Need help deactivating CS3 license from a computer I can no longer access

I recently bought a new computer and erased my old hard drive after just uninstalling CS3 Creative Suite there. (I forgot to deactivate the license.) Now, the serial number won't work for the program suite I'm trying to install in my new one. Appreciate any help with this!

Deleting photo's that were imported to my iphone from a computer I can no longer access

I have not got my mac that I had used to import a photo album to my iphone. I am now using a different computer, and when I plug phone in to do the usual de-selecting of photo's I wish to change that option is not available. My memory is full and deleting the imported album would free up a large amount of space, how can I do this?

Do the following settings for X-Box...
Open an Internet Explorer browser page on your wired computer(desktop).In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1 and press Enter...
Leave Username blank & in Password use admin in lower case...
On the set-up tab change the MTU Size to 1365 and click Save Settings...
Click on "Administration" tab and disable UPnP and click Save Settings...
Click on "Applications and Gaming" tab and then click on "Port Range Forwarding" subtab...
1) On the first line in Application box type in ABC, in the start box type in 53 and End box type in 3074, leave the protocol as both and under ip address type in 192.168.1.20 and check the enable box, click Save Settings once done...
2) Once you return to the set up page click on the Security tab and uncheck Block Anonymous Internet Requests and click on Save Settings...
3) Click on set-up and change the MTU Size to 1452 and click Save Settings...Click on the Status tab and take note of DNS1 and DNS2 Addresses...
4) Goto the XBox Network Settings and IP Address Settings and select manual IP Settings and assign the following on your Xbox
IP Address :- 192.168.1.20, Subnet Mask :- 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway :- 192.168.1.1...
5) Also assign the DNS Addresses on the Xbox
Use DNS1 and DNS2 Addresses you took note off of the router status tab as Primary DNS & Secondary DNS for the xbox...
6) Turn off your modem, router, and Xbox...Wait for a minute...
7) Plug the modem power first, wait for another minute and plug the router power cable, wait another minute and turn on the Xbox and test it...it will connect...

Need help Syncing audio/music from my computer with Vista to my Palm Centro....

When I use Windows Media Player 11 that came with my computer and attempt to load/sync music from the computer to the Centrol into Ptunes v4.0 I get an error message on the computer screen stating the version I am using is not compatible. I have also tried Windows Media Player 10 and it also states not compatible.
Help, I need a fix. Anyone able to help me?

Hello kd302 and welcome to the Palm forums.
I don't use Windows Media Player, but I was under the impression that to use WMP 11, you needed to upgrade Pocket Tunes on the Centro.

I would use the check for updates feature in pTunes on your Treo to see if there is an update available for your install of pTunes 4.x. To do this, open pTunes, and select Menu > Help > Check for Updates...
I'm running version 4.0.7 on my Treo 755p and I know that version 5.0 has been relesed for Palm OS devices.

I didn't deactivate my iTunes on a previous computer and can no longer access it.

OK, so I'm not totally computer svey. My ITunes account won't allow me to access some of my music from previous purchases because I was unaware I needed to deactive my account on old computers. I am now over my 5 computer limit but have no access to the old comouters as they are dead and buried. How do I deativate the old ones so I can play music I bought previously?

Need help transferring itunes library from old computer to new laptop

Hello,
I recently purchased a new laptop and am having trouble getting my library to transfer to my new laptop, i followed this step by step process http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329?viewlocale=en_US and in the end ended up with no music on my ipod and no music in the itunes library on my new computer...
So then i went into Itunes on the new computer and clicked import library under File, so i found the Music folder that i had transferred over and it imported the music but all my playlist were not there, just songs. So i ended up syncing my ipod back to my old computer so i would get all the songs and playlist back on as it was originally before this whole process...
My desktop runs XP while my new laptop runs Vista Ultimate w/ SP1 home edition, dont know if this matters...
So not sure where i should go from here, i have already Authorized my laptop with the itunes store , i was thinking of uninstalling Itunes on my laptop and starting over from scratch, will this help?
BTW when i did the original transfer i used my Ipod as the hard drive as it had plenty of storage room left on it, i do have access to a 250GB external HD i was thinking of using that and trying that to transfer the library...
So if anyone can tell me how to transfer my Itunes library from old comp to new laptop it would be greatly appreciated...

The method you used should work if followed exactly.
The key points are - is your music all together? It must all be in the iTunes Music folder in the iTunes folder.
When you copy the iTunes folder to the iPod you get the library database with your playlists and the iTunes Music folder containing the music files.
Since you had trouble doing this with the iPod, why not try copying your iTunes folder to the external drive.
The method is identical the one for the iPod except you leave out the iPod specific stuff.
You install iTunes on the new PC, then you drag the newly created iTunes folder out the Music folder to the desktop, then you copy the iTunes folder from the EHD into Music, replacing the one you dragged out.
When you have done that, you need to check that your account has full control of your iTunes folder - Vista is fussy about that - you will not be able to edit track info if you don't have full control.

I need help activating CS3 on a new computer

I work for a non-profit and I have had CS3 for 6 years. My computer just died. We were able to install the program on the new computer (Windows 7) and we have the serial number, but the number of activations have been exceeded. I was not able to deactivate my copy before the other machine died. Any help would be appreciated.

I need help deleting my iphone from my computer.

I have lost my iphone and found it using the "find my iphone" app. I called my service provider to suspend my account as the phone was found out of my city. I also hit the delete iphone button and it says pending: delete iphone. It will not delete until the device connects to the internet, however, I have cancelled that service so will the device not delete?

Ive got photoshop CS6 in my computer but when I tried to open it, it opened as Photoshop CS6 Extended and is asking me if I want to license this software so I can no longer access Photoshop. Can anyone help at all?

You should see a prompt to "License this Software". You might see it on the Trial Screen.
Click on that, sign in if asked, then click on the "I have a serial number" option or you maybe able to do that directly.
Once your serial number is entered, your software is licensed and activated.

TS3899 After changing my gmail password from my laptop, I can no longer access gmail on my iPhone.

Sounds like you restored your phone as new. If you follow all the steps, there a section that allows you to restore from a backup either through icloud or itunes.
You do have a backup of your phone right? If you don't then all is gone, but you can sync back your apps and music.

How do I deauthorize a computer I can no longer access?

I have five machines authorized on my account, but I only have two of the computers still. I will be getting a new one in the next couple of weeks, and will want to authorize that one. HOw can I deauthorize the ones I don't have any more? They are with family members but no longer at my house. Thanks in advanced.

Since you have 5 authorized systems, I would suggest you do a "deauthorize all", then simply reauthorize only the systems you are currently using. You are allowed to do this under your account settings for the iTunes store & you can do a "deauthorize all" once per year.

I imported music from a CD into my compter at work and when I got home and went to my iTunes account none of the songs were in my library. I also noticed that on my Work computer there were a couple songs that I had to click on the little 'cloud' icon before I could listen to them (these were not songs I imported they were songs that were already in my library). Not sure if this makes semse...help.

Only if you have iTunes Match or of the computers are on the same local network.
