Need help in itunes and app store

hey, i have a iphone5 i made an account in app store and i put it in the settings and when i go to the app and update twitter or any app it doesnt give me my email to put password but give me another email called "[email protected]"  and i have already change it in the features and put my email instead of this email but when i update any app appeared to me this email"[email protected]" and ask me to put password     thank you and i need help please

It sounds like someone else owned this iPhone before you. Giving you the benefit of the doubt that you don't have a stolen phone but bought it used, if there are apps on this phone from the previous owner this phone needs to be completely erased and restored to the factory settings. These apps are not yours and for you to use them is software piracy. You should go to Settings/Gerneral/Reset/ and Select Erase All Content & Settings. Then set this up as your own iPhone with your own accounts.

    As far as I know the language of the two stores (iTunes and the App Store) can't be changed - they will be in the language of the country where your account is based (if they aren't correct then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in).

    The recommended solution for most families is to share the same Apple ID for iTunes and App Store purchases, so you can share your purchases, but us different IDs for iMessage, FaceTime and iCloud.  With this arrangement, each person can automatically download purchases made on the shared ID (by turning this feature on in Settings>iTunes & App Stores), while keeping their FaceTime calls, text messages and iCloud data (including photo stream) separated.  There is no requirement that the ID you use for purchasing be the same as the ID you use for these other services.

  • How can I help apple make a itunes and app store in my country?

    The lack of an iTunes store and AppStore in my country(Macedonia) is frustrating, as would many other users agree. My question is not why, but how can I help apple achieve this? How can I help create both the iTunes and App store? I believe that many developers in Macedonia are more than willing to become iOS Developers, and there is a lot of music, books and movies to go around too. Please reply with an answer if and how I can help.

    Launch iTunes.
    Select iTunes Store in the source list on the left.
    Go to the bottom of the window and click the round flag icon.
    Europe > Macedonia
    Same for the Mac App Store.

    hi, before reboot of router and iPad, i tried downloading an app in iTunes via PC and synced it to the device. that worked. has it still anything to do with servers?
    then i reboot the router and iPad, tried lauching App Store, still no success.

    After updating to iOS 8.0.2, I have tried updating apps and buying music but nothing happens on my iPhone 5 or my iPad.  Can someone help with this?  All it shows it the rotating circle saying it's looking or working or whatever but even after logging in with the Apple id nothing works.  I can connect my phone to the computer and things update but still shows on phone/iPad after that I still need to update apps.

    How do you turn off the iTunes and App Store links? I need to do it show that storeagent will stop using so much of my cpu.

    Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accounts
    Select the "My Account" account, and select Login Items.  
    Remove iTunes helper.
    When you are done troubleshooting use the Go menu to get iTunes helper back in the startup items to go to folder, and type this as the path to your folder:
    /Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources
    There you'll find the iTunes Helper, which you can drag and drop back into the Login Items.

  • ITunes and App store access after changing Apple ID.

    Having changed country of residence recently, I changed my Apple ID. However, the old ID continues to come up on my iPad and asks me for my password. The ID has been closed and it will not accept either my old password or my new password under the new ID. It does work on my PC under the new Apple Id, but I cannot access, download or update any apps etc on my iPad.
    When attempting to access the Apps Store it constantly comes up with a log-in using my old ID and will not et me change that ID. If I try to change the password using "Forgot password", it simply will not recognise the old ID as being a valid ID. The email address for the old ID is no longer valid or in use and that is why I chnaged my Apple ID rather than setting up a new ID.
    Any help greatly appreciated
