Need firefox 3.6 (powerpc) cannot find it except weird language versions

have a powerpc. Firefox 4 does not work. I need an *English* version of firefox 3.6. Cannot find one. Please provide firefox 3.6.

FB01 - Need to update fields and cannot find solution

I have a need to update VERTN, KUNNR, WERKS, and PPRCT when posting an invoice with FB01. The only field I can find a way to change is PPRCT (through substitution). I have looked at all the user exits, BADI's, BAPI's, and BTE's and cannot find a solution. Nothing I can find has these fields available to change.
I thought BTE 1020 was my solutution, but it seems you can't change any data with it - which I can't figure out the point of it then. Right after the call to the BTE, it sets the BSEG internal table back to the way it was before the call.
Anyone have any suggestions?

You are corrent that the fields you want to substitute are not available in BSEG_SUBST.
To get these fields you will have to maintain table GB01 and GB01C. This is where you define which field you can substitute. The fields you want are define as non substitutable in table GB01 ( BEXCLUDE = 'X' ).
I know that you can substitute custom fields by adding entry in these table but i do not know if it is advisable to change the entry in table to make the field substitutable. I checked OSS not but could not find any for the fields you have specified.
You might want to check for OSS note by yourself and if you could not find any, write to SAP and ask if you can change the entry in GB01 and GB01C.

Firefox 7.0.1 cannot find any net pages, so it does not work!

When installing Firefox 7.0.1 it cannot find any net pages, but runs and runs searching but cannot find. I had the same problem with latest versions of Firefox 6, but then Firefox 7.0 fi worked. I have tried to update 7.0.1 several times, both fi and US, I have uninstalled first 7.0 and then after restart installed 7.0.1 several times, but always the same problem. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate in Finnish.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Why am I having trouble connecting to hotmail? This has just started. Firefox tells me you cannot find my server. I am able to do everything else on the computer. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Cannot find class: Exception??

The compiler claims it cannot find class FileNotFoundException or any other exception in my Main. Any packages I import has no problem. My structure:
java \ myMain \ Main.java
java \ com \ myName \ packages //no, the space is just there as visual help:)
Use javac -classpath java\ @compile.file
...where compile.file is a txt file giving the paths and filenames to all files I include.
This is first time I use the -classpath parameter, but I believed java.lang always was included. What Am I doing wrong.

You should review the tool documentation for the javac command and its use of classpath.
Your problem appears to be due to the way you defined classpath, "-classpath java\". While you don't provide enough information to conclusively say what it should be, I'm guessing it should also include java\myMain\ - assuming that you're issuing the javac command from the parent of the \java\ directory, as your command example indicates.
Here is a clip about its use of the classpath.
"When compiling a source file, the compiler often needs information about a type whose definition did not appear in the source files given on the command line. The compiler needs type information for every class or interface used, extended, or implemented in the source file. This includes classes and interfaces not explicitly mentioned in the source file but which provide information through inheritance.
For example, when you subclass java.applet.Applet, you are also using Applet's ancestor classes: java.awt.Panel, java.awt.Container, java.awt.Component, and java.lang.Object.
When the compiler needs type information, it looks for a source file or class file which defines the type. The compiler searches for class files first in the bootstrap and extension classes, then in the user class path (which by default is the current directory). The user class path is defined by setting the CLASSPATH environment variable or by using the -classpath command line option. (For details, see Setting the Class Path).
If you set the -sourcepath option, the compiler searches the indicated path for source files; otherwise the compiler searches the user class path for both class files and source files."

With Firefox 4.0 I cannot find a lock icon designating a secure site even though it is indicated by "https". Is this an omission or do I need to turn on the feature?

The redesign of the browser for Firefox 4.0 seems to be missing the display of the lock icon that I am accustomed to looking for when seeking assurance that the site I am visiting is using Secure Socket Layer protection for my personal information. I can see the "https" designation in the address line but miss the added confirmation provided by the lock icon. I am running Windows XPPro SP3 and using Classic views instead of the standard XP theme - could this have something to do with it or do I need to turn on an option to have the lock shown?

When I open Google there is a space in the middle of the screen to type in what I need to search but I cannot find anything similar to that in Firefox.

When I open firefox where do I type what I am looking for; similar to how Google has it in the middle of the screen. Where do I type in the words. So frustrating that something so simple is not easily found and your 'tour" did not show this. At this point, I do not like firefox.

You can set the homepage to the build-in about:home page if you want a page with a search bar.

Firefox continually says it "cannot find the server, try again" when I attempt to open it. What could be wrong?

When I click on any of the Firefox links on my desktop, a page usually opens saying that Firefox can't find the server. It then gives me the option in the form of a button in the lower left corner of the box, to try again. I need Firefox 5 but can't find that download anywhere. Firefox 6 is not compatible with the CMS for our church website.

Our online church management software is compatible with Firefox 5 but not Firefox 6. I just got a new laptop and downloaded Firefox 6. When I found out it didn't work with 6 I found a download for 3.6. Now I'm getting messages from other sites (Quickbooks online) that they won't support 3.6 much longer and I need to upgrade to Firefox 5 or higher. So I have to go up to 5 but below 6. so getting a copy of Firefox 5 is my only option. Please send me a link to download Firefox 5.

There are parts of the CMS that don't work with Firefox 6. They do in IE and Chrome but I much prefer Firefox. Until they get their CMS updated to work with version 6, I need to go back to 5. I have exactly the same problem, I have the DAP jukebox (6 G) and I use the Creative PlayCenter 2 software to transfer mp3 files to the jukebox (there is no other way of doing it). I use Windows XP now and when I open the program it says that I need to upgrade it to version 2.50 and that the update can be downloaded from the creative site but i just can't find it ANYWHERE!! I have already sent an e-mail to the support people and tried to contact them by phone but they are on holidays. Anybody can help us with this?
