Need explanation of Series expression and client expression
Can someone explain me the importance of series expression when client expression is written.
For example: In a series (series name : Revenue)
I have written both the client and server expression to calculate the Revenue.
As per documents client expression takes the precedence, so what is the need of having the server expression?
Thanks,
Padma
Hi Padma,
If a series has both Client expression and Server expression, Client Expression always takes precedence when we are viewing the series in the demantra worksheet. But in this case Server expression will be evaluated (not the client expression) when we try to export this series out of demantra like for example, ASCP and APCC using integration interfaces (export profiles). So the view or Mview will always hold the result of server expression and the same will be published.
And in most cases the Client and Server expression match in terms of definition.
Regards,
Sudeep Bemidigi.

Isn't Picture Motion Browser available for Windows only? If so, why are you posting in an Final Cut Express forum? My apologies if I'm incorrect.

Directions require that I change settings on the base station on the screen that interent connection, TCP/IP DHCP NAT how do I get to that screen through airport utility.
Then I need to for my express to get to the screen the screen for wireless.
This has changed since last time I did this.
How do I get to the screens.Your existing Extreme might already be configured in Bridge Mode. As long as the Extreme is working now, do not change any settings on the Extreme.
Apple incorrectly assumes that all users are connecting to a simple modem when most users are connecting to gateway devices....combination modem/routers.
You probably are as well and Bridge Mode would be the correct setting when connecting to that type of device. -

SSRS colour series expression help
Hi, I have created a graph in SSRS which measures the number of appointments booked against a target.
The expression for the appointments series is:
=Switch(Fields!DateCol.Value <= Today(),RunningValue(Count(Switch(Fields!SubCategory.Value = "Booked Appointment - System",Fields!NoteId.Value)), SUM, Nothing))
And the target is simply:
=RunningValue(Avg(Fields!Target.Value), Sum, Nothing)
I have coloured the target line in black but I was wondering if it is possible for my appointment series line to be green if above target and red if below target?
I've never tried this before so any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks.Hi SRidgley,
Could you please try to provide more details information according to the questions below to help us better understand about your requirements:
What is the chart type you are currenttly using?
If possible, please try to provide the snapshot of the chart in the view mode
Could you please also provide some details information about which field you put in the "Values","Category Group" and "Series Group" and if possible, please provide sample data for me to test.
I assumed that you have the similar requirements as in the thread below, please take reference:

DV6-1230us Intell 4 Series Express Chipset Family Driver Update
Hello,
I am looking for an updated driver I can download for my Intell 4 Series Express Chipset Family. I started having an issue with being able to edit my GoPro videos with GoPro Cinform studio on my laptop. After contacting GoPro and working through several recomendations nothing seemed to fix the issue so they suggested I download the most current driver. However there lies the problem, because the most current driver on the site is from 2009. Is there a more up to date driver I can download and use?
Please help,
DavidHi The intel chipset update manager refuses to do the update due to not accepted by the laptop mfgr (hp).
My original trouble is also with GoPro Studio 2, wherein part of the EDIT function screen, the storyboard panel, is missing and cannot be displayed, even with a pre-canned template.
Here is the output from dxdiag: (regret the verbose output)

GREP reference; need end-of-paragraph expression
GREP reference; need end-of-paragraph expression
I'm doing a canned GREP search to delete all trailing zeros. So if I have a number like 8.2500, it changes it to 8.25.
I have the code to find zeros leading up to a space, line break, and paragraph return but I can't find the expression for an end of paragraph. With hidden characters on, it looks like a hash ( # ).
Does anyone know what this is?
If anyone knows a more elegant way to do this, please advise. Here's what I have:
0+$|00+$|000+$|0000+$|.0000+$|0+\s|00+\s|000+\s|0000+\s|.0000+\s|0+\n|00+\n|000+\n|0000+\n |.0000+\n|0+\r|00+\r|000+\r|0000+\r|.0000+\rSee my answer in the Script forum: http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3bbf275d.59b4d546/0

Need explanation on prerouting post routing and translation rouitng with examples
Hi ,
i need explanation on prerouting post routing and translation rouitng with examples.can anybody help me out ?
thanks in advance
regards
balaHi,
prereouting: call comes in, hits ICM, script is run, telling the routing client (PSTN) where to route the call to (so the call is routed before (pre-) connection, or rather, establishment).
Postrouting: call comes in, is connected and then it hits ICM (so the call is routed after begin connected).
Translation routing is an interesting hybrid: call comes in, is connected but the party the call is connected to, is being monitored by ICM (so it sends the call away but it keeps an eye on it). When it's necessary, call is transferred to a different destination.
Examples:
Prerouting: PSTN -> ICM (script) -> PSTN -> destination phone answers
Postrouting: PSTN -> call is answered -> ICM -> transfer to destination phone, answered
Translation routing: PSTN -> call is answered -> ICM transfers to IVR port, then transfers to final destination phone (agent).

Do I need to have Airport Express to connect to other computers on our homer network?
Not necessarily. You could use the "Create Network" feature of your MBP's built-in AirPort card to provide an Ad-hoc wireless network for local wireless-capable computers to connect to.

