Need help in WMS Business Events

I am looking for a business event "Pick Load" which is mentioned as a standard business event in WMS but I am unable to find that business event in oracle workflow business events screen. I need the corresponding business event.
Can anyone help me on this please !!!

Need help on Wait for Event.

Hello all.
I faced an issue with wait for event step,Which goes like this.
For a workflow one of the fork branches there is a wait for event step(wait for manual release) . On development server when ever that event is fired (manual release) , the wait for event is capturing and completing the workflow ( This is the correct process).(PO release procedure)
On production system, this event is not been caught(after manual release is done) and and the workflow is not complete and still in progress. (even po is released manually) Which should not happen.
So what all the things i need to verify in the production to fix this. I cannot simulate any kind of event on production ryt. so please suggest.

Hi Prasad
i doubt that in Production the event trace would be on. Check SWELS to see if you see the "OFF" button (this means the trace is on). If it is On, check SWEL to see if any event is there for rejection. You will have to ask example of the PO and search using the Key (PO number).
Also, check the workflow instance which is supposed to complete when the rejection happens (which did not complete). Check the technical WF log. Look for the Business Object container element which should hold the runtime instance. Check if it has a value and the same is bound from the event to the workflow in the wait for event step's binding. (_EVT_OBJECT to Workflow Container element of same type). This WF container element should have an instance and should not be empty for the wait step to work.

Need help on flex3- Click events

Hello,
I have created a loosly coupled presentation layer using c# and flex. The previous project was in visual studio. It was tightly coupled layer. The present application is loosly coupled. I have chosen flex as a presentation layer,c# as a business layer and XML as the data source. The application is regarding student modules in a university. I have 2modules(workbooks) in my project .Each modules has its own workpage. Each page has objectives, Theory,modules guide, references.....etc in each page. I have created 7 web services using c#(Business layer) and XML(getMenu, getTheory,getObjectives,getPractices, getLinks, getAssessments,getModulesGuide). I didn't use any user interface controls.
getMenu is the menu item(Main modules-Database system and developing web application using asp.net). Each modules has 3 work pages. Each work page has objectives,theory...etc). I took objectives as the labels.

Need help in SAP Business Object Dashboard

Hey, I need some help.
i have a dashboard which is current built in Qlikview.
Now our client proposed that they need to migrate this dashboard to SAP Business Object.

Too generic to answer this question and also you can find lot of thread, discussions & blogs are available to get the info. Also you can find some templates & samples inside the dashboard itself, play with those component and understand them better.
Best place to get familiar with the dashboard using the tutorials.

Need Help with scope in event handlers in AS 2.0!

I am trying to integrate an XML loading script into my FLA. I
got the script from a book (I'm learning this) and it worked fine
when in a timeline frame (loaded all perfectly well), but when I
put it into an AS 2.0 class (which I'd been using with hardcoded
data for testing) all fails miserably. I'm trying to get the loaded
XML data processed with another class private function when the
onLoad event comes from loading the XML, but this second
function never gets called. All just fails silently. PLUS I'm
trying to store the loaded data into two arrays which are class
properties so that I can access the data later. They are not
accessible. If this seems muddled it's only because I've been
banging my head against this for 2 hours. I've read Moock, and then
I went to Macromedia's online help -- and you will see in my code
that I tried to set up an "owner" variable to clarify scope. It
didn't.
Basically: how does one handle scope of other class functions
AND class properties from within an event handler in the class?
As a very important bonus question: is there a way to set up
eventListeners and callback functions
between classes, or is this verboten?
Please help if you can -- I know it's obvious to you, and
soon perhaps to me --

It seems to work (although someone cautions in the page

Part of my trouble in working with AS 2.0 is that I feel I
shouldn't have to do such complicated things (Delegate classes,
etc) in order to get simple things done (loading XML files). This
is not a complaint per se -- rather I feel that I must be missing
something, that it is my inexperience that is causing me to bend
through so many hoops: programming "should" be elegant and simple.

Need help with Post Process Event

Hi all:
I need to implement user login generation thru a post process event. I read lots of posts about this and followed the steps described. So this is what I did:
- Created a java class that implements PostProcessHandler and implemented the execute method. I added in both execute methods (EventResult and BulkEventResult) a statement to log message to a tmp file.
- Created the plugin.xml
- create a zip file with class and plugin.xml.
- Put zip file in plugins directory.
- Registered the plugin.
- Created the EventHandler.xml file to define the postprocess event on User Entity CREATE operation.
- Imported the Event metadata.
Everything went well. Until I ran a reconciliation, and nothing is being called.
Am I missing any steps?? I read that people successfully implemented this. Is there something I should do for lib folder or classpath...

I think this is what I am missing.
I created my EventHandlers.xml in a temp folder with a space name:
The temp folder: /tmp
and under tmp folder I have the following:
/metadata/user/custom/CustomPostProcessEvent/EventHandlers.xml
I am going to change the EventHandlers.xml location:
keep /tmp directory but
Remove the metadata tree
and create /db/EventHandlers.xml

Need help with basic user events in Queued state machine example

I have written a little queued state machine example to try to teach myself about creating and using user events. The objective of the machine is to periodically choose a number (I'm doing it now with a control instead of a random number generator for troubleshooting), and compare that number with the number I have set in a control. When they match, I want to cause an event to fire so I can do something about having found a match. The examples in the LV Help file references show the events within the event structure, but I want to reach out of a state and cause an event ....
Can someone point me in the right direction here?

