Need Help: Changing Colors in Template for Flyer

I am trying to create a flyer from a template. I chose a template that has a colored border, but want to change the colors....I cannot figure out how to?

How to change the background color on a template too?

Welcome to the forum.
There are 3 possiblilities:
*1. It is locked* and shows small grey crosses on the corners
+Menu > Arrange > Unlock ( option command l)+
*2. It is grouped*
+Menu > Arrange > Ungroup ( option shift command g)+
*3. It is a scan or pdf*
+Inspector > Metrics > File Info+
Need to edit it outside Pages in a graphics program.
If you can get at the object the colors and strokes etc are at:
+Inspector > Graphic > Fill / Stroke+
Double click any color fields to get the color picker.

Plug the iphone in and go to the music tab in the iphone,not your itunes library.There will be a button in the borrom right that says autofill. Click that and it should thransfer all your music. It worked for me,and i had the same problem.

Need to change color of template

I directed a client to a template site and they picked a template that was a PSD (attached) and I turned it into a working website. Now they tell me they want it to be blue instead of the green that it is. I am not sure where to start. I guess I need go to each layer and change the color to a variation of blue. Is there a quick way to do this? I am not even sure how to change colors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You do not need to do this for each layer. Just the ones with the color elements of the webpage,and only those that are visible. (eyeball on in layers panel)
When you select the layer,then you go to the Image menu,Adjustments,and select Variations. You can interactively experiment until you find what's best.
My layer thumbnails are large so I can see at a glance what element I'm looking at. Use the Layers Panel menu to get to Panel Options and select Large Thumbnails.
Of course back up that template before loading into PS in case you need to do it over.
That should get you started.

Need help changing colors in a photo.

I am trying to help some artists in mexico with their weaving. We are using elements 11 on vista 7. We would like to change colors in a piece to see if they are pleasing to the eye. Is it possible to change colors thoughout the whole piece at once? Using a brush to paint over each and every area would be so time consuming as their work is quite intricate. If this is not possible on Elements does Adobe have another sotware that would accomplish this task. Thank you for your time.

I need help changing the security key for WRT54G2 1.5

I already know the security key on my network, I just need to change it. I don't have 'cisco connect'. I've tried the web based method with the 192.168.1.1 IP and using 'admin' for the password, but that gives me a '401 Not Authorized' error. I've tried using my own security key instead of 'admin' and that doesn't work either. How do I change this. I tried to use the Linsky's knowledgebase and that didn't help. Live Chat won't help unless I'm willing to sign-up for some paid service plan, and there is no way I'm doing that. I've never heard of a company charging their customers just to explain how to do something. If admin didn’t work, it’s possible that you might have setup a different password to login to the setup of the router when you initially set it up. Since admin and your security key didn’t work when you tried accessing your router page, the other option for you then is to reset the router. Many options …
In this case I would recommend to
• select green channel (command-click it)
• create a Solod Color Layer of the intended color
• go into the Layer Mask (alt-click it in the Layers Panel) and use Image > Adjustments > Curves and hit Auto to get the brightest Pixels to white
• use the Burn Tool set to Shadows to get the lower part to black (which corresponds to transparent)
• create a black Solid Color Layer underneath that
Other options would be a Hue Saturation Layer set to Yellows, a Solid Color Layer set to Blend Mode Color and with a Layer Mask etc.

Need Help making a navigation menu for a website

Alright so I've been having some problems getting this to work correctly. I am making a navigation menu for a website and I'm trying to get when I hover over the main header a drop down appears animated of course below it. I also want when you highlight a specific text line for it to highlight blue along with a rectangle behind it to change to a lighter shade of red.
Some of the problems I have been running into is play and stop commands on mouseover and them not stopping when they should and getting the text to change color.

You need a doctype first - I recommend HTML4.01 Transitional. Open this (and other pages) in DW and use FILE | Convert > HTML 4.01 Transitional, then save. But wait until you do the other changes recommended below before doing this.
Add a <head> tag below the <html> tag.
Add a <title> tag below the <head> tag.
Add this below the <title> tag - <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
Add </head> below this -

You may want to change that font-family style to "Goudy Old Style, Geneva, Times, 'Times New Roman', serif", since Goudy is not web safe.
Move <body> below that </head> you just added.
That will clean your code up a bit. Let's look at the page again when you have done these.

That is not a feature of iPhoto - suggest to Apple - iPhoto Menu ==> provide iPhoto feedback.

