Need help for an error

Question

Hi All,
           when i run my package i encounting the below error,
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "NEICDBA.ERA_BILLING_MONTHLY", line 1121
ORA-06512: at line 2    i even checked is there any place where varchar length is restricted and am  having msg larger than that also.
can anyone let me know what could be the cause other than this. Please
let me know if you want to paste the code.thanks in advance

                I have a function before the main lastly - named get_process_claim_item,  
the line number 1121  has an END LOOP;  the below is the function.
