Need Help Fast! Big Problem with iRecruitment after Clone.

Question

I recently cloned my iRecruitment node (And all other nodes) to new windows server. All the other nodes work fine, no problems. However iRec does not work.
Any help would be great!!!!
These are the problem I am having.
I can get to the iRecruitment “Visitor Home Page” but that is about it. If I do a search I am routed right back to the “iRecruitment Visitor Home Page”.
"Register today" I get sent back to the "iRecruitment Visitor Home Page”
"iRecruitment Tips" works.
"Login" I get sent back to the "iRecruitment Visitor Home Page”
"forget your password?" I get sent back to the "iRecruitment Visitor Home Page”
"Manage my Account" I go to the "Visitor Login Page" from thier all links send me back to "Visitor
Login Page".
"Conduct Job Search" I go to "Available Jobs" from thier select "City Location" and click "Search" I get sent back to "Available Jobs" with "No s
earch conducted." displayed. The "Advanced Search" button sends me to the "Avai
lable Jobs >> Advanced Search" page. with no ability to search.
"View Job Basket" I go to "Visitor Job Basket Page" with "No results found"
At the same time I also cloned onto a new set of Test servers and those work fine.

If I use the “nvciebizirec.nvci.org:80” name the iRec application works just fine from my intranet. When I change these values below to use the name needed to be used externally “irecruitment.nevadacancerinstitute.org:80” iRec fails to work, I get to the "iRecruitment Visitor Home Page" but nothing works. I get kicked back to the "i Recruitment Visitor Home Page".
