bought second hand phone week beforee christmas, kept turning off by itself. my husband reset it back to factory setting but wiped my sim and SD card aswell.main consern is my SD card got all my pics of my daughter wen she was born 3 month ago n really want them back.Help!

Photos in photo stream...
You can log into your iCloud account on another computer or device and enable photo stream to see your photos. You should do this as soon as possible because photo stream in the cloud only keeps photos for 30 days and each day you delay, you will lose another days photos.
Photos in the camera roll...
If you kept a back up of your device you can use it to restore to a replacement device, this will restore all of the photos in your camera roll and isn't time limited.

You must wrap your contents into a FORM element and, then, using getParameter("escolha"), retrieve your value.

Need help using split, how to get the number of inputs?

I am trying to write a program in which a user inputs several numbers, then the output is how many numbers were input. I am thinking that the best way to do this is to use split, however I am pretty new and can't get it quite down. Thanks

if you did not do a back up of your phone and memory card there is no way to get back the information. you can't roll back anything the memory or firmware once done is done for good. sorry i know this is not good news

Archive and Install: How to get my data back?

I did an archive/install to resolve a "computer not going to sleep" issue. It did resolve the issue but now I want my data back. I see it is all probably in the folder titled: Previous Systems. How do i get things into this new install (such as my addresses, photo's, calendar, email boxes etc.)? Thanks in advance...Karen

You should copy and put things in selectively. You know how file systems work, yes? There is a home folder, and in this folder there will be a documents folder, a library folder, a photos folder, etc. I would suggest you open these folders in your previous system, find the files you want, and thene copy and paste them into the new Leopard home folder.
Think of it like moving into a new apartment. Sure, you might have a little more space, but do you really need to take that fishing tackle set you got at work from your secret Santa? Do you ever fish? No! And you sure as heck don't want to take the heater with you . . . it might not even work in the new place, and how would you hook it up? (the heater is a metaphor for the system files like those in "library")
Also, when you get to the new place (the new Leopard system) you want to make sure everything is in it's right place. A good way to do that is to look and see where it was stored at the old place (galoshes are right by the door, next to the coat rack - same thing in the new place).
Okay, I think I'm going overboard with the metaphor.

my hard drive is spoiled and so I have only the data on my Ipod Nano 2GB and IPOD Video 80GB. How can I get the Data on the new Itunes?

For iTunes version 7 or later, then you can transfer purchased iTunes store music from the iPod to an authorized computer by using the "file/transfer purchases from iPod" menu. Note that the maximum of 5 authorized computers applies here.
For all other non purchased music (your own CDs etc) try this method which works on some Windows PCs.
Enable your iPod for disk use.
See: iPod Disk Use.
Open iTunes and select edit/preferences/advanced/general. Put a check mark in the box marked "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" and also "keep iTunes music folder organized", then click 'ok'.
Connect the iPod whilst holding down the shift/ctrl keys to prevent any auto sync, and if you see the dialogue window asking if you want to sync to this itunes library, click 'no'.
Then go to file/add folder, open 'my computer', select your iPod and click 'ok'.
The music files should transfer to your iTunes.
If this doesn't work (and it may not because officially it's not supposed to), check out the instructions/suggestions here.
Music from iPod to computer (using option 2). This a manual method using "hidden folders" and although it works, it is a little more involved than other methods.
Much easier ways are to use one of the many 3rd party programs that copy music from the iPod to the computer.
One of the most recommended is Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Another free program is Pod Player.
SharePod is also freeware.
If you want to recover just the structure of playlists from the iPod (and not the actual song files themselves), there's iRepo for Windows. which I understand has this feature along with all the standard features for these programs.
iPodRip also has the feature enabling you to reconstruct playlists.
There is also CopyTrans. This does preserve ratings/playcounts etc if those are important to you but this program is not free. It also supports video transfer.

865PE NEO2 need help on findout how to get the memory set to dual and a bit of overclocking

hello everyone all`s it is i need some advice how to find out that my motherboard is set right and my memory is set to dual. at the moment i have my memory 3200 512ram in DIMM 1 A and in DIMM 3 B can anyone tell me if this is right for my motherboard (865PE NEO2 ) and can anyone tell me the best setting to have to overclock my system at the moment i have 2.5 proccesor overclocked to 2.7.

Your memory is in the correct location for Dual Channel.
Btw, providing us your full system and PSU specs will be better for us to give you directions.

Need help telling mom how to get HP printer to work in Panther

Mom has the HP 1315v All In One printer. She recently installed Panther on her older iMac.
I directed her to this link and she downloaded & installed what was on this page.

Perhaps this wasn't the right file that would make the printer work (it was over 14 megs in size).
When she tries to print, it won't recognize, allow her to discover, or give her the printer name in the list to choose it. I told her to try to find it in System Preferences under Print & Fax, still no luck.

Hp Deskjet Installer is in the Mac HD.
Printer Setup Utility is in Mac HD.
Open Applications Folder at the bottom is Utilities, open it
Printer Setup Utility is in there
HP Printer Selector is also in there.
If you have Classic
Open Applications (Mac OS9) Folder at the Bottom is Utilities.
Desktop Printer Utility
HP Deskjet Utility are both in there.
So you can see what I was talking about.
You have to have the correct files and folder for each Operating System to be able to print in both OS 10.3.9 and Classic. or OS9.
The way mine is set up I simply go up to file and click print.
At this point the HP print box opens to allow Preferences, For Quality, and Paper.
One last thing If you are trying to print in and from more than one Operating System you have to have the correct corresponding drivers and Utilities for each corresponding Operating System. Don

In my system instead of directly mapping the currency field in the update rule between DSO and the INFOCUBE, they have done it indirectly(I am unable to see that field getting mapped to any field), I want to know from which keyfigure it is fetching the currency unit.
How can I know from which keyfigure this currency unit field is fetching the unit type.
Please give me your valuable suggestion.

yes, there are few fields for which unit calculations are being done through the routines, but there are still many for which it is directly mapped.
UP to dso, we have changed from its loclal currency to group currency, but for my infocubes, few records are taking group currency and still many are taking local currency type only.

How to get my data back from TM after new hdd/re install

my main drive broke, so I have replaced it and reinstalled 10.6. I was on 10.6.2 and let TM do its thing, so I do have all my documents/downloads/etc backed up in TM, but i am a relatively new user to OSX.
After the reinstall, when prompted, I set the original TM drive to be the new TM drive and then I shut down (had to come to work lol).
So, before I carry on and do something wrong, how do I get my documents, mail, downloads and applications back from the TM? Will I have to do the UID thing to match the TM drive/user as my OS drive is a new physical drive?

You did not have to reinstall OSX. The best, most reliable way to recover your entire system from backups is to use the procedure Apple provides for that, as detailed in #14 of the Frequently Asked Questions *User Tip* at the top of this forum.
Your best bet is to start over with that procedure.

Lost some apps after syncing/restoring, how to get lost data back?

I updated the firmware of my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 yesterday. After the update, I noticed that I have lost all of my contacts on the phone, so I plugged it back in to the computer and went with "Restore from backup", which was dated just a few hours prior to updating the firmware.
After it finished restoring, my contacts were all back but half of my apps are missing. I tried redownloading from the App Store as well as syncing from the computer, but the data (game saves, etc) are still missing. How do I get them back?

It's still listed there, dated around 5 hours before I updated. I right-clicked on my iPhone and chose "Restore from backup" and they still weren't there.
Most of the apps that I lost were downloaded within the last 6 months, but the apps that remained contained data that are up to date (to just before the update).
In other words, half of my apps are up to date while the rest are completely missing their data.

You cannot download data from an icloud backup (of a device) to a mac. You can buy a new device and while doing the initial setup in itunes, be sure to perform a restore from the icloud backup.
