Need API name for Inventory_posting in R12

We were using gmiapi.inventory_posting in 11i now we want replacement of this api in R12.
Can anyone provide the api name for the same asap

Need API Name for PIck Release and Ship Confirm for WMS Module

Hi All,
One if my requirement is that Initially I will create Internal Sales Order and send to the other system (legacy) there they do the shipping then they provide the flat file which contains shipping information. Based on the incoming file I will close the order. Here they are using the WMS to process the pick release and ship confirm.
Can any one please help me how to do pick release and ship confirm by using an API or Interface in WMS. If knows please provide the name of the API's and flow.

For external orders we have a solution on WMS_DEVICE_CONFIRMATION_PUB api.
may be you have done pick release using this api in WMS enabled organizations. After pick release
you can use WSH api to do Ship Confirm.

How to change IP, Hostname and domain name for Oracle Application R12

Hi,
I'm new to Oracle, we used to have one production and one test server for Oracle Application R12, but the test server was corrupted, so we decided to clone production server and create a new test server, after cloning and creation of test server, how should we do to change IP address, hostname and domain name for test server?
Our production and test server environment is:
Linux Enterprise AS 2.6.9
Application module: E-Business Suite Treasury only

Kenneth.tnsnames.ora is used only by client processes. listner.ora is used only to configure the listener, and that is a server side issue only. In addition, the listener can start without any listener.ora at all, using all default values. See my discussion of tns issues at edstevensdba.wordpress.com
If you are using dbcontrol, you will most likely need to reconfigure it, using the emca utility.

You have given only table names, but do you know in those tables which fields data you want extract, if you know that...
there we have predefined table called "RSOSFIELDMAP" by using this table we can findout datasource name.
More detailed:
Ex:
GoTo SE11
Give the table name : RSOSFIELDMAP
Click on DISPLAY
click on CONTENTS 4th from last button
Give the FIELDNM : MATNR (example)
And click on EXECUTE Button
it displays all the datasource names which are having that MATNR field. Like this you can find out the comfortable business content datasource.
you can find out the datasource which is having the more required fields.
if you dont have that required fields in any datasource, then you should go for Customised Datasource.

I'm trying to find the smartform or sapscript used for the output of delivery schedule document. Message type is LPET and I view this print in ME9E.
Any suggestion on how to fnd out which form is used?

I think you meant output type = 'LPET'.
in table TNPAR search for output type = 'LPET', there is one entry. You will find the program name, subroutine name and the SAPscript name.
Or , In NACE transaction. , select Application 'EL - Purch.Sch.Agr.Release', click on Output types at the top. Select the desired output type, dbl click on processing routines.
You will get a screen with Form name , program name, subroutine name for each medium, Print, Fax and EDI.

We can find it using ST05.
Activate the trace in ST05
Run the transaction in which you want to find the table for the corresponding structure.
After completing the entire transaction Process go to ST05 decactivate the trace and display the trace.
Now in the menu bar go to Trace List>>Summarise trace by tables or press Ctrl+F8.This you will get to know all the tables that are getting updated when a particular transaction is Executed.If you explore it then you will be able to find out the corresponding table for a structure.Hope this may give you some lead.