Yep....That was it...I had tried to do that but got fouled up with the variant definition...so defined the user event using a boolian and did the same in the case structure where I wanted to create the event and it worked great...

Here is the final version...not bulletproof, but does have a queued state machine using a user event to cause an event to fire.

TEM Business event problem

Hi Experts,
I need help regarding TEM - Business Events.
In the Dynamic Attendance Menu (PSV1) interface, when I check for the Attendee List, the Cost Center column does not appear.(Cost center of each attendee) How do i make it appear? This is also the case when I use report RHXTEILN.
The attendees were booked using Booking with Allocation, so the fee and the cost center is already recorded.
2nd Problem
An emplyee was in the same BE but when I looked it up on the Attendee list, the record of the employee under column ∑Bookings is 0. All the others are 1.
The fee is also 00.00. What could have gone wrong?

Thanks for your reply. Problem no. 1 is solved.
2) When you right-click on the business event where the employee was booked, there is an option called "Attendee List". When you chose this option, the list of Employees booked for that particular Business event is shown along with the columns Attendee Name, ∑Bookings, BP, Booking Date, Org Assignment, Cost Center, etc.
Under ∑Bookings column one attendee has a "0", all the other attendees has 1. What are the possible cause of this?
Also the number of booked attendees is counted incorrectly. Even if there are only 4 booked persons, 5 are displayed since the booking of 1 person is not counted. (value is 0)

Oracle Business Events related help needed

Hello All,
Good Morning , wanted some help regards Oracle Business events be used for sending notifications.
We are having a situation wherein we need to send notifications to the sales team whenever there are changes to the order line status..lets say the order line moves from Booked status to Awaiting Shipping status and further to Picked or Shipped status, we need to notify the sales team about this.
If we are going to use Business Events concept for this we wanted to check on the below points -
1.At the order line level what all seeded business events have been defined ( means if we could get the complete listing ) and whether any of these gets triggered when the order line status changes...we are on Oracle Release 12.0.6 version
2.Also is there a way to know what all parameters are being passed for a given seeded event, so that we know which parameters we could retrieve within the subscription using wf_event_t.getvalueforparameter function.
3.Regards setting up Subscriptions for this order line seeded business event : means we could see an option which says : "Send a Notification" when we are defining a Cstom Sbscription ( Now here it asks to give the Message Type ( This would be workflow item type where the message is defined in workflow ) and Message Name ) ..
Now if in this NOTIFICATION MESSAGE we need to show details like order number , sales rep , order line status etc ( then where do we set these details in the Event and also how do we pass these details from subscription so that it shows in the notification )
Means where do we setup and define values for the notification message attributes and how do we pass these values from event to the subscription and finally to the notification..How do we achieve this because some of the message attributes for the notification are Document Type while some are text/number types.. These would be required to show in the notif message...
4. Also once we send the notification lets say succesfully to person or a role using a subscription , how do we capture the response ...
Could someone please help us with this as we are stuck with this at the moment.

Business Event for ACH forms in F110

Hi,
I need to trigger ACH form in a mail/ Fax/ Email depending on the vendor criteria. I have developed SAP script for it.
Iam able to print the form but iam not sure how to trigger the form in FAX mode or Email mode.i.e. if the vendor is supposed to receive the communication in the form of FAX, the form should be sent to him has FAX and it should not trigger the form in other modes.
I know that i need to use a business event but iam not sure how to use it and trigger it.
Did anybody had the same situation before.
Any help would be suitably rewarded with points.

BTEs are like user exits. SAP calls the custom function modules assigned to the event in Tx:FIBF from application programs.
For example Payment program RFFOUS_T calls the Z function module assigned to 2040 in FIBF using fm OPEN_FI_PERFORM_00002040_P.
Check the documentation of the sample fm SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 for BTE 2040 in SE37, describes how to E-mail or fax.

Update Business Event Description in PSV1

Hi,
I need to copy the Business Event Type description ( Program Objectives and Business Event Contents -Subtypes 2 and 3 ) into the description of each of the Business Events created under it. Can you suggest any BADI or User exit for the same? Is there any other alternative way?

Hi himanshu,
Use the function module RH_OBJECT_DESCRIPTION_WRITE. Using this function module you can update the descriptions for each of the subtypes you have mentioned for each event.

About Business Events

In Normally workflow I had created few wft files and completed it sucessfully and Now I need to know about Business events in Oracle Workflow.
Does it required to login as SYSADMIN to create an event or else is there any more options available in it.

Anyone who has the workflow administrator role assigned to his/her user can see create/update Business events.
Navigation is :
Login to Oracle Applications -> Workflow Administrator -> Administrator Workflow -> Business Events.
Please make sure that the application in which the business events( seeded ) exist should be licensed and its status should be enabled.
Also you need to make sure you have subscriptions to partciular events. The same also needs to be licensed and status should be enabled.

Help with dispatching JTable event to underlying components in a cell.

I have a JTable in which i show a panel with clickable labels.. I found that jTable by default doesnt dispatch or allow mouseevents to be caught by underlying elements..
i need help with dispatching an event from jTable to a label on a panel in a jTable cell.. below is the code i have come up with after finding help with some websites. but i couldnt not get it right.. my dispatched event seems to go back to the jtable itself ..
