Need Device Software for V4.2.2.65

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for device software V4.2.2.65. I have checked it here
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp for all the operators and also the O2 site, could not find it anywhere.
Can anyone let me know where I could get the device software for the below specifications
Blackberry Curve 8300 V4.2.2.65 (PLATFORM V2.4.0.28)
Thanks & Regards
Ponnu

THANK YOU FOR THE ISO!!!
It worked flawlessly.
However, I did a messy job of installing it. I had installed the beta drivers before using the iso, and then when I installed the CD and its drivers none of the utilities worked. I then tried uninstalling the utilities but the installation stalled and failed repeatedly. Luckily, I had the option to system restore, but it was on a save point in the middle of installation. So its a pretty sloppy job.
One thing: when switching between modules (EQ, or volume control, or EAX); there is a 6 second wait.
Also, EAX reverb does not work well on Soundfonts (very faint reverb, but definetely not sufficient).
But thank you very much for saving my life.

  • Need Device software for Telus 8330/O.S. 4.3.0.124

    Hey Everyone.
This is my 1st post here. I'm looking for the device software for OS 4.3.0.124 for the Curve 8330. Both the BlackBerry site here, and the Telus site, do not have the software, so this seems like a big oversight for RIM. If you could provide the link or give me some info on how I can obtain it, I would appreciate it.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Do you need antivirus software for Macs?

    Hi there,
I purchased a new iMac yesterday, and I was wondering if I need antivirus software for it?  Thanks!

There are two trains of thought here. Ultimately you'll need to decide which one fits you and your usage.
In general, there are no true viruses on Mac OS X - that is, no software that can just infect your machine and self-replicate without any user involvement.
However, that's not to say that malware doesn't exist. There are several known trojans on Mac OS X - software that's advertised to do one thing but actually doesn't something else (generally malicious) behind the scenes. These applications typically use some social-engineering or other guise to fool you into thinking they're legitimate - for example, you might visit a web site that pops up a message saying you need a certain software update in order to access the site, along with a link to 'conveniently' install that software, only to find it's installing something completely different.
The difference here is that trojan applications like this require some kind of user input and usually require you to authenticate your username and password in order to install. If you only install trusted software and are smart about knowing when you should/should not need to enter your password then you're pretty immune from such tricks. If there are multiple users on the machine (especially if they all have admin access), this problem becomes compounded since it only takes one person to let down their guard.
Then, there's the third class of malware in which your machine becomes a vehicle for viruses, even if you're not affected yourself. A classic example here is email and/or distributing software that gets opened on othe platforms. For example, if you recieve a document that's infected with a Windows virus, it can and will do nothing on your machine. However, if you then forward that document to other users, they may open it thinking it's trusted (it came from someone they know), only to find it infects their machine.
This kind of problem is more prevalent in mixed-platform corporate environments, and is exascerbated when you consider that things like Microsoft Word documents and PDF files have been carriers of this kind of malware in the past.
A good anti-virus application would detect and identify these kinds of malware, even though they cannot affect your machine itself.
So, do you need anti-virus? Probably not if you're careful and don't share much content with other users (especially other users on other platforms). However, there's generally little downside to doing so.

  • Curve 8900 Device Software for Rogers - CORRUPT INSTALL FILE

    Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue (if there's some Rogers BlackBerry people on this board). I tried downloading and running the device software for Rogers off the BlackBerry site and during the installation, I came across the following error:
"Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a netowkr error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."
When I try clicking ignore, I get this message:
    "Error 2350. FDI server error"
I wish I was good enough to know what this means, but I'm completely lost here. I've tried installing this on two computers (XP Home SP2) and Vista, both give me the same problem.
I get the feeling there may be an issue with the software on the site. Could anyone else confirm this or have an idea of what to do?
    Thanks

The Toshiba notebooks are preinstalled with the Toshiba applications and with additional 3rd party software like McAfee Internet Security Suite or Microsoft Works.
This bundled 3rd software is a part of the Toshiba image and can be used ONLY with this Toshiba image. Its preinstalled under OEM version!

  • Need Backend Software for Shopping Cart

I have been looking into a Flex Store but I am concerned that
I can not find any backend software for managing an oscommerce
store. I have read that Flex is not good for Search Engines or for
SEO optimization. Can anyone advise me if it is possible to have a
working Flex OScommerce site or is it just not a good idea.
    Thanks...

