Need Arrow to have ALV functions hidden when Arrow pressed like in COOIS

Hi Experts,
When you run the COOIS transaction and output is generated there we have button when you click on the button
the row expands which is the Tool Bar (ALV Functions ON)
How can I achieve similar functionality in Z program.
Any replies would be appreciated.

This is probably one of the files that is required by the template you are using.
These files are inside the iWeb app. Control click the iWeb app icon and select "Show package contents".
You need to dig down through the folders and files to find what you want...
Contents/Resources/da.lproj/Templates/
If the file is missing you would need to re install the iWeb app...

First you have to be in an App that can use dictation, which app where you using? Also Dictation does not work in Snow Leopard 10.6.7, you probably just need to update your profile if you bought Mountain Lion, please click Profile Update for instruction on how to do this.

My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
Any ideas ...Please!

Thank you, this has resolved both the iphone and ipad problem immediately. I am concerned that I may have a problem with apps that I bought under my old AppleID as they will not be recognised. Any suggestions for this please?

Calling a function in WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED

i have in when-button-pressed a line containing
select pachet_salarizare.ani_vechime(data_min, to_number(to_char(sysdate,'YYYY')), to_number(to_char(sysdate,'MM'))) into ani_vechime from dual;so i call a function which is in pachet_salarizare package (package created in program units, in Forms).
when compiling, i get: function 'PACHET_SALARIZARE.ANI_VECHIME' mai not be user in SQL.
how can i deal with this? i need the result of that function in a variabie, ani_vechime.

ALV Functionality in WD Java Tables

Hi experts,
I need to include standard ALV functionality on a table in WD Java. I have to be able to change and save layouts, Sort, Filter table, calculate totals on integer columns etc.
Is there any standard method to do so?
Any help or suggestions on how do I go about doing this?

Hi,
I need to use go-item -> execute-trigger(when-button-pressed) personalization in oracle EBS Payables module. However i face certain problem.
When i do 'go-item' to particular 'button', row selection disappear(its a multi row block). In the result i receive an error - 10048 - you have not selected a record.
Manually you just click a button with row selected, and everything goes fine. There must be some kind of a context parameter which is passed from a block/record/row to a button. However how to achieve this through personalization?

write a procedure in forms that disables all your items in that record and call this on When-New-Record-Instance and When-Button-Pressed.

On When-Button-Pressed set the value of :block.indicator to 'X' before calling the disable_item procedure.
Attemtion: This solution assumes that the button is part of your MR block (cited bove as <block>).

Standard ALV grid uses the FM <b>ALV_XXL_CALL</b> for exporting data into Excel. You can put a break-point in the FM and check it for urself.
for ur info - the above FM takes the internal table name, internal table content and the field catalog as input.

I can suggest you a workaround for this. raise a ON-LOGON trigger and you can use the LOGON_SCREEN builtin to flash the logon screen at runtime. And then try capturing the username and password.

Suppose emp_name is a text item....
I need to validate that item such that number ,null and special characters should not be allowed.
I have created a function to check those validations

Hi,
Your function v_check actually can return a NULL value wich is not TRUE neither FALSE.
Modify your function like this :

Apply my own formula when user presses sum button in a report

Hi all,
I have this requirement that when user presses SUM button for a particular field in a report instead of Summing it up and displaying I can apply my own formula and display its value.
For Ex : When we press sum button for field efficiency :

26 - It would sum it up and display 26 , where as i don't want it to display 26 i want to apply a separate formula and display that value

Suggest to add another custom button to the ALV toolbar and write the desired logic you want.
Also to avoid confusion, disable the standard summation button. (you can add the same icon for the custom button if you wish)

E7 deleting all my emails when it feels like it he...

Hi everyone, im not a techie chap so any easy to understand help would be grateful.
Last 5 weeks or so since the last update my E7 emails have been deleting themselves when they feel like it but only on my pop3 mail??? My live mail has been fine.
I have deleted both mail accounts and re set them not accepting the terms page. Also tried a reset on the phone but nothing is helping. Any ideas please.

Do you currently download your pop3 from another program like outlook maybe. It just has to do with the settings of the program. If the progam is not configured to leave mail on the server then after downloading, the messages will be gone. When you then synchronise with your e7 there are no messaages so all are removed from the phone. I had the same prob. The setting has to be configured from your mail client or service provider. Live mail is left on the server until you delete it. Try deleting a recent message online in you live mail account then sync with your handset. That message should also be gone from the hanset after the sync.
