Need help in Insertion

Question

Hi,
I am facing some problem in insertion. I have a table Organization which holds which has around 100 columns ORG1, ORG2-.... ORG3. This tables gets it data from another table ORGANIZATION_OLD. This is done by CTAS method and then again recreating the PK.
Now i was asked to alter the table and add five more columns ORG101, ORG102..ORG105. Now out of these 5 columns ORG104, ORG105 are not null columns.
How do i load data into this altered table. I cannot use CTAS method as table ORGANIZATION_OLD doesnt have the new columns. I have to fetch data from ORGANIZATION_OLD and then at the same time inseert data into five new columns.
Kindly guide me in this.