For the SEO issues, Look at
    http://www.onflex.org/ted/2007/08/flex-directory-seo-and-flex.php
    and
    http://www.riapedia.com/2007/03/28/having_problems_with_flex_and_seo_help_may_be_on_the_wa y
It's on Googles Radar and as RIA's advance the user
experience they will be forced to deal with it. Personally, I think
Ted's solution would work well for most eCommerce sites. As far as
the "Backend" for the Flex Store, while the App is a good start,
there are many features the best carts have that would take quite a
while to build into this one. News, sales, reviews, most viewed
items. Then there is the credit card and Paypal gateways and the
shipping company interfaces. Then there is the administration piece
for managing all the products, tax schemes and all the other
systems features that the user never sees, but have to be managed.
All require a robust backend either written in a solid scripting
language (PHP, .Net, Ruby) or Java EE, with interfaces to the
    client.
Not to discourage you, but the manner in which you asked the
question indicates this may be a project beyond your current skills
and experience. However, The Flex Store is an excellent application
to start from. I would recommend tearing it apart and learning a
great deal from it about FLEX before looking into what it will take
    on the backend.
If you need some help, private message me as I have a
customized Flex Store I am working on right now, It is for my
Yamaha Dealer, and people will be able to do everything the
application does now (and a little more), except instead of buying
bikes online, they will email their list of choices along with
their contact information to the dealership from what is now the
purchase button. This is something I can do and use XML or a simple
Java backend for the products. It already works with XML, so
adapting it to a Java Data driven backend will take some time, and
I've got years of experience at this!
    Good luck!

  • I need Printer Software for Canon PIXMA MP600

I have just replaced my startup hard drive. I installed OS X 10.10.2 and then migrated everything from Time Machine that I had backed up from my failed start up disk. Now I get an alert that software is not available for this printer. Canon says me that they do not provide the driver, but when I try to set this printer up in system preferences, I get an Alert message "The software for this printer is currently unavailable. Please contact the pritner's manufacturer for the latest software." The available Gutenprint software does not implement all the features of this printer.

  • Need updated Software for Airtel 4G USB Dongle ZTE MF 880 T for Mac OS Mountain Lion

I am trying to use ZTE 880T LTE USB Modem with Airtel for my Macbook Air (Mid 2011) however due to unsupported dialer software I am unable to use it with reliability. As industry practice the Mac Software is there on the Modem however its unstable. Many times the dialer software dosen't recognize the modem and therefore modem could not be connected to internet. The same device is working smoothly on my Windows Virtual Machine installed on the same Macbook Air however the network on VM could not be used on Mac.
What I need is the updated version of dialer software. Is anyone out there using Airtel 4G LTE USB Modem successfully in India. Please help. I am getting awsome speed here but can't use it on my Mac

    Hi Guys,
Was struggling with this for the past 2 weeks, and got it working finally.
I am using the Huwaei 4G LTE USB modem provided by Airtel, should also work for ZTE stick.
Here's what i did to get it to work.
1, Install the 4G connection Manager
2, Goto System Preferences -  Network Connections
3, You will see a Huwaei or ZTE modem, Select that
    4. In Configuration, Click on add new configuration and Name it "Airtel"
    5. Leave, Telephone number, username and password blank
    6. Click on Advanced at the bottom of the screen
    7. Click Modem, Select "Generic" in vendor
    8. Model as GPRS (GSM/3G)
    9. APN as www.airtelgprs.com, left the CID in 1
10, Say OK in the screen and come back to Network dialog box
    11. Click connect, it will get connected and you don't have to put in any proxies or any other settings.
    12. Now you can un-install the Airtel connection manager and be done with it.

  • Need backup software for Seagate external hard drive

I need a little handholding here. I have an iBook G4 running 10.4.10. My husband bought me a Seagate external hard drive to use to back up the hard drive on my iBook. The only problem is that I don't think the external hard drive came with any software. I'm looking for something that I can set once that will automatically back up my hard drive periodically. Does such a thing exist?
Thanks for any advice you can provide.

    Hi there-
Most good backup software allows you to schedule backups. I've tried a number of programs and the two best I've found are SuperDuper and Synk.
Both are very user-friendly--good for simple folks like me.
    http://www.decimus.net/
    http://www.shirt-pocket.com/SuperDuper/SuperDuperDescription.html
SuperDuper is my favorite because it easily allows you to "clone" your hard drive, giving you a bootable backup in case the worst happens to your computer and you need to restore everything. It's MUCH faster than reinstalling everything. You need to make sure your external hard drive is capable of being booted from, however.
Synk is also very user friendly and you can try it for 30 days for free. I would highly recommend either of these.
    Hope this helps.

  • 10.2 Device Software for q10 - How can I have unlimited sync?

    Hello,
I just got my BB q10 and the new 10.2 software is installed.  My rogers email account allows me to view emails from only up to about a week ago.  I have read through the  forms that there was a resolution to this when the  10.1 software came out - there was an "unlimited sync" or "sync forever" option, to go as far bask as one wants. I've tried going into settings under the email account and towards the bottom there is an option for sync interval, but not for a sync timeframe.  This is critical for my as this is a work oriented device for me.
    Thanks

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
First off...OS levels are always 4 octets long, not 2. And within each OS level there have been a multitude of improvements and changes as it has evolved. Hence, with only 2 octets of the OS levels in question, it's rather impossible to know exactly what your situation is/was.
But, in general, the existence of the setting you speak of is controlled by the email protocol that this account is integrated as (which I note you did not reveal). If it's EAS, you can change it later. If it's IMAP, you can only set it once at the time of integrating the email account, and can never change it afterwards. If it's POP...well, I'll not even go there...POP is rather ancient.
Good luck and let us know!
