I need to know is there any function module or BAPI available for the transaction CU41 to create variant configuration profile for a material...

Please refer to this function module - CAMA_CON_PROFILE_MAINTAIN.
You can use this API to create, change, and delete a configuration profile.
You can also refer to the function module documentation for some examples.

It is updating in the transaction CO02 also.
Actually it is using for Internal Orders.Can i use this one for <b>PRODUCTION ORDER</b> Also.

I think you need to use BDC.
This BAPI is there - BAPI_TRIP_CREATE_FROM_DATA but it uses PR01.
Check following to find BAPI for any tcode -
1. Find out the package of the transaction.
Start Va01 go to system --> status.
Double click on transaction
Package is VA
Open this package in SE80
Open business engineering-->Business object types
Find the BO which sounds the most appropriate
I would suggest BUS2032 Sales Order
Double click.
Open methods.
Find the released method with from data or something similar in the name
, Createfromdat2
Position the cursor in it and click the program button
Scroll down to find the bapi used in this method
With this way you can also find out programs and FM's
2. Start va01 go to system-->status
Double click transaction VA01
Double click on package
Read the application component. (this is SD-SLS Sales)
Then open the transaction BAPI
Sales and distribution>Sales>sales order
createfromdat2

I am using SAP version ECC 5.0 . so Given BAPI (BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN) is not available in the same version . it is available only ECC 6.0 onwards.

I cannot use Insert statement for Material and ChapterID Creation as it contains only few fields.

The bapi BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE is used for creation. There you can assign several materials through structure MATERIALTASKALLOCATION (BAPI1191_MTK_C). There is no bapi for modifications so you can assign other materials using LSMW or BDC as Gururaj told you or in this special case populate table MAPL directly (better talk to your ABAP to decide it); I did it without issues and I checked and the function CZ_VB_MAPL_POST could update the information you need (talk to your ABAP to validate it).