Need help regarding Arithmetic Expressions
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where in I need to pass Arithmetic Expressions (+,-,/) as constants to a subroutine.For ex:
constants:c_p type char1 value '+',
c_m type char1 value '-',
data:v_a type char1 value '2',
v_b type char1 value '6',
v_r type string.
v_r = v_ a + v_b.
In the above instead of + I want use c_p.Please help me out is there any other way in defining Arithmetic expresiions where I could use constants or variables instead of directly using these expressions(+,-).Thanks in advance.
With Regards,
Srini..Hello Srini,
I think you must have a look at the FMs belonging to FuGr. CALC.
For e.g., EVAL_FORMULA which evaluates Literal or Variable formulas
CONSTANTS:
C_P TYPE CHAR1 VALUE '+',
C_M TYPE CHAR1 VALUE '-'.
DATA:
V_A TYPE CHAR1 VALUE '2',
V_B TYPE CHAR1 VALUE '6',
V_FORMULA TYPE STRING,
V_RES_F TYPE F,
V_RES_P TYPE P.
CONCATENATE V_A C_P V_B INTO V_FORMULA SEPARATED BY SPACE.
CALL FUNCTION 'EVAL_FORMULA'
EXPORTING
FORMULA = V_FORMULA
IMPORTING
VALUE = V_RES_F
EXCEPTIONS
DIVISION_BY_ZERO = 1
EXP_ERROR = 2
FORMULA_TABLE_NOT_VALID = 3
INVALID_EXPRESSION = 4
INVALID_VALUE = 5
LOG_ERROR = 6
PARAMETER_ERROR = 7
SQRT_ERROR = 8
UNITS_NOT_VALID = 9
MISSING_PARAMETER = 10
OTHERS = 11.
IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
MOVE V_RES_F TO V_RES_P.
WRITE: V_RES_P .
ENDIF.

How can I find out which version of Airport Utility is needed for my Airport Express A1084????
I have this issue, too. The problem with the advice from Saito_Chickara is that Mavericks (I'm on 10.9.2) does not allow you to run AirPort Utility 5.x. So for those of us on Mavericks, what can we do? I have yet to find a solution. This is really frustrating.

Time series objects and order objects on what condtion we need to use
Dear Experts ,
I have question regarding Time series objects and order objects
from my understanding
TIme series objects the data is stored in time buckets without
reference to orders.
Order objects the data is stored as orders. Key figure data is
then saved as orders if semantic 000 is entered in the detail view of the key
figures in the planning area.
my question is when to use the option 1 and when should not use
same for option 2
Many thanks
Regards
RajHi,
This depends on the requirement you have also the application you are using.Like DP key figures are generally time series since in DP you do not need order numbers for example for history sales the requirement is the quantity period wise but not the order numbers.
Again in SNP the distribution and planned quantities are required order wisecoz you need the order numbers you execute the same in ECC system or for Pegging purposes.
Now the safety stock requirement can not be at order series since this is with relevent to some periods.
So overall i can say this depends on the requirement of the kay figure.
Hope this can help.

Hi. I'm trying to set-up the wireless access times in my Airport Utility. I need to enter the "Description" and the "MAC Address" of each wireless client before I assign access times. What are these? Thanks.
Let's say that an iPhone is one of the wireless clients that you want to allow access to the network.
The Description of this device is anything that you want to specify for easy identification purposes. For example, the Description might be something like......
Rex's iPhone
The MAC Address, also known as a Wi-Fi Address is a unique indentifiction number that is assigned to every device. The number will always follow this form:
xx : xx : xx : xx : xx : xx, where "x" could be a number or letter.
To find the MAC Address or Wi-Fi Address of an iPhone or iPad.....
On the Home screen.....
Tap Settings
Tap General
Tap About
Wi-Fi Address is the item that you want
If you have a Mac computer......you can find the MAC Address or Wi-Fi Address as follows:
Open System Preferences (gear icon on the dock)
Open Network
Click on Wi-Fi on the left
Click Advanced at the lower right
The Wi-Fi Address for the Mac is located at the bottom of the window
Other wireless devices usually have the MAC Address or Wi-Fi Address on the label on the back or bottom of the device -
VTP server and client setup in multiple switches
I understand that we need to setup 1 vtp server and client to exchange trunking messages, to advertise and to updates. But when I have 4 switches connected in square formation, which 1 should I choose to become Server? Another senario, if I have distribution and core layer switches, where I should place my VTP server switch?

Not sure about VTPv3, but with earlier VTP versions, the only major difference between VTP servers and clients is, servers allow you to configure VLAN changes. Both exchange VLAN database information with their immediate neighbors. The real advantage of only having one VTP server configured, it avoids two people configuring two VTP servers at the same time, and creating an update conflict between them. (NB: if you lose your only VTP server, you can promote a client to be a server.) -
Hi, new to the forums and apple tbh.
Moving into a new house and want to set up a sound system, thought apple would be the way to go as I have iPads, iPhones, iPod touch and nanos. I also have a few sets of Bose speakers which I would like to incorporate. What I am wondering is, what else do I need to buy to do this? Do I need seperate devices to attach to each speaker? Do I need a new router? And how would I configure it?
Ideally I would like 4 rooms each with their own speakers that could play simultaneously.
Thanks in advance!!!!First, please check out the following Apple Support article for details on setting up an AirPort Express Base Station (AX) for iTunes streaming. Note: You will need a separate AX for each set of speakers that you want to stream to. Also, note that you can stream a single audio file to one or more speakers, but you cannot stream separate audio files to different speakers simultaneously.
Second, the Bose speakers you mentioned would need to have an audio input jack, either analog or optical digital to receive the stream from the AX. As you know, Bose makes a number of different speaker/home theatre audio options. If your specific model of speakers do, then it's just a matter to use the appropriate audio cable between the audio port of the AX and the speakers.
