Need contact verizon by email

Question

i have health issues and must contact verizon by email.  i can bealy speak and im never home for there online support so by email is the only option i will soon be filing complants with the b.b.b. if this dont get resolved.  Seems they dont care fore people whom are not normal health.

It is funny they will not let me like your post.  This is freedom of speech.   We have a right to speak about what is on our mind.  Two years ago I moved and the modem I had the last time did not work.  The tech gave me an old modem from another home, and it has not worked right since.  My dsl light starts blinking all of the time.  I unplug it, and leave it for a while, plug it back in, and with in a half hour it is the same.  I only have high speed internet because the speed here is not good.  I tried to upgrade and my internet speed would not even reach 1mps.  They tried telling me the speed was not guaranteed.  It did not even reach the 1mbps.  I told them it should at least reach the first speed.  So they down graded me back to dsl.  I would rather email them also.  They used to let you email them, they changed it.  So fewer people will call with complaints.  I am seriously thinking about another internet service.  Why pay $20 per month for something that does not work.  They almost would not down grade me back to dsl.  Verizon used to care about their customers, not anymore.  They are getting too big for their britches.  The last two years with this modem, that gets hot sometimes, and other times just goes out.  I am sick of playing a game on Facebook, only for the dsl to go out and lose the chips or coins that I may have purchased.  They do not even have real people to talk to anymore.  It is a computer that does not know anything.  I used to be able to speak to a real person.  I cannot like any bad comments about them.  I find this to be amusing.   I cannot even speak to a real person anymore, it is a computer that does not understand anything but what is programmed into it.  You used to be able to email them.  I think they are getting too big for their britches.  They used to care about their customers, now they could care less.  Freedom of speech is our right.  If we want to tell others what we think, we should be able to do that without them interferring.  Because there is more than us having the problems.  I am sorry for your disability.  I have Fibromyalgia, but also a hard time communicating what I need orally.  I do it better in writing.  That screen name is a little harsh, LOL.  But, I wish for you the best in health care so you can get well.
