Need help getting Mac driver for HP PSC 1510 that works on XP networked printer

My goal is to use a Mac OS X 10.5 laptop and use a Windows XP networked printer - an HP PSC 1510. So far I have failed.
I downloaded a driver update 1.1.1 from Mac which has version 4.03 of the HP PSC 1500 series family of drivers. However, the documentation states that it is not one that will work with an IP or XP connected printer. The earlier driver that came with Mac OS X 10.5 documentation also says that it will not work with an IP or XP connected printer. This explained why the Mac versions of the HP software applications could not see my printer. I had also tried using the default Postscript generic option presented when I was setting up the network printer on the Mac. My one graphic page printed as ten or twelve text pages of nonsense characters so that was also a failure.
So I have my shared HP PSC 1510 wired (connected) off my Windows XP desktop and shared on my home network. I really want to be able to print to the HP PSC 1510 from my wireless Mac laptop especially now that I am partially disabled and getting up and to the PC printer is painful.
If anyone knows how to make this work properly, or even an acceptable workaround, I would be ever so grateful.

To do this you are going to have to create DLL calls within LabVIEW. I have attached a document that will help you get started with creating your DLL calls. This will enable you to communicate with your camera.

I afraid you will not be able to use the scanner with Windows 8.1, it is not compatible with the OS.
Regarding VueScan, I afraid it would not be an option as well, the application only support your scanners if there are drivers for the OS:
If there isn't an HP scanner driver at www.hp.com for your operating system, then unfortunately VueScan won't work with this scanner.
You may try using the Vista drivers by running the drivers using the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter as listed below.. select Not Listed from the programs list and browse to the installation file for Vista:

Plug a NAS into the BT Hub that does TM. Look at Synology.
You just use the wireless of the hub.
But the cheapest solution is still the TC.

All of the NI drivers can be located on the NI Drivers and Updates page. In order to find the required driver, you will need to know what the device is called. You can find this information in several different ways. One way is to visually inspect the device. If it is an NI device then it should list the device name somewhere on the board. Also, you could locate the part number. This number usually ends in -01 or -02 and is printed near a bar code. If you can find this number, then simply type it into the search on ni.com to locate the name of the device.
When the name of the device is figured out, you should then determine the appropriate driver for the device from the Drivers and Update page linked above.
If it is not an NI device, then you will want to view the device manufacturer's webpage for available drivers.
Please do not post back to this message as I do not believe the message pertains to the NI Measure software. The question is more related to a specific piece of hardware. Thus, you should repost this question, if another exists, to the appropriate NI Hardware category.

Can you provide us with your computer model number? Take a look in Device Manager to see if there is an Imaging Devices group that includes the webcam. If not, is there an Unknown Device listed? This would indicate that your webcam is detected, but there is no driver installed. We can help you find the correct driver if that is the case. Let's start with the computer model number. Thanks.

Need help getting ipod/phone videos onto a DVD that will play in my dvd player

I have so many videos on my old ipod and my two iphones. I need to get them onto a DVD that will play in my dvd player because they are all the videos I have of my kids when they were babies(bad I know!) So I bought iLife and have iDVD and a macbook pro laptop. Would anyone be willing to write step by step what i need to do to get them onto a DVD as I am very new to all the technology these days. Thank you so much in advance

First you need to get them onto your Mac. Use image capture and download them to a folder on the Desktop. Next, you need a video DVD authoring program. IMO iDVD is the best.
If iDVD was not preinstalled on your Mac you'll have to obtain it by purchasing a copy of the iLife 09 disk from a 3rd party retailier like Amazon.com: ilife 09: Softwareor eBay.com. Why, because iDVD (and iWeb) was discontinued by Apple over a year ago.
Why iLife 09 instead of 11?
If you have to purchase an iLife disc in order to obtain the iDVD application remember that the iLife 11 disc only provides themes from iDVD 5-7. The Software Update no longer installs the earlier themes when starting from the iLIfe 11 disk nor do any of the iDVD 7 updaters available from the Apple Downloads website contain them.
Currently the only sure fire way to get all themes is to start with the iLife 09 disc:

You then can upgrade from iDVD 7.0.3 to iDVD 7.1.2 via the updaters at the Apple Downloads webpage.
Open iDVD, select a theme and drag the download movie files into the open iDVD window being careful to avoid any drop zones. Some themes will only allow 6 items per menu, including sub menus, others up to 10 I believe. Sub menus can always be added to add more movies to the project. This is an example of a project with multiple slideshows/movies and menus:
IMPORTANT: iDVD is not concerned with the size of the media files in regards to what the iDVD disk can hold. All that's important is the total playing time of all of the movie files including the menus. A single layer DVD disc can hold up to 120 minutes of playing time. A double layered disk 240 minutes. IMO it's best to go with multiple single layered disks.
Follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.

Since I installed Mavericks my Samsung CLX-3170 Colour laser printer does not work properly. Is there a new driver for this ? I had a long chat with Samusng help desk that was totally inconclusive. Trying to re-install the printer I was told that there is no driver currently available. HELP !

Unfortunately there is not a Windows 7 driver for the PXI-Cardbus8310, as this is a legacy device which is currently going EOL (End of Life). The XP driver for the 8310 (which you may already have found) can be downloaded here:

Need help in installing driver for my X-Fi Go!

? It've been very frustrating to keep trying to install the drivers for my X-Fi Go!
I've tried the beta driver,the stable release driver,all to no avail.
Errors during installation.

I've tried what it takes to somehow bypass this I-00 error but to no avail.

It would be best if one of the Creative's staffs approaches me.

Well surprisingly,i've managed to install the driver without any problems upon following your given instructions.
But sadly,soon after i was greeted with errors after launching both the 'Console Launcher' and 'Audio Control Panel'.

Brand new Mac user, needs help getting Mac onto Wireless Print Server

Ladies & Gents,
After much struggle with PCs in the last two weeks I finally broke down and bought a MacBook. I'm very happy with it, but I am having issues getting hooked into my office's wireless printing network.
The printer is an HP Color Laserjet 3600n and we're set up with a D-Link DPR 1260 router. I've tried just about everything I know, and even our much-more-qualified-than-I resident Mac user is unsure how to make this work.
I will continue to search the forum, but I would appreciate any help. I should be off and on throughout most of the day. Thanks!

Need help getting a code for photoshop

I have had Adobe Photo Album Starter Edition 3.2 on my computer sinse 2007. and it has been registered . but every once in awhile it would say it is not registered but it still let me look at my pictures so i didnt worry about it. now it is doing it and i reregistered it again but this time it wont let me look at my pictures untill i enter a code that was spose to be emailed to me. it has been days now of me trying and i still am not getting no emails with a code, and i cant look at my pictures, and i had adobe erase my chip after it was done downloading. So those are the only copy i have of those pictures. Can you help me ? send me a doe to unlock it or something, please .....

PS Starter is long a dead product. Whatever automatisms were in place to provide activation codes ondoubtedly no longer exist. As Wade said, contact support directly. Though I'm pretty certain they can't help you, either. Simply use anotehr image viewer/ editing program like PSE.
