Need field and table for spare part material and price for a given material

Hi,
      In need to create a report with following fields:-
       Customer           Material          spare part material            spare part description             price                   currency.
From which table and field I can get all this information.Please guide me.
Hint. cl30n transaction for material managemant.
         vk13 transaction for price maintenace.

CL30N is a general transaction that can be used for any classification, but material master maintenance is usually MM01/MM02 or MM41/MM42
Material description can be taken from table MAKT
customer from table KNA1
The question is what you are going to analyse? where do material and customer tie together? do you do the analysis on sales orders VBAK and VBAP ? or invoices VBRK and VBRP? or customer material info record KNMT?
or do you capture this info in classification? then you get the values from AUSP

Hi SAP Gurus,
My Client wants to implement Alternate items for Spare Parts. It is not a Manufacturing unit.
Actually Client wants their Service Partners to know that
ex., Material A is an alternate item to Material B and can be used for servicing without ordering for Material A.
Whether there is any Possibility to define alternate item in the Material Master.
Off course I have gone through the thread and document of Alternate items in BOM.
I would appreciate for providing Clarity on the subject.

As per your requirement i think you can achieve alternate item group functionality ( as your client is not manufacturing)
You can maintain alternate material in MRP 4 view followup material field or basic data 1 old material Field than develop a ZReport extract the same as of client not manufacturing any thing.
Otherwise refer this document if you to go to Follow up material Functionality.
Concept of Discontinuation Data - Material Master and BOM

PR for spare parts.

Hi,all,
While creating PR for spare parts,I need to enter multiple line items say around 30 line items(i.e.30 nos of different material).My problem is for selecting every line item ,I need to open the selection screen every time and pick up each material.ex- material X,Y,Z,A,B,C etc.for selecting material X, I need to open selection screen by entering material type and select material X, again for selecting material Y, I need to one open more time selection screen , enter material type and pick material Y. like this I need to open multiple times for selecting multiple line items .I have tried to select all the material in one time and pick up all materials in single shot in PR screen as all materials X,Y,Z,A,B,C etc. are covered under one material type but failed . Can anyone please guide me how to select all the materials in a single shot otherwise it is very time consuming??

As of now, you cannot do like that.
If you are in production, then PR will be generated with MRP run... but when u r generating a PR you have give the material one by one only...
To reduce your time...
Upload the list of material in a Excel Sheet, where u can cut and copy the material...
Thats all can be done to reduce the work

SAP PM-MM Linkage for spare parts planning

1.If you create PR for spare part from Maintenance order , when goods receipt comes to stores automatically notification gets created ,this setting is done in Material Master record.
2.You create Equipment BOM & attach it to equipment , for easy way of putting this into order during planning.
3.You can check Material Availability in Maintenance Order.
4.You can define the scope of Check in "Availability Check for Material" , in Spro Customize , you define check should include Material in PR , PO or Quality inspection & other.
5.From Task list which you have planned , you can check how much quantity is currently available or when to procure.
6.You can define default external profile settings for external mat in SPRO settings

As far as my knowledge warranty is not for spare parts, it is for technical objects, like equipment.
To run warranty chech you have to define
warranty types
Warranty categories
Define number ranges
Warranty counters
Then you have to create master warranty records in t-code BGM1 after saving it will give warranty number
This warranty number you have to speciefy in equipment master

PR to be made for Spare Part

Hi All,
Standard PR:- 1500005005 is created for spare parts . Since the value of the PR is very high that is 60000 Euro it should not be in-ward to cost center. It should be in-ward to the inventory. At the time of consumption only cost center posting should happen. Since its spare part it cannot be an Asset PR.
Which way PR can be made. (Account Assignment Category K - cost center & A - Asset is not suitable). Can this be done with out selecting any Account Assignment Category for this scenario?
Help me out in resolving the client issue.

Hi All,
Material type:- FHMI - Prod. resources/tools. Both Qty & Value is flaged again's the plant.
So for this PR without K - Cost Center & A - Asset in A/c ***. Catg it will be left (blank). Update it in this way for PR.
After the GR is being Cleared then while doing the Invoice post updated the cost center. Hope this will resolve the problem

How to get net price of a given material(Just like in VA01)

This is a million dollar question.
It depends on how the pricing have been configured in your system and only your SD consultant can answer it correctly. Price in VA01 could be determined by using the pricing conditions or, if allowed, a manual user entry (i.e. when users just type in the price). Discounts, taxes, etc. are calculated in a similar way, also based on the configuration.
Pricing conditions are displayed in transaction VK13. You might want to take a look at an order in VA03 -> double-click on a line and go to Conditions tab. There are buttons Analysis and Condition Rec. that might be useful for your research. It is possible to configure different price for the same material and different customer, distribution channel, etc., so you will have to ask your SD consultant how to get the correct number in each case.
Just FYI the net price on the order/contract is in VBAP-NETWR and condition are stored in the tables Annn, e.g. A901, etc. The tables are generated according to the configuration and are different in each system.

To add a custom field in table control in transaction me21n and me22n

I have a requirement to add a field in the table control at the time of creation of PO (ME21N). I enhansed the structure MEPO1211, but it is not appearing in the transaction. What should i do in order to bring that field in table control.
I implemented badis ME_GUI_PO_CUST and ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST by seeing some forum results.But i didnt get how to implement...
Please help me in this regard how to follow the steps and if possible please provide a sample code.

Suppose in the there are three tabs BADI customer1, BADI customer2 and BADI customer3 at item level.
Say:
On BADI customer1 there are three fields FIELD1, FIELD2 and FIELD3.
On BADI customer2 there are two fields FIELD4 and FIELD5.
On BADI customer3 there are three fields FIELD6, FIELD7 and FIELD8.
Then the fields have to be added to EKPO (or requisite custom table as the need may be) and also fields are also to be added to custom structures.
Create a Structure ZSTRUCTURE1 which will contain the three fields FIELD1, FIELD2 and FIELD3.
Create another Structure ZSTRUCTURE2 which will contain the two fields FIELD4 and FIELD5.
Create another Structure ZSTRUCTURE2 which will contain the three fields FIELD6, FIELD7 and FIELD8.
The Structure STRUCTURE1 has to be passed for tab BADI customer1, the Structure STRUCTURE2 has to be passed for tab BADI customer2 and the Structure STRUCTURE3 has to be passed for tab BADI customer3.
Each custom tab/screen should have its own structure to handle the screen fields, but the screen field data has to be transfered to and from EKPO (or requisite custom table as the need may be) for database update/retrieve.

which "standard" setup do YOU have?
Usually a ERSA is quantity managed hence it has storage location views.
But you have to look into the purchase order, if the purchase order is account assigned e.g. to a cost center or work order, then the receipt is directly consumed and does not go to a storage location, hence the field is not open to be entered in MIGO

Looking for spare part number for Touch Smart 9300

The problem is the RJ45 connection does not show up in devices, have swapped out assemblies and others work fine in that kiosk. Have installed in other kiosks and problem follows the device assembly.
The device assembly is a little module that has USB connections and a RJ45 network connection on it. We just need the little assembly, we've tried ordering the system board but it does not come with it. Does anyone know of the HP spare parts number for this piece?

Hi,
If you want the repairs and spare parts to be proposed by the system, then you need to maintian them in the respective relationships of the main product.
Maintain the relevant services and spares in the relationship (Services / Spare Parts) of the main product and try to create a new order and check.
