Need answer for missing address bar firefox 9

On my wifes computer, she opened firefox yesterday and the address bar was gone, I looked at it last night, bookmarks, view, tools, and couple others I can't remember. I don't know more than that because when I found out about it I was at work.

CTRL+K for the search bar then Shift+Tab.

Cursor focus needs to be in address bar in new tab

Hi,
It's been a couple of weeks since I've had this problem, and I can't seem to solve it.
Firefox automatically updated to version 24 and ever since, when I open a new tab, either with Ctrl+t or by pressing the + sign, there is no focus of the cursor, nowhere, while before, the focus was in the address bar. I want to have that back, since it is extremely annoying to always have to move my mouse cursor to the address bar and click it.
I haven't changed anything, tried reinstalling, tried the costum new tab add-on, but nothing works.
So if anyone here is able to help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Yes, that happens with the about:newtab page. You can press the F6 key to set focus to the location bar.
You can change the browser.newtab.url pref to about:blank to get an empty page with the cursor in the location bar.

Is there an add-on to move the back/forward buttons to the right of the address bar (FireFox 34)?

I know it might not sound like a big deal, but I can't stand having the back button to the left of the address bar. I always had it to the right of it, more toward the middle of my screen. I just can't get used to it all the way over there. I hate that it's anchored to the address bar. Whose stupid decision was that? I've been trying to find an add-on, but so far no luck.

I need help on the address-bar default search.

I wish to use Google as my address-bar default search. I can put the Google address in on about:config, keyword.URL ... but each time I restart the browser, it bounces back to the Bing search.

Need to click in address bar to load certain websites

Firefox never finishes loading certain websites. However, clicking on the site address in the address bar then immediately loads them. This also happens with all add-ons disabled. What gives?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Help needed with Internet Explorer Address Bar

Hi, i have internet explorer 6, and usually i can press down on the address bar and show past visited websites. However when i delete history as well as cookies, there remains some website links that i haven't visited for a long time. For example when i type b, a bbc link appears from the bar. However it doesn't appear if i don't press b. What's also weird is that some times the bar shows some word files, pictures or folders that i have visited on my desktop and from other locations on the computer, as well as searches on places such as google as well as downloaded files. So i was wondering how can i delete this, so that for example when i type www. it doesn't give me the option of weather or a website called www1.bottomdollar.com. I hope that is clear, basically i would like to delete everything from the address bar. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me on this. Thanks

As Stefan has suggested in the previous posting you can delete this links in IE under:
Tools Internet options --> delete cookies, delete files, clear history.
Dont forget to mark the option delete all offline content under delete files.
Furthermore if you want to clear the AutoComplete please go to the Content tab.
There you can find the buttons in the personal information area.

The WITH addition allows you to use up to 9 parameters in the title. You address these in the title as variables &1 to &9. If you want to put an ampersand as a character in your title, you must double it (&& is output as &).
If a parameter is missing, its corresponding variable is replaced by a space.
Given the maximum length of 70 characters (length of SY-TITLE), it is possible that your title can be truncated if you use WITH.

Tell us what answer you gave when you were asked this question. This seems to be either an interview question or a test question from a class.
Whatever the source of the question your answer should have been that there is not enough information to know for sure what the result will be or why. Missing information that is needed includes
1. HOW is user B trying to execute the proc in schema A? Directly or within a procedure?
2. HOW was user B given permission to execute the proc in schema A? Directly or thru a role?
Grants have to be given directly if B is trying to execute the proc in schema A within a proc of schema B.
3. HOW was the proc in schema A defined? Using INVOKER rights or DEFINER rights?
4. Was user B given any privileges to the EMP table in schema A? If so was the privilege granted directly or through a role?
Without the above information there is no way to know for sure if an exception will be raised or, if no exception is raised, which table will be accessed.

Safari missing address bar

OSX 10.8.2 Safari 6.0.2 Safari is not full-screen. Safari has no address or search bar. I swear it was there before upgrading to iTunes 11. Choosing View>Show Toolbar does nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

I am coming across a probelm when using multipel tabs in FireFox6. If I open a new tab it takes several minutes for the address bar to become clickable to type. how do I fix this?.

recently upgraded to 6.0.2. Could this be the reason? using windows XP. unable to duplicate issue through other browsers so definitely FireFox related.
