NEED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SPEC FOR GL CONVERSION

Can someone please email me the functional and also technical spec for GL conversion. I need to give the functional spec to the Abaper to do LSMW.
Any advise and guidance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Need power adapter specs for WRK54G

I was just given a model WRK54G wireless router that is missing the power adapter. Would someone who owns one of these provide me with the voltage and current output specs for the power adapter? Need advice on software for batch conversions

Hi,
I have a need for some software that will help me batch convert images in Photoshop CS3. I run Windows XP SP2. The computer has 2.40GH and 1GB of RAM.
I do product photography and the main output to clients is a cd with their images in multiple file types and sizes. Up until now, I've been using Extensis Portfolio 7 to do this most efficiently. For some unknown (to me) reason, since I've upgraded to CS3 and use LightRoom for initial screenings of images, some of the edited tiff images don't want to convert in Portfolio. I've also noticed that if I try to view them in Windows Explorer, the problem tiffs won't preview as thumbnails and when clicked on, I receive the message "drawing failed." Do you have any idea of what that means? I tried looking it up under Help, but that doesn't seem to be covered.
Unfortunately, Extensis no longer supports my version of Portfolio, I asked the guys at the NAPP help desk and to be brief, they weren't helpful either. I'm reluctant to buy the update to Portfolio if there's another less expensive program that can help me with just the batch conversion function. That's really all I've been using Portfolio for.
Why is this a more complicated problem? I have been told by one client that when she tried opening the tiff images I placed on her cd that they wouldn't open and at first I thought she just inexperienced, didn't have the right software on her MAC, whatever, now I susupect that there may be something fatally wrong with the tiffs. They open just fine on my computer as long as I am opening them in the CS3 that created them. And the weird thing is that most of the images from the shoot are just fine. I tried using another raw image of the same object and going through the whole editing process and had the same problem. I'm so puzzled and wondered if someone where you are could provide any clues.
I've spent hours and hours trying to puzzle this out on my own and I can't seem to see any differences between the images that seem to work just fine and the ones that don't work.
Any ideas you might have or referrals to someone else who might be able to help me figure this out and fix it would be so great.

To answer your question on why not just use the batch action in PS:
I could and have, but the Portfolio option just made it much more streamlined for the large number of images I have to convert at one time. Often, they are not uniform in dimension. As I see it there are 3 variables I have to convert for:
file type, tiff and jpeg
file size, 300 ppi vs 72 ppi
file dimensions, various sizes
As I have experimented with the PS batch conversions I can only work with one or two of these 3 at a time. Portfolio let me deal with all 3 at once. So, if I convert from tiff to jpeg with PS batch conversions, I can adjust for the file dimensions but then I have to go back each time and individually adjust the file size. When I have 20 or 30 images, that gets to be time consuming and aggravating.
I tried opening the problem images in the Paint utility and got the message "this is not a valid bitmap file or its format is not currently supported." The files I can open in Paint are the same ones that open in Portfolio.
Is it possible that when these files are loaded into LightRoom, that something is being converted without my request? The newest variable in the equation has been my addition of LightRoom into my workflow.
Any ideas are welcome!

HOW DO YOU GUYS DEAL WITH APPLE.. SO CONFUSING...NEED HELP WITH SPECS FOR PURCHASE OF IMAC 21.5

Good news,, I dont need a super giant system, I do simple editing for web videos, minimal graphics, no motion graphics, no animation etc. currently using CS4, will probably end up with 5.5.
I want to get imac 21.5 or 27 if i have to.. So here's the question we all have,,, what do I really need besides an Apple fairy godmother to figure this crazy stuff out?????

So i've been looking at cs6 specs, even though im not there yet, eventually will be,, so just need to run cs4 now and build from there. All the current iMac models (both 21.5" and 27" with OS X Mt. Lion 10.8) will run CS4, 5.5 and 6 just fine. They will also run Final Cut Pro X just fine. Ditto for most any application you may want to use.
Below are some notes (specific to your apparent requirements) that may help you with your purchase decision:
Notes on purchasing a 21.5" iMac
All 21.5" iMacs come with 8GB RAM but you cannot add more later. I strongly suggest getting the maximum RAM (16GB) when you order the iMac.
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 5400rpm drive. It will work fine with Adobe CS but you will probably want the added speed of the optional 1TB Fusion drive for better performance. Some people will recommend/argue for one of the optional SSD drives instead, but they are very expensive and still only come in relatively small capacities - I don't recommend the SSD drives. Get the Fusion drive and spend any extra money on a good external hard drive for backup and/or extra storage instead of an SSD.
Notes on purchasing a 27" iMac
All 27" iMacs come with 8GB RAM and you can add more later, up to 32GB
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 7200rpm drive - it will be fine with Adobe CS. There are upgrade options to a 3TB 7200rpm drive or a 1TB or 3TB fusion drive - these will be fine also. There are also SSD drive options, but I do not recommend them. (Same comments as above.)
Notes on all the current iMacs
iMacs no longer come with built-in CD/DVD drives. If you need one, you will need to purchase the Apple Superdrive accessory drive ($79)
All of the iMac graphic processors (GPU's) are compatible with Adobe CS 4, 5.5, 6
It is very difficult to impossible to change or upgrade the hard drive later on, so don't buy low-end thinking you can add a better internal hard drive later.
Be aware that Macs always come with the latest (most recent) version of OS X. And OS X Mavericks (10.9) is due to be released soon (in the next month or two). There is no guarantee that the older Adobe CS 4 or 5.5 versions will run on OS X Mavericks. If you cannot upgrade to CS 6 in the near future, you may want to purchase now rather than after OS X Mavericks is released.
For what it's worth, I'd recommend the 27" iMac if your budget can afford it. You will appreciate the larger screen size and added capabilities over the years you will use the computer.

XSL function or code for ASCII conversion ?

I am a newbie in XSL and I tried searching and didn't find a XSL function to convert ASCII values in an XML to its equivalent alphanumerals using XSL transformation.
Is there a XSL function to do the same ?
Any suggestions would be really helpful.

There are such functions for converting Unicode codepoints to characters in XSLT2.

Need aftermarket ram specs for late 2012 mini

Late 2012 Mini 2.3 I7 Quad/4GB and need to upgrade to 16GB.

Need video card specs for my T21 to configure my xorg.conf (Xubuntu)

Hi, at the office, I was given a Thinkpad T21 (2647-TD2). It only has 256Mb so I installed Xubuntu on it.
I know it is limited but until they supply me with something different, I have to live with it.
So in order to properly configure my xorg.conf, I need to know about what is its video card, vsync,hsync, resolutions, ... I had tried to add the resolutions but I still cannot select 1024x768

well it seems things have gotten worse, after taking out the ram the other day and putting it back in thinking it was a ram problem, which it turned out not to be, it is giving me a ram problem. i just snapped em in a few times in all possible configurations and nothing is changing.