Need to create stupid proof templates for non-designers

Ok folks, I'm new to this forum having come across it in search of a solution to my problem.
I need to create illustrator template files (.ai not .ait) that customers can download and use to create their own artwork for print. I have to create them in every printable paper format from business cards to A3 posters, folding, non-folding yada yada.
Now, previously, we used an .ai file with a guide layer we created. This guide layer had all relevant info, was named accordingly. It was set not to print and locked. As I tend to use print to file, distiller and all, this has always been perfectly adequate to create my pdfs. Of course, this doesn't work the same way when saving a pdf, which is what most people do. However, customers who wish to download the templates are having some difficulty with the concept of 'make sure you delete the guide layer before saving your pdf'.
For the most part, the customers using these files are not illustrator literate. Even though there are clear instructions to 'delete' the guide layer when saving the needed pdfs, they are failing to do so. This means when the .ai (with the non printable layer) is saved to pdf, the guide layer as a hidden object is saved within the pdf. Upon printing at our printing facilities, the guide layer has been printed with disasterous results.
A possible solution we came up with was to use the ruler guides to create the guide layer. For this solution to work though, I need to be able to use different colours for different guides within the same document. Which we can't. We can only change all the guide colours and they are all the same colour.
Another idea would be to outline text indicating various printable and non-printable areas and making them into guides via View>guides>make guides, which works to an extent but looks messy, especially when viewing the full page and again, isn't particularly distinctive, leading back to having different guides in different colours.
I've come across another possible solution involving template layers. Viewing the resulting pdf seems fine and in all purposes it does what we need, except for when reopening the saved (not printed) pdf back in illustrator, the template layer is still there and I need it gone. The same way it would be if the .ai were printed to postscript and sent through distiller.
My ideal solution would be to have to ability to have the different coloured ruler guides in place throughout my document, but as I previously stated, all guides have to be the same colour and that's useless in this instance.
So, has anyone got any bright ideas. Coincidentally I need to create the same templates for both psd and indesign but I'll cross that bridge when I've figured this out.

1. Not a chance, if, even when the process is described in great detail in an info pdf, available as info on the website (with screenshot instructions) and mentioned in the .ai file itself, they aren't even deleting the guide layer, then turning off 'Preserve illustrator editing capabilities' is kind of a stretch. Like I said, the folks these templates are to be designed for are not illustrator literate for the most part.
2. Not sure if this would work. I'd have to look into it.
3. Beyond my capabilities. I'll let you know if number 2 works.
One possible solution I've come up with uses the idea of a template layer always on top, with 'DELETE THIS LAYER' and screenshot of layers pallette and clear little red arrows etc. If I can the template layer to always remain on top, with their artwork layer underneath, they would have to toggle hide/unhide to view their artwork, and the reminder to remove the guide layer would be pretty much in their face. That's not a guarantee either though.
Personally, I think what I've been asked to achieve is a pretty hard task and honestly, I'm thinking there are no failsafe options.

I've learned something. New. This must be recently changed. That last time I clicked on a Link I though was a dmg file and turned out it was and exe file my Macs wouldn't allow me to do so. But haven't tried recently everytime and exe file comes up I cancel. I gues I am used to the time everytime a Virus or some other nasty was downloaded it was packaged in and exe file and Macs owuldn't allow it. The quality of photo images (mostly JPG files) in printouts is awful even though the files display beautifully on the PC screen. I am using
IrfanView software for displaying/printing. As far as I can tell, IrfanView is not the problem.
When I print the same images on a Deskjet 5150 attached to a different PC also running XP Pro and IrfanView, the quality of the printouts is at
least acceptable, Some would probably say good or very good.
It's dificult to explain in words the problem with the printouts. A picture of really pretty vegetables (squashes, tomatoes, watermelon, etc) comes
out much too red. Moreover, the red, which appears shaded on the screen, seems to be all one shade in the D110a printouts.
Something similar happens to a view of a huge tree in full leaf. On screen, there are subtle variations in the "greenness" of the leaves. In the
printout, all green is the same shade. In the same printout, the trunk of the tree is all a single shade of grey. It isn;t even obvious that the
trunk is a round, solid object.
I liken the effect to audio that disappears entirely when you lower the volume and gets clipped into square waves in even moderately loud passages.
I don't know whether the D110a driver software permits adjusting the parameters that appear to be set incorrectly, and if adjustments are possible,
how I would identify which parameters to adjust, how I would access them, or how I would adjust them. I'm hoping that someone can help. Thanks.
I forgot to mention that I have used the diagnostic application and it tells me that there are no problems.

you can't define 2 interfaces the old way (even though I saw some tricky workaround somewhere in the forums).
Use, f.e., netcfg:
Comment your old lines.
In /etc/rc.conf insert:
NETWORKS=(Eth0-dhcp Eth1-static)
DAEMONS=(..... !network @net-profiles ....)
In /etc/network.d create 2 files:
First one is named Eth0-dhcp.
Contents:
CONNECTION="ethernet"
DESCRIPTION="Whatever text"
INTERFACE=eth0
HOSTNAME="your hostname"
IP="dhcp"
DHCP_TIMEOUT=15
Second one is named Eth1-static.
Contents:
CONNECTION='ethernet'
DESCRIPTION='whatver'
INTERFACE='eth1'
HOSTNAME='hname'
IP='static'
ADDR='192.168.0.10'
GATEWAY='192.168.0.1' # your gateway IP
DNS=('192.168.0.1') # your DNS server
The names Eth0-dhcp and Eth1-static are not magic. They just must be the same in rc.conf and in /etc/network.d.

Actually, you can and have downloaded from there, because that message only happens when the download is finished.
The message is entirely normal, and is Apple's way of encouraging the world to use the Mac App Store. That doesn't help you because Acrobat isn't in the Mac App Store - it isn't allowed there.
So, what to do? Change your system settings

Can someone explain me the procedure to create screen (with ABAP code after) or perhaps someone have an exemple (simple or not) ?
I have to develop 2 new screens with really few time.
And, another subsidiary question :
how SAP can transfert information between the flash gun and the screen i have developped.
Is there some code to add to enable this functionality or it is include in SAPLLMOB on standard fields ????

Use View > View Options, and set 'Sort By" to "Manual Order."
Then you will be able to drag-n-drop songs up and down the list.
