Need directions on how to open MUVO

I have this really anoying headphones jack problem on my Muvo TX.
the player's still under waranty but I li've far from the place where I bought it so there's no way for me to send it back.
anyway, what i need from you guys is directions on how to open the muvo tx so I can fix this bad piece of electronics myself.
I found that thread on the forum in which people fixed this by puting a piece of paper around the connector, but that doesnt work for me.
to be honest, this is the first and the last mp3 player i buy from creative, this kind of problem in the year 2005 is unacceptable, walkmans in 975 didnt have this issue.

LibreOffice is free to use, by tens of millions in fact, didn't need to buy Office unless she is at a job that demands sharing of complicated files.
If you want save money I would take it back, Office justs come out with another and another remake which one has to keep paying over and over again.
Office type software has been donation supported for a long time now.
And it's dead easy to install, just click the link and install the package. Does everything Office does, even reads and writes to Office format.

Need help! how to open a shared folder thru web browser

Hi to all LV'ers,
as the subject implies, i am trying to find a way to view the shared folder w/in the company network thru web browser. is this possible? is there a much easy way?? i never been used FTP vi's before or any other vi's to deal with this situation but i successfully used web publishing tool to make an access of LV front panel remotely using "web publishing tool". btw, im using LV 8.5.1.
my purpose for this is to let our boss to have a quick access of the data from excel files (w/ "s" because many excel file report is generated everyday for data updates) resided in remote computer (this computer runs the LV program and we can view its front panel remotely thru web publishing tool but i also need to view the folder of this computer that contains files). that is why im finding a way to have an access not only a specific excel file but a specific folder. ofcourse, we can access the shared folder thru "my network places>>entire network>>microsoft windows network" if the folder is shared but our boss is far more convenient if we LV programmers can create a button to automatically lead them to the folder containing files they needed.
I hope anyone already done dealing with this can shared their solutions.

i think what i told in my 1st msg makes things more complicated than what i really need, sorry for that.. but for sure, i need this to be done in LV because the data from excel files was generated by LV program and this LV program is displayed in our web (thru web publishing tool), see picture below.
what i want to do is to add a button here in front panel that when pushed, will show the folder consisting of several excel files. with this, i can choose what particular excel file to be opened. sorry guys i make you confused in my situation. here i attached i simple VI to let me open the excel file but unfortunately when i select the desired excel file, the dialog says "path not found". when i browse and open the excel file manually using "entire network>>microsoft windows network>>remote computer name>> shared folder>>excelfile", i can successfully opened it.
i dont know why i cannot make a valid path using my attached vi. maybe there's something wrong with my program,please let me know. the attached vi is LV 8.5.1. i will used this vi as a subvi later in the front panel shown above.

I need to know how to open a photo and make layers

My photoshop version is Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Windows Vista Business. I just want to know how to make layers using photos.
I want to place a silloetted photo onto a backdrop of a lobby of a hotel, (I have the photo from the lobby).
Can you give me the steps. I have silloetted the sofa so it has a see throw background.
I'm not getting any error messages, but just need someone to walk me through the steps so I can drag one photo (sofa) onto the backdrop (2nd photo).

Yep, that is all you have to do. Click on the move toolbutton, 1st icon on toolbar list, and drag to other photo. The photo will not actually move but the cursor will change to a +, then release.
To resize and rotate click on Ctrl T.

New to Mac, Need direction on how to Learn OSX

I am a lifelong pc user, purchased a new iMac 24 a few weeks ago, opened it up Sunday for the first time, and it looked great. Problem is, as easy as the commercials and everyone says Mac's are, coming from a PC has proven to humble me. I am clueless. (Please be nice). I purchased this computer for my photography hobby, and at the suggestion of my sister, this was the one for me to get. The problem is, I have having all sorts of problems. I can turn it on, I can brows the internet, but outside of that, I simply do not know how to use this computer. More specifically, things that I took for granted with a PC, such as right clicking and minimized applications, are different here.
SO... here is the question. Where can I go to have a resource to learn more about this OS and how it works? Please understand I have spent all day Monday scouring the Apple site for user groups to help me, (when I should have been working) but they all seem to be based on people have some understanding of a Mac. So far I am dissapointed with the purchase, but I do not want to be, so I am hoping someone has a good resource to use so I know why when I click ichat, nothing happens, and what the difference between a .mac address is and mobile me, and why why I try to use ichat using my .mac address it says my password is invalid, but I can log into this usergroup, or iTunes and have no problem. Thank you for your help.

Need Directions on how to reset everything for a WRT 54g !!!

I forgot password that I used in 2003 and followed computer's advice from tech support 800# on how to reset 54g. Now I'm looking for some dierection on how to change everything out of FACTORY default to my own info. From how to change domain name and password to setting up router for use with only a desktop and laptop. Basically everything dealing with the security of my system and the outside world. Hi, There are no settings on router, that are needed/can be done, for computers, printer to see each other. They will be automatically able to see each other, if you configure file and printer sharing on computers properly. And also the firewall settings on computer properly.

Need direction on how to make motion graphics -AF CS5

I didn’t know how to word the header for my question so I’ll try to clarify it here. I’m new to AF so please bear with me. In the Adobe tutorial at the link below, he animates a flower. The flower is in front of a colored background and there are some added text that animate as well. I understand about layers but my question is, can I make a graphic like the one in the tutorial in Photoshop CS5 and import it into AF? I just ordered a copy of PS CS5 and have not gotten a chance to work with PS. When I searched the net about my question, I found many links describing how to make web graphics. Would I be making the same thing and saving them not as a web graphic? If I can make something similar to the flower in the tutorial, then I can go from there. I guess what is confusing for me is that the background and flower assets are mp4 (mpeg) video. I need to know how to open the messages app without reading a message someone sent to me..

I have my read receipts on because I like for people to know that I got their messages (most of the time).. But somebody texted me and I don't want to read their message. If I tap the messages app, then it will automatically pull that message up. Is there any way I can set my phone to where I can click the messages app to create a new message without reading the one this person sent to me?

Turn off Send Read Receipts. Then open the Messages app.

It sounds as if you have already found the method to change your card details, but just to confirm: go to the iTunes Store. Click 'Account' under 'Quick links' at the right. Log in.
Where it says 'Payment Information' click on 'Edit' to the right of it.
You should then be able to enter the correct card details.

A .exe file is a Windows executable. OS X does not run Windows programs. If you need to use .exe files then you will need to install Windows on your Mac:
Windows on Intel Macs
There are presently several alternatives for running Windows on Intel Macs.
Install the Apple Boot Camp software. Purchase Windows XP w/Service Pak2, Vista, or Windows 7. Follow instructions in the Boot Camp documentation on installation of Boot Camp, creating Driver CD, and installing Windows. Boot Camp enables you to boot the computer into OS X or Windows.
Parallels Desktop for Mac and Windows XP, Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, or Windows 7. Parallels is software virtualization that enables running Windows concurrently with OS X.
