Need Assistance - iRecruitment Link "Search Open Positions at Oracle"

I am a frequent user of the iRecruitment site to search for open Oracle Positions and have successfully accessed the site in the past. I am using Internet Explorer 8.
When I access the link "Open Positions at Oracle (Please use Internet Explorer), a new session pops up and I receive the error message "Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Webpage". "What you can try - Diagnose the problem". Diagnosing the problem leads to nothing. In troubleshooting, my internet connection is good and I can access all other sites on the Oracle iRecruitment page (all other links, etc.).
Is the site down? How can I prevent this from happening and use the iRecruitment site to search for open positions.

I would suggest you try these options -
1. Use a different browser (like Firefox), or a different PC, to see if you can replicate the error.
2. Give feedback at the site stating your issue. Forum members will not be able to help, nor are these forums monitored by Support.

I am currently streaming music through the Internet using Safari.
I want to steam another recording (at the same time), and was told I need to access another browser in order to perform this function.
Judging by your reply, I think the answer is "Maybe - but I need to check out https://extensions.apple.com" to see if this is feasible.
Did I ask the question more clearly? Did I understand your response?

Oracle iRecruitment: Keyword Search within Resumes using Oracle Text

Dear All,
As per my understanding (and Note: 247064.1) simple Keyword searches can be performed in iRecruitment if oracle Text is installed. However searching for Keywords within resumes is not possible using Oracle Text and is possible ONLY if Resume Parsing is enabled via a third party (non-oracle) service provider.
Can you please let me know if my understanding is correct and if not provide further inputs on this.

Got this confirmation from Oracle via SR:
Resume searching is independent of resume parsing and not required to search resumes.
Oracle Text is the text engine that allows you to search documents using content-based queries. Oracle Text allows you to upload documents, search documents, parse resumes, etc.
Hence to conclude - Installation of Oracle Text will allow Keyword Searches on resumes.

ICCMP_INBOX/InboxResultView - Link to open document

Hello,
in the view ICCMP_INBOX/InboxResultView there is a link to open the selected document on attribute STRUCT.ITEMTYPE.
We need this same Link to open the document on the STRUCT.DESCRIPTION because we will not use STRUCT.ITEMTYPE in our UI configuration.
We already copied the coding from the GET_P method as follows to STRUCT.DESCRIPTION:
if iv_property = 'fieldType'.
    rv_value = cl_bsp_dlc_view_descriptor=>field_type_link.
endif.
Now the description is a link but the navigation does not work.
What else is needed to have the same navigation as realized in standard for STRUCT.ITEMTYPE?

Hi,
     In the Items context node class, look at the attribute Iterator. This is used to specify field properties.
In the iterator class, CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_IT->IF_HTMLB_TABLEVIEW_ITERATOR~RENDER_CELL_START, they have specified the event 'itemProcess' as the event to be fired when you click on an entry under ItemType.
So, check if this code addition to your get_p_description works.
if iv_property = 'fieldType'.
    rv_value = cl_bsp_dlc_view_descriptor=>field_type_link.
endif.
if iv_property = IF_BSP_WD_MODEL_SETTER_GETTER=>FP_SERVER_EVENT
   rv_value = 'itemProcess'.
endif.
It should work. Otherwise you have the iterator to work with.

I have installed tab utilities lite, when I select some links (i.e. the ask questions button in this site) I get new tabs, but when I open the google search results links, the link opens in the existing tab.

I can think of a couple of reasons for this behavior.
You inadvertently turned off the sharing for the files.
The link that the user is clicking on is incomplete; perhaps it got broken across lines in an email message. Are you sending Anonymous Links or Personalized Invitations? If the former, are you certain that you copied the entire link?
Some things to try.
Have the user send the link back to you so that you can test it. Does it work for you?
If you look at your Sent Files list, is the name in the Sent To column struck through (e.g., John Smith)? That would indicate that it has been unshared.
If you could get back to me with answers, perhaps we can get to the bottom of this.

Tools > Options > Tabs, (check) Open new window in a new tab instead
Firefox red button > Options (in right column) > Options > Tabs > (check) Open new window in a new tab instead

Yes, you can have single sign on enabled on multiple essbase servers,

Clicked on any the link searched by using google or yahoo, it opened a new tab on latest update. Why's not direct the link on the same tab like last update?

When I'm using google, yahoo or ask, or any search engine website. I did any random research used and clicked on any link searched by google, it immediately opened and directed me to the new tab to the link that I just clicked. My question is: Why isn't direct the link that I want to load on the same tab? It didn't happen on the last update. Is this a bug? If it's not then is there any solution? Maybe the setting. I will thanks and appreciate for any help.

Opening the results in the same tab or in a new tab can be set via the search settings page of the Google and Yahoo! sites.
For the Google website you can set your preferences on the Google.com page via the gear icon at the top right, click that button to open the menu list and select Search settings.

To Find your iPad you must have turned on find my iPad in iCloud settings on your device, and log into icloud.com, and use the"Find My iPhone" feature there to attempt to track it.

Need assistance with Captivate 7 Action - Open URL/File

Hi folks,
I am developing a Captivate application that will be published as an executable. It contains one slide, containing a number of buttons that will perform various operation.
My issue is with the Open URL or File option. I need one of my buttons to launch a small telnet app. It currently exists on my desktop. When I browse to find that file, it opens Firefox, and wants to download the file again.
I need an action that will open the app, not a a web browser.
Can this be done?

You did it! It worked.
I thought about the onLoad function in the new browser, but I couldn't control the menu bar, tool bar etc. without re-directing the user to yet another window.
