an image's metadata and thus change Date Modified/Created: Edit > Adjust Date And Time, changing star rating, changing the caption, changing the notes.

Downloaded new OS and having trouble with wifi, bluetooth Facebook and Skype performance

When I first loaded this it had a lot of trouble finding my Wifi again and would disengage. Problem went away after a few hours but it recurred this am. Also affected Facebook.
Skype is loading more slowly and jumps to a black screen for 10-20 seconds. Then it will load and function but only for a few seconds to a minute and then shuts off completely.
Launching Skype also resultd in my bluetooth headset being disengaged sometimes.
Reinstalled Skype to see if that fixed anything.
Tried turning off bluetooth to see if that fixed the skype problem - nope still disengaged.
Cycled my router and cable and still no fix...
Running Z30
Would love to get a fix on this.

Given all of your issues, I'd guess that something did not go well with the update, and a clean reload would be in order. You accomplish that either through the LINK software or by obtaining an AutoLoader.

New to iCloud. I only bought the storage to stop getting not enough storage messages. Now I can't back up to iCloud. I get the message "you have not backed up this device in 14 weeks, your device needs to be connected to wifi, locked and plugged in" I connected to wifi and am sitting with my phone about 10" from my modem. I am plugged into my charger which is plugged into the wall. I created a passcode for my phone as I an guessing thats what locked means. However if I am locked I cannot get into the phone to see if it is backing up. So I ask it to back up then let it go off to lock, give it 5 or 10 min to back up and then get back into it only to find its still on estimating time remaining. It won't go any further then that.. What am I doing wrong??

This may not solve your problem but may clear up a couple of things.
1: Re the connected to wi-fi, plugged in and locked thing is for automatic backups. It doesn't need to be plugged in or locked for it to work when you go to Settings > iCloud > Backup and tap Back Up Now. Mine completes the backup quickly without being plugged in or locking (but I don't have a lot to backup).
2: Locked just means the lock screen is on (press the sleep/wake button on top) -- it will work without a passcode (& again, the lock screen on is only required for the automatic backup).
3: You can see what is using your storage and maybe reduce some of it so that you don't have to pay for storage. Instructions in Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Google primarily uses your internet service provider information to determine your location. If you are logged in when you search, obviously Google knows much more about you than your ISP!

Installed my HPDeskjet2050All-in-Onej510. Worked fine until I noticed an icon on my screen and it said Dell imaging toolbox(used to have a Dell)don't have a Dell anymore so I deleted the icon. My printer hasn't printed since except to print location(I think) and date at the bottom of whatever I'm trying to print. What did I delete and can I get it back? I have emptied my wastebasket or whatever it's called. I'm not computer literate so instructions will need to be simple. Can't afford repairman. Am on fixed income.

It sounds like you need to uninstall the Dell drivers/software from your computer. Disconnect the HP printer first. Then go into the Windows control panel, then Programs/Programs and Features (depends on which version of Windows that you have) and find the Dell items listed. Now, as long as this is not a Dell computer, and you don't have any other Dell devices connected, then select all the Dell items, one at a time and select Uninstall. Once that is done, restart your computer, and perform the normal installation of the HP printer. You shouldn't see anything with the Dell imaging toolbox anymore.

After downloading the files, you should back them up using the normal methods you use for backing up local files such as Time Machine, manually copying files to external hard drives, and burning to CD/DVD.
Other apps
For other apps using iCloud Documents, contact the app developer for more information on how to keep a copy of that app's data.
If you go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, you will see a list of the apps that are storing documents and data on iCloud (under Documents & Data). You can tap each item listed there to see the file names of any documents.
