Need firmware for Toshiba 55L7453

Hi
Is there any place i can download firmware for my Toshiba 55L7453 TV?
I've searched tosiba support center in many european country and nowhere can find it...
Sometimes there is an info if tv is net-tv updates shoukd be online and i should look into manual for more info but in my manual is written thatvwhen tv is not conected to the internet i can use tishiba site to download firmware and update tv via usb stick or drive.
So can anyone help me find this firmware?

yes i did...
there are some toshiba firmwares no one for L74 series
the only one i found was on the us toshiba site but for the model 55L7400U and i'm not sure if this one would fit to my 55L7453.... i'm affraid not....

4. Un firmware mettre jour, mais pas tout de suite
Il y a galement ceux qui ont dcouvert le jour J que leur tlviseur TNT HD ne captait rien, alors qu'ils se situent pile au milieu de la zone de couverture. L'image HD reste fige, alors que le son continue comme si de rien n'tait. C'est le cas notamment des tlviseurs Toshiba de la srie REGZA 515 (32CV515DG, 32XV515DG, 37CV515DG, 37XV515DG, 42CV515DG et 42XV515DG), qui devront tre mis jour pour fonctionner correctement. Une mise jour du firmware qui se fera partir du 24 novembre prochain par voie hertzienne.
Mme topo pour les possesseurs du module PlayTV de Sony, qui se sont rendu compte que les chanes HD n'taient pas dcodes. L encore, une mise jour du firmware devrait rgler l'affaire (la version 2.52 vient d'ailleurs d'tre mise en ligne, mais elle ne rgle absolument pas le problme de la HD). Mme chose, enfin, pour les tlviseurs LCD et les plasma Panasonic, qui ncessitent une mise jour. Dcidment... Pour connatre la date d'ventuelles mises jour venir de votre tuner TNT par voie hertzienne, n'hsitez pas consulter le site de l'Association du tlchargement hertzien.

I'm looking for a firmware for my drive.
On Toshiba Support I can find only firmware for Pioneer and Toshiba (TSSTCorp) drives.
Lg says that Toshiba should have newest firmware.

I checked the Toshiba European driver page and found tree different firmware updates for TS-L632H, TS-L632 and TS-L632P but there is no update for LG GSA-T20N.
If you are not able to burn the data on some double layer disks then you should try different brands.
As far as I know your user manual should contains some details and information about the supported and compatible disks.

Can anyone give me a link where to download the latest firmware for 40RL838G?
I want to update with USB stick (no internet connection available)
Latest firmware (in firmware information) is 6.4.0V.1, but TV has 6.1.oK.1 (21.Oct 2011)

Energy efficiency updates have been made to both the RL838/858 and TL 838/868 series. In order to update your TV with the latest firmware and take advantage of these changes please follow the below methods:
*Please note, the TV must have an active internet connection in order to perform a firmware update.
Connection to the internet can be obtained by LAN connection or by WiFi (using the required WiFi dongle)
Connection can be confirmed by performing a Network Connection test. This can be done by selecting Preferences -> Network Setup ->Network Connection Test
*Method 1:*
_Automatic Network update_
When the TV goes to standby the Network SW update is checked, upon power on of the TV the following message will be displayed (after 1-2 mins):
A Software upgrade is available. Do you wish to upgrade? Yes/No, to update your TV select Yes.
*Method 2:*
_Manual Network update_
In order to make the TV search for a firmware update at any point in time follow the below instructions:
Select Setup menu -> Software Upgrade -> Select Network update
The TV will then look on the network for new firmware and if available a update prompt will be displayed
So you need to connect the device to the network

Well, in such case such firmware isnt provided by Toshiba.
I guess you issues has nothing to do with the firmware version but probably its simply hardware problem.
It could be also a software issue caused due to different preinstalled Disk burning software.

Need firmware for Store.E tv

I had to format my StorE TV because I wanted it to be in FAT32 but now I can't find the firmware on Toshiba's support page and my StoreE TV doesn't work on the TV.
Any way I can find the firmware somewhere?

Toshiba is not a good Company in terms of firmware support. The issue is that they post on their site neither the original frmware nor any upgrade. Well known bugs have been highlighted and.. since that time no answer, no fix, nothing. i think I won't buy any more any Toshiba product (Hard disk or anyhting else). For your issue, yet, it sounds strange to me that formatting a HDD you lost the firmware.. unless there is something written on the boot record of the Toshiba Store that, once lost, does not allow the device to work properly.

Sorry mate, it seems that the link provided in my first post does not work anymore
however I found the firmware update v7.0.27.14.1 but for Model: *40TL938F*

but this is firmware is released ONLY for TV devices released in France.
The suffix code F means France
If you cannot find the firmware for your TV device, this means that such firmware is not available or can be updated only via network update.

Hello, i bought an old T2110. To me now that i have installed my old programs its a very nice little computer. But some functions dont work. I think with the original notebook-drivers my problem would end.
I searched on many many sites in the web. Without success.

Thanks for your answer. Now i have downloaded the biosupdate from the toshiba site. When i extract the zip-file, there is no exe like discribed. So i can´t run the update.
Okay, all normal functions of the Computer are ok. I work with it like i did before.
Perhaps the problem is really, that i run this Notebook with DOS and Win 3.11.
However, your answer helps.

When I was using Windows XP I had a driver Toshiba Controls so the keys for WMP were working.
Now I am using Windows 7 and I cannot find that driver and the keys are not working.

Its not easy to talk abut drivers without knowing the notebook model
By the way; the VAP (value added package) for Win 7 enables and controls the Toshiba control buttons

I have reinstalled Windows XP on a Toshiba PSL33E laptop, but it's WIFI no longer works & the speakers don't, as far as I can tell it's a drivers problem but I cant seem to find them anywhere....
Can anyone help?

I've installed the drivers, now everything is showing up and speakers are working, but I cant get it to find any wireless networks. It's just showing a WIFI symbol in the bottom-right corner showing that its disconnected, but I cant find any way of finding networks / routers.

Hey i bought today new HDD. WD 2.5" 5400 RPM 1 TB SATA 3 and used HP Recovery media to install WIndows 8. I can say so far everything is succesful. I dont know what kind of laptop you have mine is Envy 17" haswell edition, i had litle problem with the cover thats around the original HDD there is a small trick how to remove it. If you have problem with that mail me ill tell you how to do it...
P.S See if you motherboard supports SATA 3 because SATA 3 disk wont work if no support...
