Need help canceling CC subscription

My Creative Cloud annual subscription expires in February.  I do not wish to renew for another year.
Every link on the site about canceling a subscription leads me into a circular "please contact us!" loop without actually providing any means by which to contact you, except for a "Chat with an agent" link that doesn't do anything when clicked, and a reference to a Twitter account.
Can I please have an Adobe employee assist me with canceling this subscription?

    My apologies, I was looking at when you joined the forums, not when you signed up for ExportPDF.
    You can manage your subscription by visiting Adobe.com and clicking 'Sign in' at the top-right corner.  Enter your Adobe ID credentials.  After you're logged in, click on 'My Subscriptions and services'.  Here you can stop billing for your subscription.
    If you cancel your auto-renewal, you'll still be able to use the service for the remainder of the 1-year term of the subscription.

    You should have cancelled the subscription before you got rid of all your Apple products. But go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. Perhaps they can help, though they may just point you to the standard instructions for canceling automatically renewing subscriptions.

    I've checked your account, and it looks as though the subscription order never processed, due to a payment error. Do you have a bank statement that shows you were charged for the service? If so, let us know, and we will try to sort it out.

    If you purchased thru the Adobe store you can click on this link to view your subscriptions. https://www.adobe.com/account/sign-in.adobedotcom.html
    If you are not already signed in, you will be taken to the signin screen. Log in with your Adobe ID. Under Plans and Products you should see Revel listed. Select the Manage Plan link and from there you can turn off your subscription.

    If the Computor you are on has iTunes library go to tunes as if u were going to buy a song or film and you can log into your account. At the bottom of the iTunes home page you should see the user that is logged on usually a email address. Click on it to log them out and enter your own apple I'd and password. You can then update whatever you want and log back out after

    As this site is set to bill the customer directly, you can delete this site from within the admin console via Site Settings > Site Management.
    Please keep in mind that once the site has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
