    Firstly, please turn off your Caps lock. It is considered shouting in forums.
    Secondly, please explain your exact issue and wheteher or not you can see your purchase in the App Store and if you are using the same Apple ID to reinstall it with as you used to purcase it with.

    I need help to reload my purchases to my new mac! My other mac harddisk died withou warning.
    When I log on to itunes store with my apple ID>purchased (new) i only get the lists for apps and books. Not music. Anybody know a different way to redownload my songs ??

    Currently music purchases can only be re-downloaded if you are in the US. If you aren't in the US then have you got a backup of your purchases on external drives and/or another computer ?

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

  • Apple ID change with iOS6.1 - Can't make purchases in iTunes

    I recently updated my iPhone 5 to iOS6.1.  It insited on me chaning my Apple ID to an email address.  I did and now I can't make purchases in iTunes or in the App Store because my phone still shows my old Apple ID...
    I've logged into MyAppleID.com and into iTunes and can only do so with the my email address.  I've tried rebooting my phone and syncing it...  still showing my OLD Apple ID.  Anyone know what to do to get the Apple ID on my phone to match the email address associated with iTunes???

    I'm not sure what you mean by "on lock". If you mean your Apple ID has been disabled, see this support article:
