Need clarification on CTI 50002 Warning message

Hi All,
With one of our Customer contact centre , the Agents are randomly going to NOT READY state .
When we check the Agent Not ready Detail Report in CUIC we found more 50002 Error.
In documents its given as missed heart beats , closing the Agent tool kit forcefully etc .. etc can cause CTI Warning 50002 Error ..
Could anyone please explain , in practical scenario when this error occurs and what will happen to Agent state .

I've seen this happen in two scenarios, the agent desktop it self loses a network connectivity or the phone itself has issues communicating back to the UCM. I would check if your UCM is losing control to your phone or set up a wire shark capture on that desktop and see if you see any gaps in connectivity.

I have an enhancement in which i need to pass a custom warning message through badi ' INVOICE_UPDATE ' in the status bar for TCode MIRO, i am able to display the message with a popup screen but i am unable to display it into status bar.
How can i display that warning message in the status bar ?
can we pass the custom warning message through a BADI into the status bar ?

if your system settings are normal system warning message will always come in the status bar only
any way click on customizing of local layout icon in standrad tool bar (in any screen),
goto options
inthat see the options tab, in that ,if check box wiht 'dialogue box with warning message' is checked ,
un check the check box,
click on OK
now execute your code normally and see

I'm using JCreator and i'm getting this warning message each time I go to compile a project. I am still able to execute the project. I just need to know what this warning message pertains to and if its anything I need to worry about.

Problem with displaying warning message in exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_012

I need in EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 exit display warning message.
I've created klass Y0108MM_Z1 and message 000 in it.
When i display as error message -> message e000(Y0108MM_Z1).
everything is fine.
but when use message w000(Y0108MM_Z1) it doesn't apear.
Please help it is very important for me.

Hi,
I think message will appear.
For testing please do from the main screen press Alt+F12 > options> options tab --> check " dialog box at warning message " and test your scenrio.
Here warning message appear in a dialog box.

Iam writing one exit for MIGO Transaction. Everything is fine but the only thing is,
If i generate error message in EXIT Using : Message e127(zmcd) with loc_per. It is working fine . But i need to display it as warning message. so i tried to change it to : Message w127(zmcd). But it is not working in this case.
Please help me out from this situation.

Hi Jane,
For all pop-up message, you need SDK. There is no simple solution for that.
If you just need an alert, you can create user alert to be send in a scheduled time.

Need to convert Error message to Warning message in MIGO

Hi Guys,
I need a warning message instead of error message in MIGO.
For example if a material is having shell life expiry when i am doing GR,if I dont enter the Manufacturing date.Its gives a error meesage.
The error message is in program MM07MMHD, MESSAGE e018(12).
In configuration when i press F4 its has only one value 'E'.
So how to change this to warning (W) instead of 'E'.

OPJB for production messages
OBA5 for CO messages
OMT4 for material master messages
OMCQ Batch and quantity related.

I would not trust that on a banking site. If it were just a forum, no problem, but anything unencrypted during banking is suspicious.

Sounds like you may have a hardware problem since it won't read from DVD, and it is only a year and a half old. Hopefully all it is, is bad RAM*:

Need to suppress warning message while executing querywith conditions.

I have created report in which I have two conditions in report I am showing report data only if keyfigure value is greator than 4. In characteristics I have calmonth and customer I want to suppress result row so supress result row is always but warning message comes while executing report.
Warning : There is a condition on Calmonth result row suppress active.
There is acondition on Customer result row suppress is active.
How to avoid this message permanantly.

Dear Deepak,
1. Open ur query in rsrt2.
2. When the warning message occurs, click on the mesage. u ll find the Notification number of it. Note it down.
3. come to rsrt2 screen again.
4. click on messages tab. search for ur message with notification number, in various tabs like generation, hierarchy etc..
5. click suppress message check box for ur message. Save. Come back.
6. Re-xecute the query.

Need to remove "Budget warning Message"

I have customer requirement that customer want that message should not display .
no budget is maintained but still this warning message is comming in the shopping cart screen in additional specification .

I am still waiting for solution....
I dont want to deactivate budget check.
Problem is related that in the message is showing incorrect value of budget. While changing shopping card its not comparring the budget value from R/3 system.
In R/3 FM is used to fetch budget information but every time its giving me same vale for diffrent GL account.
Can any body helo me on this.

Shoppingcart Back end warning messages

Hello
We have two warning messages displayed in shopping cart
1. No Cross Company Purchasing is Alllowed
2. WBS element budget exceeded
These mesages are shown as Warning messages while creating the SC. But we need these two be as ERRORS and SC should not be saved. If I make these messages in ECC as ERRORS, should that be sufficient?? or Should have to have some code in CHECK BADI?

For the first one we are using BADI: BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI:
-Method wilhthe same parameters as those of BBP_DOC_CHECK.
Within method Y* check that all non-deleted (DEL_IND = u2018u2019) items have one and the same Company Code (field BE_CO_CODE). Should this not be the case, error message 001 of class Y* has to be appended to table ET_MESSAGES. The error has to be issued at SC header level.
