Need Help - Download Whatsapp

Hello All,
I am a new user for BB. My model is Torch 9800 and the software version is 6.0 bundle 862. I tried to download whatsapp from the BB apps world but encounter technical issue. I managed to get through first two steps and the screen showed two green ticks with the following messages:
AppWorld 2.0 has been successfully installed.
You have a version of BlackBerry App World that enables account creation.
However, I get stuck at stage 3. The message is update your softward and the download icon just keep moving for hours non stop. I have tried several times and also updated my BB deskstop software and the issue still persisit. Below is the message prompt at this stage

there is a way to reset the device to factory defaults. Check out this article:

Need help - downloading photos to portable hard drive

I've imported about 2000 photos from my iPhone to my Macbook Air. I want to export them now to a portable hard drive but it's saying I don't have enough memory. I was planning on deleting the photos on the MacAir afterwards anyway.
Two questions:
1.) How do I move these photos to my portable hard drive, so I can then delete them on the hard drive?
2.) How do I bypass downloading to the MacAir next time, and move photos right from iPhone to portable hard drive?
I'm tech savvy on all things Windows, and have had Macs in the past, so I'm ready to pull my hair out over these novice questions.

Have your recipients given you any more info than you've given us? The simplest thing for you to do is to capture your footage, get it in a timeline, then export as a QuickTime movie, which should be around 9 or 10 GB in size. Your PC friend would need to download QuickTime in order to view it.
There are tools available to convert to Windows Media or other formats. One of the best is MPEG Streamclip, which you can download here:

You'll need to be certain to format the hard drives properly (do this in Disk Utility): Mac OS Extended for your Mac friend, MS-DOS for your PC friend. There are issues with some PC drives and files over 2GB, so you may need to break your QuickTime movie into 9-minute segments.

i suggest you go to a minecraft site like planetminecraft or the minecraft forums and ask there but here is a good texture pack for 1.7.10

go into finder
on the top bar click on "Go"
hold alt and "Libraries" should pop up
go into libraries and click "application support"
click "minecraft"
go into "Resource Packs"
then drop in the ressource pack folder

In the past, WhatsApp allowed that. Not today anymore. You have to search the web for terms like ‘WhatsApp_2_12_20.jad’. Just replace the last digit to get a lower bug revision like ‘WhatsApp_2_12_1.jad’ or decrease the middle digit to get a lower minor revision like ‘WhatsApp_2_11_1.jad’. With that character sequence, you can download the JAR from WhatsApp servers like:

You need the JAD, because it conatins a signature which mates its WhatsApp version and without that signature WhatsApp asks for permissions and does not go to background. Anyway—warned again—WhatsApp blocks very old versions and forces you to update.

Need help downloading Sony video camera to iMac

I have been unable to download a video from my son's Sony video camera to my iMac. It doesn't recognize something?

Well, as per the previous note, more info is needed, but I would also add another question and is it a MiniDV camcorder with a tape or does it have a removable memory card or is it a hard drive-based camera? The reason I ask is that I had an older tape camcorder that I plugged in via the USB cable. Didn't work other than allowing me to access the files on the memory card in the camera. What I needed, (and bought) was a firewire cable that allowed me to control the camcorder and copy off the recorded video straight from my 2010 Macbook Pro. Worked perfectly with iMovie.
A long shot, but may help. Also, what ports do you have on your camera?

Musician needs help, downloading for transcribing.

Okay, so here is my problem. I am constantly transcribing work from other guitar players so as to continue learning. You tube is a wealth of knowledge. I have been previously using the optioncommandA to download videos from you tube. I apologize if I am breaking rules and laws but I can really learn this way and I don't always have access to internet, so downloading is essential.
Option, command, A works great. But now I have come up against this new type of video I guess, that when I hit opcomA I get a black screen and then I get in the middle of the screen the little player that says loading. It loads then immediately plays the desired video. But it is not stored anywhere on my computer. Nothing is being download into the downloads folder.
I need this and why are there some you tube videos that won't allow my computer to download into the downloads folder. I have tried everything I can think of to save this type of file or video but nothing will keep in the computer. I try save as but this is not illuminated so I cannot do so.
I hope this makes sense as I am kind of frantic. I'm leaving in 4 days for a cruise ship gig which will take me away from free internet for six months and I would so like to have some downloads to keep learning.
Can anyone help? If you have any questions please ask and I can maybe try and describe what it is that I am seeing better.

You may need to give us a little more info to get good answers. All I can suggest is that your billing info is correct (even if the app is free) and make sure your password is correct.

I need help downloading apps from creative cloud.

I installed CC for the desktop and accepted my invites to use CC desktop, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I then go and click on the download button from my account in CC on the Adobe site, and it automatically opens CC for the desktop and I just get the spinning blue lines. Any ideas on what to try next? I did un-install and re-install CC desktop to no avail.

This is what I had to do to get it to download on my Mac. I work for a company and I had to log on to Adobe.com as my IT client, and send myself invitations to CC desktop, Illustrator and Photoshop. I then accepted the invites. A tem has to be set up first by the admin of this account. (I set it up once I was in IT's account) I had to down load the app for Creative Cloud Packager (CCP), and launch it. Then I had to choose which one best fit my situation (Creative Cloud for Enterprise) and double clicked it to launch a window to log into with my Adobe ID. I then chose create package and both of the products we purchased showed up. I named the folder and it download the files to this folder. Inside this folder there will be another installer to double click on. In CC desktop these applications should now show up as installed.
I hope this helps. I know I had to hunt and search to figure out what to do, and quite frankly this should have been done by the IT people who purchased it.

Need help downloading apps on new Lumia!

Please help! Nokia online support not available for at least another day. I have been trying to download apps from the store and it keeps giving the following comment: "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. ERROR CODE: 80090010"
I can't even download the updates for the preinstalled apps. I have tried several times, turned the phone off and on, etc. I also can't find a reference anywhere to this error code.

Hi, febumax. We appreciate you sharing your concern in the forum. Still cannot download apps? What is the model of your phone? If you are getting an error message or an error code, can you provide? Does it happen regardless of the internet connection you're using? By the way, have you tried installing an app via windowsphone.com? Did it work? We hope to hear from you soon. ;-)

I need help downloading previously purchased apps

i can see all my purchased apps in my itunes account BUT there is no option for me to redownload a few apps, and movies... most of my purchased items were synced over when i got my 4th gen but i noticed that a few of the very first items i purchased (when i first got my 2nd gen itouch) did not get downloaded... can anyone help me figure out how to download them (PS i have more then half my gb left to load stuff).
